"Dunno." said Cryspin, and shrugged. "We could just....walk around for a while?" she offered, knowing it sounded strange.

"Ok. Do you wanna ride? Of do you prefer walking?" she asked.

Axel started off at a quick pace. "No, I much prefer walking. It gives me a better chance to notice my surroundings." He paused and looked back. "That way, I know where the good lookout and hiding places are... Just in case some crazy old man decides to chase me."

Cryspin clucked her tongue and Sheila trotted forward. "Well, crazy old men are very dangerous..." she said sarcastically, and tapped her thumb on her chin thoughtfully.

Axel picked up the sarcastic tone in Cryspin's voice with no trouble. He stopped suddenly and turned to face her with a serious glance. "You never know what they can do. Especially the ones that seem weak. Or overly friendly for that matter..."

Cryspin shrugged. "I just dont talk to strangers. Unless they whip out a sword when I bite into an apple. Thats what I call crazy." she smiled and winked at him.

Axel considered for a moment. "Not true. Think of it. Sword, shotgun, machete, fire tongs, barbecue fork... Completely different things." He was starting to get slightly irritated by the conversation. "Can we talk about something... non-weapon related? Possibly?"

"Yeah, sure thing." Cryspin thought for a moment. "Aha!" she said and snapped her fingers. "When did you first start studying ghosty-type-stuff?"

Axel was slightly surprised by the question. "Well... I kind of... lost track of time..." He thought for a moment. "But... My guess is that it's probably been about... ten years ago. Yeah, that sounds right."

"Patience? Why patience?" Axel asked Cryspin, very confusedly.

"Well, I have very little patience, so if something takes a long time, I ususally get bored and quiet." Cryspin explained. "If you've been doing something for ten years, that some serious dedication."
