I say, like I told Taropsyche, we should let the guild mule be the new captain, it's got the same name as the guild... . but more importantly, any mod can use it, so the power will be more balanced than if just one person is in charge. Nobody can complain. :3

i know i havent been around here in a very long time. but life for me has a lot of downfalls. i remeber this guild befor it was in the guild system. and so many things have changed since then. but i wish i could change it back to the way it use to be. but i cant. so we must all move forward and make changes to improve this guild and make it into what we want it to become. i know im proble just going to be all talk right now. but hopefully it will motivate someone to help out. and when i get better hardwear to work on it will make getting on the internet much easyer.

so here is to a better change to the guild in 2006.

Id like to take the time to talk about a point that got passively brought up into my face. Or atleast im assuming that it happened this way. Id really like new members to check the 0 poster list to make sure that they are not on the list in mistake. Im really trying to get the list together and if any mods want to help in doing another 10 pages per post of 0 posters, it would really help. Even though im really going to try and get a post in every week at the least. Please stick to the format I have drawn up and if any members send PMs to mods then if the mod would strike them off the list, so we know that they will not end up being any errors or such.

Added Rule about changing quoting images. All quoted images need to be changed to urls to save the users bandwidth. To keep gaia running smoothly, plus no one likes it when a page loads slowly cause it has 50 pics on it gonk

eek Wow, thats kinda a big statement from Gavner. I've heard of people just getting bored with Gaia, but usually they leave a little message to their guilds and stuff, lying about the reasons if nothing else - I'm shocked that he didnt leave anything like that (or did he?)

Actually one thing that anyone can do is to flag a forum that they think is inappropriate. Inappropriate would be as followed: Repeat forum, violation of PG-13 or Gaia TOS Rules, A flammer, and or anything that is out of the ordinary. Basically, either shoot a PM to an ONLINE mod or to "the gay bi curious guild" Mule AKA the guild bot and when we log in to it we will observe the violation and take the appropriate action.

Also, this is just a thought right now, but Im thinking that any disciplinary actions should be taken though the GBC mule to prevent multiple PMs regarding the same action.

Also Im sure most users know this and I don't think its happened, but id like to remind everyone that GAIA mailbox's are very small. If you have multiple infractions, post them in one PM. Also, if your PM is still sitting in your outbox and hasn't been read by us and you find another infraction, edit your PM to include said infraction. Sadly enough I am guilty of having a stuffed mail box and will try to do some cleaning, but it just helps to keep the Inbox as clean as you can.

Id like to thank everyone that wants to get involved in this endeavor, everyone has a part to play in this guild weather you like it or not wink . Id also like for anyone who has some free time to check the 0-posters list to make sure that they are not on it by mistake. We are all human, so if your on it in error, we are sorry and we will strike you off it.
