So, how to I make a similar program use the color select tool properly. Or I could be lazy and make all of the lines dark red.

Grriii~ I'm excited to rp with you.
I'm kind of tempted to have the stripper throw herself at your guy, just to see how he would react.

If you'd like, Lilly, you can put what you have up online, and one of us can do what you need done in Photoshop for you. 3nodding
I can't wait either, Jessie! Won't be starting tonight, however, as I'm just making a quick pass at the topics out here on the Main Forum before I go to sleep. Tomorrow morning/afternoon, things will ensue!

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m191/devil_chick08/AnimeGirl3.jpgAll I have done so far is take out the floor and weapons, and the un-attached fabric. EDIT: This is the already-online image I started with, to use photobucket I have to use a non-firefox browser. It is horribly pestersome. D: It isn't a great image worth the time. I was hoping for something more like a plaid summer dress, but this seemed to work well enough for the character and be actually usable. I suck at finding photos unless I have only a vague idea of the character first.

Why don't you just crop out the bottom portion of the picture cutting off where you see her sword beneath her dress, and starting from the left where you can't see the sword anymore.
That would save you the trouble.

So what problems are you having? Trying to just get rid of all the extra stuff around the girl? I know you mentioned something about the color swap thing not working.

WTF is wrong with me? D:
I totally didn't mention that what I was attempting to do with the image that I couldn't was make t he red of the dress pink. >_<
Sample of text color, but whatever looks girly and refusal to be perfect works too.
Edit, crap, too light. back to tektek. fix'd

I LOVE Photoshop! I'm sure that someone can change the dress. Hell, I can do it if you want.

I thought of her first 16 years of life as being very girly, lady-like, and perfect in every way her parents expected. For this image, I thought pink would be good because it would reflect traces of her 'then' that she is still attached to. I wouldn't have bothered if I didn't already right it would be simple, since I did change the eyes of my characters last time. I'm just stubborn when I think something should work and it doesn't. sweatdrop

Pink!It seems a bit fuzzy in my eyes, but I'm not sure if that's because of how late it is. Easy to touch up, regardless. I'll leave the removal of the surrounding things to you, my dear!

I don't think it's necessary to get so caught up on little details like that. I'm sure she's worn a red dress at some point in her life. XD
I hope more people join. )< I can't wait to bring in Jasmine and Nick though. Jasmine will obviously be all over everybody, and Nick will be all over Juliet. Oh, what fun.
edit: Yay for Gri~

Jessie, I thought you didn't like your characters to be after each other?
