The music from Tales of Legendia does that for me. Along with a few tunes from Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core.
Not to as great an extend, but most Zelda music as well.

the song that plays in portal when you are on the platform sliding into the fire and i said "goodbye" and you were like "no way", that was great... oops, just nostalgia'd again. i just plain love that game. cant wait for the sequel. also portal and music related: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8IGS9qY7xkois not music from portal, but music MADE from portal, you'll see.

I know I don't post too much but Music is one of the things I love most...Touhou needs to be on a list like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W5iVstc_klssomthing about this song made me hum along with it even though it was only a stage 1 theme.

Reason: This was Minato's dying song at least for the last scene. It was just so sad seeing him go. Aigis had her whole monologue of finally understanding what it means to be alive.
