*) First Poison: I can accept this. I'd say this is something as a... A to S rank sedative?
*) With these poisons, would it be alright to say that the person has one post of 'grace' period, before the poisons/sedative starts to take effect?

What Class Is S/he: Puppet user
Weapon/Armor It Will Be Applied To: likely in short range launchers inside puppets or thrown versions wielded by Wednesday herself

Special Effect Desired: The premise of this weapon works by surrounding a single explosive tag in a ball of glass. When a signal of chakra is sent to the tag, Wednesday's own chakra signature is the only signal that will activate these tags, the tag instantly detonates. There is no fuse time, the low powered tag explodes and instead of vaporizing the glass as it normally would, the glass shatters and is sent in every direction at lethal speeds. This can be stopped by anything harder than the glass itself however these fragments of glass, Flack, will pierce skin with little to no difficulty. Absolutely lethal within 10 meters from the overpressure turning your organs to mush. 11-15 meters will leave severe cuts and heavy bleeding. Past 16-30 meters damage is minimal but will still cause bleeding and likelihood of embedded glass in the person/persons hit.

Basic Description: This blade was a gift for Reiko made by the previous Takikage. It is a unique weapon made for an equally unique weapon style. The blade has a chain attached to the base of the hilt and the length of the chain is twenty five feet. The chain is fed into a pouch that is located upon the back of her belt. The pouch contains a chain real system that is operated with the user’s chakra. Due to how the unique weapon style works the user is able to control the chain due to it being infused with their chakra. This does not mean they can manipulate it after it has been thrown and such. This means that the length of the chain is decreased or increased depending on what the user needs for no chakra cost due to the chain being infused with chakra at all times. This also allows the elements to be combined with the blade that much easier which takes only a second to do.

What Class Is S/he: Bukijutsu
Weapon: Chained Katana, Mangetsu
Rank of Weapon or Armor: A
Special Effect Desired: When she is twirling the blade by the chain it creates a solid shield the size of how much chain she is using plus the size of the katana. Ninjutsu is nullified and Taijutsu would result with the opponent getting a limb chopped off. Do to fusing the weapon with her blood both the chain and the blade are unbreakable.

First off you always need a sample when applying. Second, the chakra numbers given wont work. If its an A rank weapon capable of using an A Rank Raiton technique then the chakra cost should reflect that. Thirdly, when combining it with your natures it will take an additional cost of the chakra rank you put in. You should probably add that the more of your chakra you put in the stronger the effect.

The blade attached to the gauntlet is retractable as it is connected to a 10 foot chain. If ever the chain is broken the user's own chakra would be substituted. In case the situation arrives where the stinger is attached to chakra string it can be used a small bullet infused with raiton chakra, which would cost a D rank chakra amount. To use the gauntlet the user must first let their chakra seep into it which could cost as much as a B ranked ninjutsu

I'll accept pushing the bullect up to a C ranked attack. Also, the blade doesn't absorb the enemies chakra. It's like a normal chakra blade only different is it is made to handle Raiton based chakra.
