 Erin was making enough racket for a guard to finally come back to his cell and beat him till he didn't move. He smirked to himself as the idiot walked in. The young man jumped on him and quickly put him in a head lock pinning him to the floor and holding him there till he didn't move anymore. Erin groaned and wobbled to his feet. He was so sore. With a whimper he started running heading straight for where Lavi's room was. He snuck into the palace and quietly made his way to the red head's room.
Silently he snuck in and closed the door behind him locking it behind him. The light haired male moved over to the bed before he jumped onto Lavi pinning him and covering his mouth. "Lavi if you bite me I swear I'll break you nose." he growled.

{Lavi Filstan} Lavi was completely shocked and scared to see that Erin up and jumped him like that. He was wondering how hew even got out of his cell in the first place and what he was planning now. His eyes told how scared he was right now. He didn't bite because he didn't want a broken nose. Also he realized that this was the kind of bondage he was going to use to play with him with....only he envisioned being the one on top. He was too scared to think about that at the moment and his one good eye remained on his.

"You can not kill your family. I won't allow it. Even if you hate you family." Erin practically growled. "You should be happy you still have you damn family Lavi. You may not be to lucky but in my eyes your pretty damn lucky that all those years ago my parents were the ones who were murdered infront of their sons eyes. Your lucky you weren't tossed into slavery at such a young age and getting raped and beaten for years till they broke your spirit. Your one damn lucky guy who gets to sleep in a well furnished house every night. Don't ever think about killing your family again." The young man said his eyes filled with the bolted up anger in his life and the pain and suffering. He let the other's mouth go so he was only pinning him with his weight now.

{Lavi Filstan}"I...won't kill him...I was only going to do it to get you out of your cell...but I see that you've done that on your own. My father will try and kill you as well if he finds you...I don't want that to happen. I don't want to lose you...again...I'm sorry that thought even crossed my mind Erin." Lavi still didn't lose eye contact with him, still wondering what was going to happen next.

Erin sighed softly and shut his eyes relaxing, though he wish he hadn't. With all of his movements his cuts had opened back up and he felt just exhausted. "A-alright." he mumbled and rubbed at his head before he passed out falling onto the bed next to Lavi completely unconscious now.

{Lavi Filstan}Lavi calmed down as well and he saw the wounds on him open up. He saw him closing his eyes, most likely from how much the guards beat him up. Lavi slightly grinned a bit as he slipped Erin under his covers despite the blood and cuddled up to him when they were both covered. "We'll figure this out somehow..Soon I hope the reminisce of war will be nothing but a really bad dream. We're going to be okay..." His smile slowly dropped as he closed his eyes and fell asleep.

By morning Erin's body was shaking and he was sweating bad. He was having horrible nightmares. Back from when it was the first times he and Arin were taken and given to those frightening men. In his mind he was screaming and crying shivering under another males presence much older then the young teenager. He whimpered and clawed at the sheets. His body was to exhausted he just couldn't bring himself to wake up.

{Lavi Filstan}Lavi however opened his eyes when he felt Erin moving around on his bed. He ran his hands along his back to try and calm him down a bit. He knew that Erin's life wasn't a bouquet of roses in a garden, and him being who he was he knew that he could never fully comprehend his pain. He then ran his hands through Erin's hair, also starting to remember being told that the boy he was starting to care so much about what dead, not at all knowing he was still alive. Tears started to stream down his face and he was scared of what his father was going to do to Erin.

(I just got a reallllly good...really bad idea what the emperor can do for Erin's punishment..well instead of kill him)
Erin whimpered louder and shivered his legs shifting around trying to get the tangled sheets from holding them down. He was crying freely now not caring who saw. Then he shot up panting and sobbing. The young man covered his eyes and wiped off his tears. He glanced back to the boy beside him and saw he was crying too. "Lavi what's wrong?" he asked soflty and ran his hand threw the boy's hair.

((Sweet!)) {Lavi Filstan}He looked up at him with tears still in his eyes. "I'm just scared that's all. Whenever I'm scared I cry like this. Even though I'm the oldest I'll still always be the baby of the family. I'm really scared that you're going to get killed. I don't want that to happen to you at all and I don't want him to hurt you in any way. I'm also...sad..."

Erin sighed softly and ran a hand over his face wiping off the sweat and tears along with the once dried blood. "Mm I'd like to not die either but eh oh well." he mumbled and sighed laying down and turning on his side to watch Lavi. "Why are you sad?" he asked softly and ran hi thumb over the boy's cheeks wiping the tears away.

Erin smirked and laughed shaking his head as he listened to Lavi. "Alright..." he mumbled and leaned in closer to the boy almost laying on him. The older male smirked and licked up the boy's neck as he turned his head to the side. "Mm I'll be you cute little kitten after we get this sorted out. Eh maybe you father changed his mind, doubt it but maybe." he mumbled and yawned.

{Lavi Filstan}The second that Erin got even close to him he slightly blushed, but even more so when his neck was licked. That was one of his most sensitive spots and it caused him to make a very small moaning sound that sounded like "Hnnn...". "Knowing my father...He doesn't change his mind that easily. I'll be looking forward to owning a brand new cute kitten."

Erin chuckled hearing the moan before he moved to nibble on Lavi's ear. "Mm alright. I'll go find out...after I bathe. Wanna join me?" he asked and yawned stretching his arms above his head and slipping off the bed. He walked over to the bathroom and turned the knobs till he got it right. "Shesh I really have forgotten a lot of stuff." he mumbled and sighed.
