Sonnet was watching Chan with a smile, impressed at how well she was doing, watching her glide into land, not realising till too late that she didn't have her feet down. Running over as she skids along, looking at her his face all concern. "Chan Chan... did you get hurt? You did really good thou." Not wanting to nudge her or anything just in case she was hurt. Looking up at Maion as he comes over, worry on his little face. Not knowing that unicorns could heal yet, he knew very little about any of his bloodline other than his dad.

Syaoran-Puu "Let me see...." Maion said as he looked down at his daughter. ---------------- Syaoran-Puu Chandra pulled herself a little clumpsily to her feet, the pain in her knees was making it difficult to stand up. Finally after managing it she looked down to see four little deep cuts that where leaking blood that now dribbled down her knees to the ground. "Oops..." she said as she looked at them, they had begun throbbing and stinging. Suddenly more aware of the two males around her she smiled from Sonnet to her father, it was clear they where both worried. "I'm ok" she said softly before looking up at her daddy. She knew she didn't need to say any more -he would use his magic to help like he had been doing since they day they had met on the way to join the herd. It was something else she envied, her unicorn blood was thinner than her fathers meaning that she couldn't quiet heal all the things he could. --------------- Syaoran-Puu Lowering his head to examine her little cut knees he tutted under his breath before teasing her, "You need to be more careful my little darling, one day Daddy won't be there to make it all better." And with that he placed his horn on the knee closest to him. Closing his eyes to allow his magic to flow through every cell in his body before finally sending it down her horn to his daughter. ------------- Syaoran-Puu Chandra giggled as the warming sensation flooded her little body, it always made her giggle happily -it just tickled so much, sometimes she wondered if her Daddy could decide if he made it tickle or not, for the adults he healed never seemed to laugh. Or perhaps they just weren't ticklish? As she watched the little scraps she saw how they slowly began to knit back together leaving only the trail of blood that stuck to her fur as it ran down her legs. "Thank you" she chirped.

Sonnet just gaped not having seen anything like what was happening before. Peering at Chan's knees where they were all healed, looking at Chan and then at Maion. Eyes big as he looks from one to the other and back again. Clearly this was a total surprise to him, not having known horns could do that. Then again it had taken someone else telling him before he realised he had a horn anyway. "Is it all better now?" Still gaping a little, though now he was looking from Chan's face to her legs.

Syaoran-Puu "Yep" She beamed at him as she wiggled her legs, they still ached but the pain was now gone. "No need to worry Sonnet." In that moment as she looked at his suprise she tilted her head in wonder. "Did you not know that our unicorn horns can heal?" She giggled a little, although she had only tried to heal small cuts and small animals she knew she could heal. That said she also had a father who taught her how to do it. She didn't know much about his family. He never mentioned their breeds -that said nor did she, it wasn't something she cared about. Although she was proud of being an Angeni she didn't believe that made her more superior than the other breeds. ------------ Syaoran-Puu Maion watched them, cocking an eyebrow at their little discussion, deciding it was a good time to take a break he headed back towards the herd. "Well I think we should rest and have some lunch. We can continue afterwards." He then started again before pausing and looking at his daughter. "Chandra -don't forget to go clean the blood off your fur before it dries too much." He gave them a smile and a nod.... and was gone.

Sonnet looks at Chan, then over at Maion, it seeming that it was time for a break. Smiling a little, it seeming that there was allot that he didn't know. Shaking his head, looking up at her horn. "No... dad doesn't have a horn, he doesn't have wings either... " Walking over towards the strawberries that Maion had left behind, thinking he should take them to the stallion. "I didn't know horns did anything other than be pointy." Carefully getting the edges of the cloth again and picking up the small bundle, walking back over to Chan with a smile and a nod saying that he was ready to go eat if she was.

Syaoran-Puu Once again her mouth made an 'o' shape. That made sense though, her own mother was considered a regular despite the fact that to Chandra there was nothing regular about her. "My mother doesn't have a horn either. Or wings, only my Daddy does." She smiled at him and watched as he picked up his present. "Oops, seems Daddy forgot them. I'm sure he didn't mean to, he was probably thinking too much about flying." She grinned even more at him.
"This way..." she said before leading the way back to the herd and the lake so she could wash her legs quickly while they rested and had lunch. "When you can talk... you will have to tell me what you want for lunch."
It didn't take long to join the hustle and bustle of everyone else, they where all eating and talking happily amoung themselves but Chandra's focus was completely on Sonnet.

Sonnet smiled at her, guessing they must be the same then if her mother didn't have wings or a horn. His head wings fluttering happily as he walks along. Waiting while she washes the blood off her legs, looking round at all the soquili. Not used to a large herd, for him it was really just his family, well them and aunt Keii and Eddie, 6 including him was rather small he guessed. Looking round for Maion to give him the berries. Giving Chan a I'll be back look as he trots over to where he saw the large dark stallion.

Syaoran-Puu Chandra finished cleaning up, the cooling water seemed more calming and delicate. Somehow it felt better in this moment than it ever had. She watched as Sonnet trotted over towards her father -she would give them some time alone. -------------------------- Syaoran-Puu Maion looked at his mate Sengdroma as he sat on the ground with his wings spread so that they could bath in the warmth of the sun. He loved having his family around him, although he still felt the call of the Ocean from time to time, he had a new calling. He was the Guardian of this herd and it was not something that he would take lightly.
To his suprise he noticed the young colt Sonnet coming towards him -and without his daughter. Curious he called to him, "Hello Sonnet, may I help you?"

Sonnet smiled, giving Sengdroma a polite little bow before placing the small bundles of berries down in front of Maion, still smiling. "You forgot these." Not having wanted some other little creature to run off with them, especially as Maion had mentioned sharing them with his mate. Not really having any other reason for coming over. "Excuse me, I left Chan waiting on the answer to a question." Not feeling the need to explain why she was waiting for it, thinking that was pretty obvious.

Syaoran-Puu He laughed a little as he saw the parcel. Perhaps he truely was getting getting forgetful in his old age. "Thank you" he said before pulling them closer to Sengdroma and offering them to her first. ----------------------- Syaoran-Puu Chandra walked out of the lake and wiggled as fast as she could in an effort to get most of the water off her pelt and wings, she knew the warmth of the sun would do the rest. Just as she was about to go looking for him Sonnet came into her view. Smiling softly she skipped towards him, her tail wagging softly. "Welcome back." She chirped, her ear wings wigling excitely.

Sonnet grinned and bounced a little before walking over. "Are you all clean again now?" looking at her legs still amazed that they were healed. Smiling up at her, happy that she hadn't been badly hurt. "I don't know what I want for lunch as I don't know what there is to have for lunch." Smiling showing he remembered what she had asked as they walked over here, seeming pleased he had remembered.

Syaoran-Puu "Yep" she chirped wiggling her left front leg so he could see. "All better." Then as he spoke about food she found herself distracted as she thought about the options. She began to list them as she remembered them, "Apples, berries.... bark, grass.... carrots..... oh and nettles aren't that bad either." She titled her head to see what he would like most.

Sonnet smiled wondering if he could be cheeky and mix some of the options together. "I wonder if I could have an apple and carrots... they taste good together." Not sure who else liked the mix but he definitely did. Though he didn't want to be greedy. "But one or the other is fine too." His smile cheerful as ever, though he couldn't help glancing over at her parents now and then, wondering what it was like to have a mother.

Syaoran-Puu "Apples and carrots....hmmm" She thought about the best spot to go to get both without having to travel too far. There was a carrot patch just a little way away from the rest of the herd and an apple tree near by, the only problem was that the tree was really tall and unless they could fly up a little it was unlikely they would get anything. At least they could try -right?
"Good choice." She winked at him before trotting off in the right direction. The truth was she had never really tired apples and carrots together, her faviourite food was apples so she tended to just enjoy them on their own. Though she also liked them to be a treat so she only allowed herself to have them every now and then. Today would be such a day -and what a wonderful treat this day was turning in to.
As she walked she could already see the giant apple tree ahead, and in the ground a patch of carrots and parsnips, it had taken her a while to distingush between the different leaves to pick the correct vegetable. She really didn't like parsnips afterall. "So....." she turned to face him, "What food do you have on offer where you live? Apart from strawberries of course." She gave him a cheeky little wink, she had liked the strawberry very much.

Sonnet smiled following along with her. "Nothing like this, its pretty much whatever is available near by, though we usually only get carrots when the twoleggers give them to us, though Dad doesn't like two letters much so its hard to get them." Carrots a bigger treat to him than anything else. Able to get apples and most fruit in the forest, grass readily available, but he loved the carrots. "Umm... Chan... whats it like having a mother and a dad?" Looking at her, wanting to know as they stand under the apple tree.
