..:Shirayama Kai:.. "Oh...OK...but still...it's interesting..." she said a bit embarrased...it didn't take the fact that Reddeye was here since those days...so it was impressive...she leaned back on the wall again, crossing her arms, still interested in the chat...

"I was apart of thirteen before. Well, for a few moments. My transfer to squad 11, before I killed Kenpachi, was accidentally screwed up, and I was sent here. That lasted for a day, then I was moved once more to the 11. Now, bright, I can be, numbers, not always my strong suit." Reddeye said as he yawned a bit. A quick bolt of Reiatsu jumped up because he was not keeping it down. The necklace he wore did keep his reiatsu down to fifty percent, but even that wouldn't keep his power from jumping up to that point if he didn't concentrate. Because of that happening, Reddeye had his room made of nearly the same material of his necklace. This way when he slept, his reiatsu would be completely hidden incase assassins were searching for him. The captain didn't want to just be assassinated, he wanted the fight to be a good one before he died.

..:Shirayama Kai:.. "Well, as I said before...interesting, Reddeye-taichou" she smiled softly. "You should go get some rest. You look tired..." she realized. Although he was really powerful, it's not good for anyone to miss some sleep...

Reddeye just smiled as he looked over at his daughter. She looked back, and as soon as they made eye contact, she knew exactly what her father wanted her to do. So Isabella unsheathed Kalru, and quickly shunpoed right next to her father. She stood straight up, and pointed Kalru to the sky. "Kalru, kill them!" She yelled as her blade turned to look very similar to Iraku when it went into shikai. The girl smiled for a moment, then slashed down as a worm hole appeared over them, and it dropped on them. It quickly vanished, leaving a Gojiro Kiryu burn mark where it dropped on the ground. It would vanish in the time of a minute.

..:Shirayama Kai:.. Kai stared at the spot from where both the captain and her daughter vanished from. She waved her hand softly as they left. When the only thing left was the Gojiro Kiryu mark, she turned back to her captain... "Is there any particular duty for today?" she asked wondering. She had seen a swimming pool around, she did want to try it out, but her job as a shinigami wcame first.

"Duties..." Hito thought back to when he himself was a lieutenant and he actually didn't remember doing much at all. He kept the squad unified and active with the missions, but other than that all he ever really did was goof off and train. He really wasn't doing much as a captain either, just paperwork. In which he was only filing at this point. He thought about make Kai do it all, then frowned. I can't trouble her to do this... at least not on her first day. He turned to her with a smile. "Your dismissed for the day, I honestly have no idea of what I should be telling you to do in the first place. I suppose you should just make sure no one kills each other. That's all." He finished with a slight smile and turned back to the filing. On the inside he was groaning, for he was almost done if not Tour had knocked all the papers over.

..:Shirayama Kai:.. "OK then, taichou." she said a bit overwhelmed, bowing a bit on her way out of the office. "Ill be around the squad, hanging around, in case of anything...." she said, closing the door behind her. She wanted to get to know the whole squad, so she used those few moments to do that.

Hito walked into his office and peered around it. He smiled nostalgically as he remembered all the hard work he went through to reach such a status. However something still bothered him, as if he was missing something very important and lacking greatly. He vaguely remembered a promise from years before, he wasn't sure of the details but he remembered laying down an oath with an important person to be the greatest... Hito didn't feel like he was the greatest of anything at this point. There were those who were faster, with better control, and those that were stronger. Hito's strategic mind was second to none, however, he felt as if this wasn't what he was meant to accomplish. He needed to get stronger... He wanted to get stronger. He may have vowed something similar before, but now he began to long for it even more. The duties and distractions in the Seireitei only caused him to lose out on his training. He wished to be on par with even the greatest of warriors, in fact he wished to surpass even the greatest of warriors. Because of this, Hito decided to abandon the Seireitei in hope of pure training. He would not stop until he had reached his goal and gained the strength he so desired with just training. He hesitated before grabbing a few things. He wished to leave as soon as possible, but felt it unfair for his squad whom have lost so much recently. He turned to his desk a wrote down a short letter apologizing for his absence, leaving the squad Lieutenant in charge for the time being, and a brief description of his selfish desire for strength. He put the note down and left his Captain haori on the desk next to the note. He started to walk out the door, holding his head down. He would truly miss those he had befriended in his time here, but there are things that men must do alone. Hito kept that thought in mind before he left. It would be a long time before he could return...

..:Shirayama Kai:.. On her way to the Squad Barracks, Kai suddenly stopped walking and search for something, palpating her body desesperately... "Damn, I forgot my bag." , she said, sighing a bit. She turned around, and ran back to the Captain's office. She knocked the door and, with no answer whatsoever, she opened the door... "Taichou...sorry to interrupt, I forgot my...", she stopped talking to see an empty office. The lights were off, not a single soul around. She slowly walked towards the desk. The only thing that could be heard was her footsteps and her heartbeats. She saw her bag, leaning on the front chair. She took it and hung it across her back. Her sight detoured momentarily to the table in front of her. There was a letter, delicatelly placed above the Captain's haori. Kai had a bad feeling about this, so she decided to open the message. Silently, she read the letter, only moving her eyes. When she was done, a tiny tear ran down the lieutenant's face. Her captain was gone. She kind of understood the reasons for his abscence, but still it was hard. She sat for a moment, reviewing the bare moment she spent as his Lt., for now he left her with his Captain duties, not to be promoted as a Captain though. She decided to begin working, in order to not dissapoint the wishes of her master.

..:Shirayama Kai:.. Kai entered the office. It was pretty cold and lonely since the Captain left on a mission. It seemed so...spacious and too quiet. So Kai searched for something to shut that silence off. From her last visit, Kai devised some stereo. She turned it on and looked for some music, something with energy, to get the office back alive. Leaving it at a loud level, but not too loud to bother the other squads, Kai made her way to the desk. She hated silence. It was so... familiar to her. When the room was filled by music, some random rock, Kai sat down on the captain's chair, leaving her modified haori hanging on behind her chair. With that huge mountain of forms undone, she sighed lowly. She took one of them and read it from end to end. Kai began dribbling on them, filling every single space with the information required. When she was done with some of them, Kai went for the vodka bottle she bought at the bar, and poured some of it into a little glass, and began drinking of it slowly, to enjoy the feeling of the drink.

"Things get rather lonely without a captain around. I know." Reddeye said as a fall of reality hit with him appearing in a chair in the room. It was just a play on space where he had manipulated the particles of space to make things invisible as he came out of a wormhole to sit down. So when he stopped using it, Iraku was sent into it's sealed form. The captain just smiled at the lieutenant, that temporary captain who had to take her masters place while he was away. So as head captain he had come here to check on her, and keep himself entertained. "You should rally up your squad, and get more members. I think your captain would be happy to return with you housing the squad very well. It might even grant you your own captain's spot if you have this squad alive by the time he returns. No longer needing to be a lieutenant." Reddeye said as he just looked at Kai, giving a very devilish smile. He liked the girl, she seemed very loyal, strong when needed to be, and could even have alot of hidden blood lust in her somewhere.

Kai felt an enormous reiatsu, a familiar one. As soon as she saw Reddeye, she stood up from her chair, almost knocking over a pile of books she was reading. "Reddeye-taichou! I wasn't expecting you at this time" she muttered, bowing a bit. After listening the Captain's point of view, she gave her own..."I know that, I'm checking some applications as we speak. but I need to talk to them first. This squad is getting lonely, specially since the Captain left..." she said, a bit concerned..."But I'll try my best in order to keep it alive" she concluded, in an enthusiastic tone.

"Good, Seireitei is somewhat dying, and everyone is needed. Your doing good work, but soon I will have to ask you to do something that alot of the other captains would very try to object to. I wouldn't have had it this way, if she didn't ask for you specifically." Reddeye said as he stayed in the chair he was in. It was a visitors chair, which wasn't a very often thing to see him sit in, since on some occasions he would sit in the captain's chair, bring his own, or just stand. He was a big person on standing, it was more comfortable for him on many occasions. Now he just looked up at Kai, and awaited to see what she would say, even though he didn't tell her what initially was going on, or what was about to happen.

Kai was a bit confused, leaning against the wall as she usually does. She looked at Reddeye as he spoke, still a bit concerned about the squad, but processing what the Captain just said...She couldn't do a conjecture of what was going on...What should I say...Who asked for me?...those thoughts flooded her mind and, as she tried to pull it together, she asked in a very cold voice..."I should do...what?", her eyes became lifeless...she didn't know the reason, though. the atmosphere at the office was really heavy, like if a tiny rock could destroy the whole building.

"You are going to have to baby sit Isabella when I leave on a special mission in just a bit. I won't be gone long, but I don't want her to be alone, incase she gets bored and trys to destroy Seireitei." Reddeye said in a laughing mood, but his voice was completely serious about her actually having a chance to destroy Seireitei. The captain knew what he was doing wasn't going to be nice, since the girl was usually violent with things, or people she liked.
