Snowflower sighed as she saw Ivyfang approaching Wolfheart Good maybe she will know what to say. Snowflower thought to herself. She unburied her two rabbits she had caught, and returned to camp.
Snowflower to camp.

Ivyfang "There is a time when every cat learns to accept other cats, no matter where they come from. Some don't learn until they reach StarClan but that is their issue." Ivyfang brushed her tail gently across the young warrior's shoulder. "No cat in WindClan questions your loyalty Wolfheart," the black elder reassured. Ivyfang flexed her claws before speaking again. "Now, I came out here to do a little hunting and that's what I intend to do," she said before padding off silently in search of prey.

Wolfheart sighed and stood up, padding beside her. "I'll come with ya...missed a mouse back there."

He stood beside Ivyfang, waiting for her to get angry at him for following her. " I thought you needed a warrior escort," he said thoughtfully. The forest was pretty quiet. The storm must have washed out the dens of small animals.

Ivyfang Ivyfang nodded to Wolfheart and lashed her tail at Snowtail's remark, though she calmly stated, "Why would a cat like myself need an escort?" Ivyfang shook her head and parted her jaws to take in prey scent. She quickly scented a couple rabbits a few foxlengths away from them and several foxlengths away from each other. She flicked her tail in the direction of one, signalling to Wolfheart while she stalked the other. The rabbit Ivyfang was stalking dashed off suddenly, the relatively young elder raced after it dispatched it easily. She purred, feeling like a young warrior again.

Snowtail looked in admiration at Ivyfang. The elder still had energy left!

Wolfheart glared at Snowtail's remark. "She already has a warrior to keep her company. Besides, it looks like she doesn't need any protecting. She's got a lot of energy. I'm surprised she is an elder after that catch." Wolfheart sat down and purred. "Great catch, Ivyfang."

Ivyfang Ivyfang padded over to the two young warriors and purred a thank you to Wolfheart. "I haven't been out hunting like this in moons," she said, her eyes had the excited glimmer that was reminicient of an apprentice after their first catch. She covered her catch with a bit of earth and turned to the two warriors, "Let's see what we can catch down by the lake, shall we?" she said, taking point.

Ivyfang Once they had reached their destination, Ivyfang turned to the pair of younger cats. "How about someone other than myself catches something this time?" she asked, her tone light.

Ivyfang Ivyfang flattened her ears at the young apprentice. "Runningpaw keep your voice down, we're trying to hunt and you could be scaring off all the prey," The black she-cat said calmly, irritation bristling her pelt a small degree. ((Editted, this post was pretty much written on sleep deprivation so I changed the last part of the sentence because I left a few words out and changed the phrasing of the last part.))
