As for strictly vampire main characters, there's

Incarnadine: The True Memoirs of Count Dracula by R. H. Greene

The Nathaniel Cade series: Blood Oath and The President's Vampire by Christopher Farnsworth

Vampire for Hire series, starting with Moon Dance by J.R. Rain.

For not strictly vampires, but with vampires being a definite and important driving force, there is the Cal Leandros series by Rob Thurman: Nightlife, Moonshine, Madhouse, Deathwish, Roadkill, and Blackout.

Ah, I nearly forgot: Wuthering Bites. I'd list the author, but I seem to have misplaced the book...

For creepy, vampire-like characters that are fascinatingly both-gendered males, pick up Storm Constantine's Wraethuthu.

Addendum: Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter by Seth Grahame-Smith.

Mary Ann Mitchell's Marquis de Sade series is VERY ADULT, but also very good.

There's iDrakula. And I checked the spelling, it's correct.
It's Dracula told through modern technology with some slight differences.

cool! I shall add it to the list!
