Sanzo gave the young Nibantai a flat stare, finishing his cancer stick. "Great. Thanks.." Just what the Soutaichou was looking forward to after his day of hell- more paperwork to read. "And that's 'Soutaichou' to you, p***k!" Rubbing his temples again, he promptly swiped the container from the doctor, stashing it in his kosode. "If any of you assholes need me, I'll be sucking ash outside." With a swish of his haori, the blonde Soutaichou left the confines of Juunibantai's labs to enjoy a bit of quiet just outside the doors.

Kira frowned deeply, unhappy that he was once again being accused of being a traitor without real cause behind it. He understood, however, why Ryuusei was acting so coldly toward him- it was his job first and foremost to be suspicious. "All I am saying is that while I was associated with Ichimaru-taichou, I did not agree with him, hence why I remained here.." Eyes never leaving Ryuusei's own, he gave a curt nod of his head that he understood. Looking to Omori and Rin, he shook his head slightly. "I don't fault Nakahara-taichou for his distrust of me, especially because of my past ties. It is his duty to do so, and that he does it with such conviction is..admirable."

Ritsuka beamed at Ryuusei at being rewarded and he laughed. "I'm glad you like it, Dragon~" He pouted at the immediate reprimand just after, though. "We can talk in my office after I get everything all settled, ne?"

Ryusei was taken aback by Kira standing up for, and complimenting him. "You're the last person I expected to side with me, Kira." His voice trailed off as he glanced towards the two taichou who were disagreeing with his stance on this issue. "He will only be under observation for a short time. I can assure you that this isn't permanent." Once he softened his stance with Kira, he diverted his attention towards Rin, his expression extremely foul. "Call me an idiot ONE MORE TIME, and I swear to whatever you pray to that I will gut you and hang your entrails out for everyone to see. Do you understand? While you may not be able to comprehend why I am acting the way I am, you can rest easy knowing that it is all to keep you living your comfortable and relatively easy lives." He paused for a moment as he completely turned towards her.

"And his presence means absolutely nothing! Sosuke Aizen had spent a great deal of time within our ranks, and no one was the wiser. First mistake of the weak, assuming the best in everyone. One should always hold a small level of distrust. As sad as that is, it is because of the world we live in. Maybe you're too young and naive to understand. Amazing... that someone of such young age could amass the required knowledge and power to be considered a taichou. Or maybe it really isn't that amazing, I certainly didn't vote for you."

Ryusei's eyes shifted towards Omori. He scoffed at the taichou as he leaned back against Ritsuka. "Omori. Go back to cleaning the sewers, it's starting to smell funny out there." Ranting to one Taichou was enough for him, but would again if he had to. "I've already said what I had to say once, and I really do not care if you all don't agree with me. If you all haven't noticed, things have been going relatively well."

The dark haired taichou nodded in response to Ritsuka, letting out a small sigh. "Yes, that's alright. I don't want you to stop working before you're finished."

Omori gave a sigh. “Why is it that you have to say something disrespectful to everyone?” he said looking at Ryusei with an angry eye after that last comment. “As for the surveillance of Kira. As long as it's only for a short time I won't complain. I would like to Request that if you notice anything odd that might suggestive he isn't physically well for it to be reported to me. That is if that would be okay? If not then I will just have to check in on him every now and then.” He gave a slightly deeper sigh. “Kira, I wish you good luck. In this mess of...what ever you want to call us you will need all the good luck you can get. Now I think I should make my leave before I get into an argument with anyone else.” he was about to walk out when he looked at the young captain of squad 10. “Kurosawa-Taichou could you please step outside with me for a moment?” and with that he proceeded to walk out of the squad to wait outside.

Rin again bristled, that little tick that the Rukongai had ingrained in her soul beginning to fire up. He dare call her naive? She doubted he knew half of the things she did- she may not be as technically brilliant, sure- but she had street smarts. Enough to see his absolute idiocy. He was acting irrationally- and he had the gall to call her naive?! She was from the Rukongai- she knew all there was about not putting trust in people. But she also knew how to judge the character of a person- the various things she had heard of Aizen's involvement in the Gotei had made her sick- she didn't see how someone trusted someone like that. Her jaw clenched in annoyance, her eyes narrowing further. She opened her mouth for a sharp retort- when Omori spoke up. Her jaw clamped shut and clenched again, as if debating in her mind whether or not to slug him, as her fists twitched half-clenched. Huffing, she turned from him. "Morons like you aren't worth my time." she muttered sharply, proving once more that she still held some of the rebellious, fiery child that had held the terror of many another in the Rukongai years ago. She stalked out of the room, her chin up- she obviously found no fear in the Second Division Taichou's threat. The look she shot him as she left showed that she dared him to try. Yes, she was still that fiery, rebellious 'demon' that hadn't backed down no matter what foe challenged her- Rukongai resident or Shinigami.

Outside, she approached Omori, regaining her composure, rubbing her temples. It wasn't quite like her to lose her temper so. She was always foul-tempered though, when she was tired. Which right now, she was intensely exhausted, after days of sleepless nights. "What is it that you needed, Teruo-taichou?" she asked, her voice notably calmer than moments before. Her eyelids felt heavy, and on her pale skin the bags under her eyes were profound- but she hadn't deigned to notice that this morning.

Omori Looked at her with his eyes moving quickly. “Tell me, how long has it been sense you have slept?” his voice was that of a concerned doctor as it often was when he was with a patient. Until that patient annoyed him at lest. “Please don't lie to me and say something ridicules like you slept just last night. I can clearly see that it has been a while.” He pulled several bottles from one of his sleeves. “I'll also need to know the reason for why you haven't been sleeping. Is it that you are just working, or can you simply not sleep?” he gave her another look. “Don't worry I wont lecture you about sleeping, your a captain so you should already know why sleep is important. But as a doctor I can't let you leave until I can make sure that you sleep tonight if not sooner.” he looked at the door they had just walked threw. If he had his zanpakuto he would have let that punk feel a little of it's pain. Or at lest he would have wanted to. As much as he disliked him he knew that he to served his place.

She sighed- Rin should have seen this one coming. Not that she didn't, but it was still something she'd have preferred to avoid. She listened vaguely, swallowing back another yawn. "A few days ... " she said honestly- she wasn't quite sure how long exactly anymore. "I have had a lot of work to get done lately ... I have not had the time." Though he had said he would not lecture her, she still felt like a child- but didn't show the annoyance at that fact on her face. Exhaustion tugged at her eyelids again, but as she had been for the past few days, she fought it off, focusing on Omori to get her mind off of sleep. "I assure you, Teruo-taichou, I'm alright. If it has not piled up again in my absence, I can finish today and hopefully rest this evening. Don't waste medicines on me." she said calmly, though it sounded strained as he rubbed her temple again. She felt more tired than ever before- maybe days of sleeplessness had been a bad idea after all.

While still leaning on the pink-haired taichou, Ryusei could only sigh and shake his head. "Maybe I need to use baby talk next time, eh, Ritsuka? She obviously doesn't believe me." He leaned his head back and exhaled heavily on Ritsuka's ear. "Oh... heeey... buuuuuddy. I have a few gifts waiting in the Maggots Nest for you. I need the room, so they'll be transferred here within the next few days. I have to do it at night so the pencil d***ed panzy Taichous will have no knowing of it."

He shot a glare towards Kira. "You speak nothing of this. Got it?" His words were laced with such venom that it'd make one think second before even replying.

"Anyways..." Ryusei said, continuing on his conversation with Ritsuka. "... I think you'll be happy with the selection this time. I have two murderers, one of em rather youngish and the other middle aged, both men. A couple of women, both captured while I was on assignment. They're an interesting lot." He quieted his voice down so that only Ritsuka could hear. "Central forty-six had me lock them away because of uncertainties that even I am not aware of. I have papers on them giving you permission to do what you like."

Raising his voice back to normal levels, he pulled out a sucker and popped it unto his mouth before continuing. "And that's it. Interesting lot if I must say. I figured that you may want a break from doing this 'resurrecting' after accomplishing your goal."

Ritsuka giggled at his friend's mocking of the young Juubantai taichou. At the word of 'gifts', the pink-haired scientist perked up, eyes shining. "Gifts you say~? I'll make room for them then, if you're making special arrangements for them!" Pulling out a small pad of paper and a pen from the folds of his kosode, Ritsuka began scribbling notes down, being sure to plan for his new experiments' arrivals. He listened intently to Ryuusei explain how he managed to obtain his captives. "I'm sure they'll be fun to play around with once they get here~"

Kira looked wide-eyed at the Niibantai taichou when he snapped at him, and he nodded in understanding. "I understand.." Looking at the third seat, he took the papers, looking over them. "Things are so different now. It's no problem, though I don't see how this is necessary." He took the pen regardless and signed where it was needed.

" Arigato, Kira-san. Now for Mikoto and Sanzo taichou's marks, I can officially mark you as back on duty, lieutenant." the third seat smiled, as he dug into his pocket for something. after a few moments of digging, He emerged with a lieutenants badge, wrapped in a white cloth." I believe that this now belongs to you, Kira-san." He bowed as he presented Izuru with the brand new Sanbantai badge." I ask that you take all the time you need to get settled in, I can certainly manage your paperwork till you feel ready to take on some harder tasks. now I must go find the other two necessary signatures, if you need anything further, someone in squad three should know how to find me." he said as he turned and left in search of the taichous.

Just as the third seat turned to leave, he was met by one of the officials he was looking for. Mikoto stood there with her hands on her hips, looking at him with an eyebrow raised.

"When we are on duty it's Mikoto-taichou," she corrected moving past him and going to Kira's side. "If you call me that during normal work hours people are going to think I'm too lax on my squad."

Reaching down on the floor beside the blonde, the violet-eyed taichou retrieved what she had been searching for, her precious butterfly hair clip that seemed to have fallen off during her departure. How on earth could she not have known beforehand was beyond her, but once she noticed it was missing, she had to turn back for it.

While she was there, she noticed the Nibantai taichou conversing with the scientist and shook her head. Of course, she knew of his rude attitude and his nonchalant threat making. The redhead was sure that he'd said something to her fukutaichou. Seriously, Kira had nothing to do with that betrayal, but she knew that Ryusei wouldn't let that slide. Gently, she placed a hand on Kira's shoulder and smiled.

"Don't let the big-bad dragon scare you much," she whispered to him. "He's just like that. Now, hurry and recover we've got some bonding to do, ne~?"

Giving the blue-eyed man a quick wink she proceeded to depart once more. Before leaving, she approached the two conversing captains and poked each one twice.

"Don't you give my new guy a hard time," she said mainly keeping her eyes on Ryusei and scolding him gently with her gaze. "And Ryusei... take a bath. Only so much dirt is sexy on a man, m'kay?"

With that, she left the lab once more calling her third seat to follow. Once the two got back to Sanbantai and she did all the necessary things she needed on Kira's behalf, she'd attempt to get more paperwork done. She'll be needing some coffee for that instead of her usual warm tea.

Omori looked at he and gave a small nod to the young Taichou and handed her a small bottle of pills. “I want you to have these. Only take them if you really need them though” he put a heavy emphasis on the word need. “It's a special pill I made from my garden a while ago when I was just starting out as Taichou. I spent a lot of sleepless nights doing work as well back then. The pills will make it so that your body wont need sleep. It's really complicated how it works so I wont go into that detail.” he said not wanting to bore the young Taichou. “As I said though only take them if you need to. They wont have any negative effects on your body. But if you just take them every night it can mess with you psychologically. I know that from my own experience.” He said as he remembered when he first became captain. He once used those pills to stay awake for three months without any sleep. But when he wanted to sleep he couldn't get to sleep so he had to make a new pill to help him sleep again. He was hoping that she wouldn't abuse the pills as he once did. “You shouldn't worry to much about the paper work though. Paper work is important but your health is more important.”

"M-mikoto-taichou, I was simply using a collective to group both your's and Sanzo-taichou's signatures together..." the third seat tried to explain as he followed behind his captain towards the sanbantai's barracks." I would never allow a casual remark like that to be spoken by myself while on duty. And speaking of Soutaichou's signature, I still have not collected it, and the reactivation wont be valid in the roster until he signs it." Yaro remarked to his captain, as he seemed to follow her almost like an assistant.

An eye twitched at the mentioning of the soutaichou's signature. Great, after I told him that there wouldn't be a bother, she thought as she felt the proverbial foot enter her mouth. Well, it was just one document, right? And if the third seat got it to him before the man sat down to read Nibantai's report, then they could escape the majority of his temper.

"Yaro-kun," the redhead began in a slightly urgent tone. "Get Sanzo-soutaichou's signature and on the double. Who knows what will happen if you go in while he's reading the report from Ryusei-taichou... a report that is sure to piss him off. Off you go."

Shooing the younger man off, Mikoto continued one until she reached her office once again. With a sigh, she took pen in hand and began to scratch away at the papers on her desk, her posture much like a child reluctant to do their homework. Glancing at the desk across from her, she smiled just a bit. That wooden desk- which served as a temporary station for her third seat- would be taken permanently by an adorable blonde. With a look of delight on her face, the Sanbantai taichou had a little pep in her step, so to speak, as she worked on the stack of papers on her desk.

She stared at him, her mismatched eyes somewhat clouded with exhaustion. "Only as I need them." she repeated with a nod, taking the bottle and stowing it away. "Thank you, Teruo-taichou. I'll be careful ... I just hope that things won't get out of hand." she murmured, with a backwards glance to the room they were just in. She didn't really mind the reawakening of the old Gotei ... But what was the point in reawakening them if they were only met with suspicion? It seemed rather pointless in her mind. She nodded to Omori before leaving the area, presumably to return to her own Division.

" Y-yes ma'am." Yaro nodded, as his captain once again sent him on an errand. not that he minded. Since she had sounded so urgent, Yaro figured FInding Sanzo now would be best, and hopefully the grouchy soutaichou was still smoking outside the Juunibantai labs. As Yaro approached, he could smell the smoke of the mans cigarettes. He nervously approached. being athird seat, the soutaichou's grumpy attitude could be fearsome.
