Eyes:  Her eyes should be BRIGHT light blue, with a heavy black rim (almost like eyeliner). Eye color  Eyeliner
Hair: Curly Style #2, for both mane and tail. Black hair with golden streaks.
Body: Red base, with golden dust all over.
Hooves: Her hooves should be black with red streaks. I'd like the alternative draft leg feathers please!
Minor Edits: I'd like her to have tons of feathers everywhere around her! Make them look like the ones in her wings. Also, I'd like her to have a necklace. The necklace should be pure gold, and on the end, I'd like a gold (the actual element) feather on it.

Back blanket - design up to you. This horse's RL owner -loves- purple lol. So maybe a nice random purple and black (mostly purple) design. (she loves purple, horses, birds, hearts, swirls) if that inspires you lol. Could i get a version of him without the blanket as well please?

Hair style is much the same as the reference (only tidier). I've given a rough idea of what I want but I'd really like your take on it so whatever you think is prettier/sleeker is what I want you to try and aim for. Her tail is the NORMAL fluffy Cerynei one, I just want her to have the straight, white mane too. She doesn't need anything extravagant, just enough to murmur "Ooooh pretty" when you see her.
Pelt Colour:
Overall colour is white, she has gold glitter on her rump and beneath her cheeks like Azzinoth (see ref). She also has silver/white hooves a similar shade to her eyes. Additionally she has little hummingbirds floating around her, see ref for details!

Eyes - #38b2d9, blue eye (actually has two different color eyes, but you will only be able to see the blue one I guess)
Body - Dark red (#480000) body color with white belly, white chest and part of the face white. Black (#0d0d0d) swirl markings on back, legs, etc. White bands on ankles. Hind feet with white going up the back. At the end of the leg, before the hoof, a few brown (#542f2 cool splots. Black hooves.
Face - Left ear black (#222222)-the ear that is in the front of the mane) with white inside and a white band at the base. White on jaw and mouth and around eye. Black (#0d0d0d) marking at eye and black under the eye.
Hair - Mane=Wild, Tail=Wild. Feathers in hair- blue (#38b2d9) and fade to yellow (#f0b312)
Mane and tail mostly a blackish color (#222222), brown splots at base of tail and ends of mane. Under part of tail white.
Wings - Wing type 1 original. Black (#222222) then turns white at ends of the feathers. Brown splots at base/top
