"This place holds a strange power, which definitely originates on the lower floors. I intend to learn what it is. But, I think we've wasted enough time. Let's move on." Maluc began to lead the way back from where they had come, though he tried to keep the trail of blood out of the light, he didn't want Tsunaimei realizing how hurt she'd been and how much blood she'd lost. "With a bit of luck this actually brought us closer to the stairway." He said with a smile behind his mask as the first set of stairs downwards began to show in the light. "Now watch your step and tread lightly. There are scarier things the deeper we go."

Alundra glanced back as Yami disappeared once more into the shadows and seeming as if she were an ghost or was never there. She followed Maluc closely, making sure Tsunaimei was close to them as well, offering her a smile. "Tsunaimei! You don't have to repay us! Your our friend! Friends help one another silly!"

She looked back to Maluc. "Well, other than strong beasts and power, me thinks there be treasure too! I mean, I don't think anyone has made down to the lower floors!"

"She's quite the lively one isn't she?" Tsunaimei asked rhetorically referring to Yami as the Ninja vanished into the darkness once again. Keeping up with Alundra and the others, Tsunaimei lowered her head at Alundra's statement. The shame and embarrassment slowly eating away at the Holy Knight. "I know... but my code of honor won't accept anything less. I won't accept anything less until I repay my debt to you all!" At the mention of elementals, Tsunaimei's spirits rose a bit. She took this as a chance to redeem herself and eagerly looked forward towards the potential challenges that lie ahead.

Alundra smiled and nodded as Tsunaimei commented on Yami's eagerness. She giggled as Tsunaimei spoke that she wanted to repay them somehow.

"Aw, alright. If you feel that way, then I can't stop you can I huh?" At the mention of elementals and reaching the floor, Alundra's hand flew to the hilt of her blade, alert and ready.

As her skin met with the cold metal of the door's knob, circuits be seen lighting up with electricity. "Get back!" Maluc shouted quickly leaping to pull Tsunaimei away from the door. "I have a feeling that we're supposed to try the big glowing door last." Pausing for a moment, Maluc uses Libra then gives the doors a closer look. " Most of the doors are trapped. I'm gonna try to go through the first door, the first two on each side seem to be safe." As Maluc stepped through the doorway, the door closed quickly and tightly behind him. Trying to open the door again he found it useless. Shouting through the door he only hoped his companions could hear him through the thick gold door. "I think each door is going to be like this! See if you can find a way through the other rooms!"

((I took the liberty of making a map of this floor for everybody. I'll be posting what is in each room for everybody.... it'll be just like I'm DMing a D&D session.))

Looking around inside the room,(1A in case I didn't state it before) Maluc saw various devices, none of which had a clear purpose. There were four levers along the far wall, five tubes with funneled openings along the right wall, and a large wheel with several handles in the center of the room. Moving to the tubes he guessed at what they were, a communication device. Waiting for any reaction to his presence, Maluc thought it best to do nothing for now.

The room Tsunaimei entered seemed very plain on the inside. No furniture or complex devices adorned the walls only a picture of a heart upon the walls and glowing speech above it. The pale green letters hung hazily in the air. "Give unto me of what I speak, a fool, in this place, you'd be to not carry what I seek. With sharp edged wit and pointed poise, it can settle disputes without making a noise."

As Alundra took hold of the handle short burst of electricity shot through the handle into her. The door was obviously locked, and the shock definitely not fatal, it was simply meant to teach a lesson.

Maluc saw nothing happening in the room and tried speaking through the tubes. After trying several different tubes he finally came to one that actually yielded results, though he wouldn't know until someone responded. "Can anyone hear me? Hello?" His voice sounded from the ceiling of the hall outside the room, where only Alundra, and assumingly Yami, could hear.

((Alundra, 1A, 2A, 1B, and 2B are the only rooms that are open and non-trapped right now.... try going in one of those. I guess the little key I put at the bottom of the map pic was too small eh?))
