That has nothing to do with my thoughts on the president, thats how it should work.
The president can use executive order but that carries little power unless backed by congress. While the current state of congress may indeed back Obama and justify the aspect of the president making laws, with his current approval rating, the current state of congress may be shifting.

That's how it should work but it don't. And as long as HUGE Private business like City Bank, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and whatnot keep throwing money at him and congress, it don't matter what party has majority control of the congress. What the private lenders want, the private lenders get. So It could be Palin as President for all I care, what ever law the private lenders want the president to endorse that law is certain to pass.
