After hours of meditating, he rises with eyes closed. Once he opens them, he starts to focus his energy into his feet. With his feet full of energy, he walks into the forest.

"Well if you're not her for training wht are you here for and where are you going?" i was traveling, and i guess i wandered to far from the road. *she started to sob* what will i do? i don't even know how to find the road!

A girl walks into the training area with a bag. She heads toward a far end where nobody else is. She takes out three bags and stands them up in a circle around her. Each bags stand on two wooden pegs. She crouches on the ground, her tail swaying. She closes her eyes and concintrates.

Serena suddenly jumps up and pounces on one of the bags. She shreds it and quickly jumps to the next and repeats. She lands on the ground, wheezing. "Great... I'm still slow..." xp
