Unrelinquished Despair Crew

 Toshusai Manami
[Genin] [Ranmaru] [Konoha] Manami strolled into the ramen stand lazily, letting the aroma of the broth fill his nose. Contrary to other reactions, he did not drool or even feel a sense of hunger, he was only here to pick up some food for one of his clients. Besides, the food that he ate was mainly nutritious, and contained little 'toxins,' as he called them. His single crimson eye drifted over to the other two occupants, and only one of them he recognized. The other one was a little queer as he observed, but that was only from a distant with fading interest. From what he could tell she wasn't exactly the sharpest tool in the tool shed, but he had yet to talk to her. The purple-haired girl he had run into before at the hospital, accidentally ramming his head into her rump. It seemed she ignored it at the time, which led him to believe that she was a tolerant individual. Again, another case of 'he would know more if/when he talked to them.'
"Just a single order of your most mediocre ramen, please." The boy asked, stepping up to the counter of the shop and taking a seat. Lazily, he leaned against the grained wood, idly running his feminine fingers along the grains. It appeared that they sanded it well.

The song, and the playful antics of the child soothed her, but she was not sure why. "Would you like some food?" Miho said, a small bit of laughter was apparent in her mono toned voice. Nexus rubbed his eyes and yawned as he pulled open the drapes that led into the shop. He took a seat by himself and scratched his head which messed up his hair a little bit. Nexus had just woken up and planned on coming here for breakfast. He turned to his comrade with eyes half-open and looked at her, sleepily. "Mornin'...." was all he muttered to the cook at first. Nexus was too tired to fight, too tired to smoke, and too tired to worry about anything. He then just ordered some beef udon and sat there, quietly awaiting his breakfast.

Setsuna suddenly stopped when she was asked the question and stared straight at a spot to her side. Her gaze was blank with absolutely no meaning. If someone had been sitting at the empty spot she was staring at, then perhaps it might have looked as if she was strangely observing someone. However, there was absolutely no one there. Even more strange was when Setsuna suddenly waved at the spot, still holding Miho's hair so the wave was really close to the other girl's face, and greeted, "Hello there miss!" with a large smile on her face.
(OOC: And in the end, I have Setsuna do exactly what she did before but without Manami xd .)

____________________________Miho_______ Konohagakure / Assassin / Genin / Iron Sand With a stifled laugh Miho stood, payed for her meal after ordering some desert, turned back to there young companion handed her a small, sweet treat then said "I enjoyed your company, I would enjoy... Hanging out some other time." The words were still mono toned, and a bit out of place, but to Miho she was being nice. [Chakra Pool: 22/25]

Setsuna finally let go of Miho's hair when the assassin stood up from her seat. The girl sort of had to considering that Miho was taller than her. Taking the sweet that was offered to her, Setsuna ran out of the restaurant and away without another word. Although, she did pause for a moment at the door to turn around and stick her tongue out in a comically rude manner.

(OOC: Erm.... If anyone is bothered with me not making an actual post about Setsuna entering the ramen shop, I'll go ahead and edit this sweatdrop .)
"BAWOOWOO!!!" Setsuna shouted out as she shot out from a spot beneath the counter right next to Nexus, landed perfectly on the chair next to Nexus, and spun 180 degrees just as perfectly. In a mater of a couple seconds, the girl had gone from crouching beneath the counter for whatever reason for however long to sitting perfectly normally in a seat at the counter. In a chipmunk-squeaky voice, the girl asked, "Good morning mister, how was your day?" before transitioning smoothly into a perfectly normal voice for a girl her age and asking the restaurant owner, "Sir, may I have a cup of water and the simplest miso ramen please?".

Nexus was quietly eating his breakfast, still half-asleep, when what he heard was something like a submarine submerging into the water. He wasn't jumped by it at all, but he did acknowledge it, something he normally wouldn't do. He turned his head to see a young girl making the noise he heard. She ask how he was doing. He had to think about it and then swallow his mouthful of food. He took a breath and then smiled, another thing he didn't do normally. "I'm pretty good, kid. Just really tired. How about yourself?" Nexus was actually making conversation! This wasn't like him! It was almost as if he had been possessed by a spirit that turned him into a pleasant person! If only Miho was here to see him now. She would be absolutely confused about his actions and she wouldn't know how to react to him in this tired state.

After the initial greeting, Setsuna seemed to have completely forgotten about Nexus as she swallowed down the ramen she was given so quickly that it was almost as if she was breathing it in. Suddenly, after a long enough pause so that it seemed as if she wasn't going to respond but also short enough so that Nexus wouldn't have a chance to ask if she was going to respond, the girl slurped up the strands of noodle she had been in the process of eating before asking in a bored-delinquent tone that was completely different from her original, "How can you be tired? The night has only begun!". Honestly, despite being as nosy as she was, Setsuna herself didn't really know what the last sentence meant. However, the eleven year old girl had heard it every now and then while passing popular drinking spots (of course, the girl never entered them, which explained why she didn't really know what the phrase meant). It seemed random enough for the moment. Who would talk about the night beginning when the sun had just risen? No one but Setsuna of course. The moment she had finished the two sentences, Setsun went back to eating her ramen, but at a much normal pace than before.

Setsuna finished her ramen and paid for it in silence. She also left in silence. It seemed that Nexus had gone mute for some reason or other. Her exit was abnormally normal. Well, other than the fact that an eleven year old girl was leaving a ramen shop by herself that is. Setsuna's hair fluttered in the air like white ashes and her eyes were piercing blue like the blue of a fire as the girl moved on to the location of her mission. She had received a note in the morning listing the jobs she was expected to complete.
