Denied. Even though he doesnt have the authority to approve or deny you kage, he still has a point. The description needs to be redone, that is just way too overpowered and not nearly described enough. The RP sample isnt any better. Both things nee to be redone.

Hinote, Tiny, i would appreciate it if there were no posts here other than those of the customs mods (mondude, dante, and i) and people applying for customs skills. If not then people get confused, wrongly denied or approved and there is unnecessary OCC.
