Polaris stretched wiggling herself against him as her arms flew upwards and around Hal's neck looking up in his eyes. She smiled and acknowledged the dream was far from being fictitious, more so definite reality.
"Hal you ever have a dream you're afraid to awake from? Where you know if you do then everything will fade away or never have existed?" she asked as she looked up at him.

Hal smiled as he looked back down into her eyes, one arm still coiled near-protectively around her as she woke.
"I've had such dreams on occasion, yes... why do you ask?"

Polaris paused for a moment pursing her lips, "Because I didn't want to awaken from such a beautiful dream. Usually when I did beforehand everything went back to normal. So I say to myself if this is a dream then I never want to awaken from it."
She leaned her head up and kissed his chin. Pondering a moment she tilted her head, "Have you stayed up all night? I'm sure you'll be tired before nightfall comes. Do you perhaps need a nap? We could take one later together at Lake haven if you wish."

"I was in and out of it throughout the night... so we might just want to do that before we have our picnic." Hal said with a smirk, not really feeling tired in the least bit at this moment.

She sat up stretching turning around slow and graceful to place her lips upon his own, "Well then Good Morning. I need to get over to the nursery and tell Adele I need to take the day off. He's a kind soul so he'll understand."
She unwillingly pulled out of his embrace to stand and stretch as she ran her paws through her bright green tresses.
"I think a nap will do us both good. Plus I'll have Raiyn whip us something up in the meantime for a picnic" she paused, "Hal what foods do you like?" She had no idea really from simply falling in love with him practically overnight it seemed.

Hal gave a nod as he to rose from his place on the ground, taking a moment to stretch himself. "Yeah, I think it will too."
A momentary pause was given as Polaris phrased said question, a thoughtful rub given to his chin. "I'm not picky about what I eat, so whatever is fine by me."

She smiled gratefully at her mate leaning in for another kiss again. "What I could go for is a nice cup of spiced tea to get semi motivated. Sound good?" she asked stretching.
Taking his paw in hers they headed over toward Lake Haven hoping Adel would certainly understand and Raiyn had her special tea prepared.

"Sounds good to me... care to lead the way?" Hal responded, taking hold of Polaris' paw as they headed toward the lake.

"Certainly" she mused as she lead him around the lakeside. She paused for a moment breathing in the cool crisp morning air, then resumed.
"I hope Raiyn is baking her pastries this morning. Combined with a hot cup of tea it really is excellent" she looked over at him thoughtfully as they neared the large villa. The smell of baked good was absolutely mesmerizing.

Hal kept hold of Polaris' hand as she lead him to the lakeside, a momentary pause taken on his end as well as he too enjoyed the cool morning air.
"Well, since you put it that way, I hope she is too." Hal smirks

Polaris led him into the little residence known as Lake Haven though upon closer inspection it was quite large. Bustling with faes moving too and from it made her smile. The first thing she did was head in the manor over to the nursery.
The smell of little faes with sweets, paints, and mischievousness. She glanced over to see Hal's reflection on the kids hoping he wasn't too appalled by them. She hopefully would share two children with him when he was ready.
Looking about she saw the spotted Guardina cleaning up one of the little ones, "Adele. I'd like you to meet Hal Jordan... he's my", she paused with a smile "mate."
Green orbs looked up as the fae pated the little one off to play, "Ah Miss Polaris. Its a pleasure to meet your mate." Adele of course was genderless so at times its voice came out high or low in any given manner.
Polaris looked to Hal and nodded, "Adele I'd like to know if I can take a day off. We have a picnic planned to celebrate" she announced hopeful, "Would you mind terribly excusing me for the day?"
The guardina simply smiled, "You've been a great help Polaris. You are more then welcome to go enjoy yourself" the fae said as it started chasing after an unruly baddie baby named Ookami, "Now stop that... Oh Come back here!"
Polaris stood on her toes over the excitement, "Thank you Adele! Take care!" She then took Hal's paw. Adele is really nice but I do hope they will be okay. Ookami is a big troublemaker..."

Hal gave the Lake a quick glance as Polaris continued to lead on. He really hadn't expected to see so many gathered this early in the morning...
Of course, he didn't think he'd have stayed up all night either, so things were bound to happen as such. As for the children go, Hal didn't have anything against kids... he'd just never been around any to have that opinion changed.
"And it's a pleasure to meet you to, Adele." Hal stated in as most respectful a manner as he could muster. He then looked back to Polaris, a smile crossing his mouth as the magic words are spoken... they got the day to themselves!

With that taken care of she lead him over to the kitchen which smelled so incredibly sweet with confections and breads. The smell made her tummy grumble as her mouth watered.
"Hearing them come through the door a teenaged looking fae with a dark high ponytail dressed in ebony tresses greeted them.
"Miss Polaris are you in need of anything? I baked some lovely cakes and pies just this morning and" she stopped with a smile. "And who might this be? Oh my gosh have you taken a mate?!"
Polaris smiled and patted Hal's hand, "Yes I well we are mates Raiyn. We're going on a picnic so I'll need a little basket whipped up. Got time?"
Raiyn looked at her clock and pondered, "If you give me about 10 mins I'll see what I can do" she beamed quite happily.

No hesitation was felt on Hal's end as he followed Polaris into the kitchen, the smells being quickly noted... it too bringing a soft grumble to his stomach.
As the pat was given to his hand, Hal took hold of Polaris'. "Ten minutes huh? Well, I guess that gives us sometime, eh?"
