Orihime for the first question because sorry but I can see the feelings rukia has for Kaian clearly and I'm more of a fan of Rukia and Kaian.
The second part is that I prefer Rukia over Orihime because she is a better character power wise and what not.

Yeah he may have been married but rukia was clearly attached. She let his death bug forever and that is what messed her up when she had to fight antonio or whatever his name is and it almost got her killed. Even Ukitake could tell the attachment.
