Quick question before I put up an application. Do clans also count in the restriction for not being able to reach stage two(the Hatake Clan, for example)?

More like they just dont have a stage two. So no. Clans dont have a stage two so therefor your cursemark can reach stage 2 if you wish. Clans are not counted as bloodlines as they are just ninja families who pass down techniques.

Name of the Curse Mark: Cursed Seal of Earth
Why you Want It: With a Hatake character, the Cursed Seal of earth would be EXTREMELY fun and interesting to play with. I've never effectively used a Curse Mark before, and Yoichi has the only system that doesn't completely KILL Curse Marks for me.
Have You Had it Before: No.
What would you do with it: Well, my first purpose would be to use it in battle when the opponent has forced me to do so. Though it sounds like fun, whipping around a Curse Mark isn't really something any particular ninja should do often.
What do you know about it?: The Cursed Seal of Earth is the counterpart and rival in overall power to the Cursed Seal of Heaven. Where the Heaven Seal is more Ninjutsu-oriented, the Earth Seal is more bodily oriented, boosting physical attributes by a high degree, and going so far as to add a tail when the second stage is activated. Like the Heaven Seal, the Earth Seal also has a more limited time of use than all the other Curse Marks because of its increased power.
Give Example of Rp with Curse: When all seemed lost...it was only natural that Ronmaru had an ace in the hole. The opponent that he'd 'stabbed' in his exam fight was now back on his feet. It appeared there was something about his opponent that he'd miscalculated. When he saw what was happening, it was almost too late. In their last clash, the ninja had managed to attain a small portion of Ronmaru's blood on his kunai. When he licked across it, Ronmaru felt a strange sort of 'bond' between the two of them. Though the Grass Genin was unaware of it, his opponent was a Jashinist. Slowly, the boy formed the ritual circle with his foot, smearing some of the blood pooled on the ground into a makeshift Jashinist ritual circle. Now, it seemed that Ronmaru's time was up. He needed to react, and quickly.
The traditional marks of the Earth Seal began to crawl from the back of his left hand across his body. His chakra went from the usual white to a very dark green hue. His coronas turned black, leaving his usually yellow eyes as they were. However, when he utilized his still-white Hatake chakra as well, his irises turned a brilliant white color. With the marks now spread across his body along with his black and white eyes, the Hatake truly appeared to be an angel of death. With blinding speed, he rushed his opponent before he could utilize the abilities of Jashinism. With one fell swoop, he drew his Katana once again, slamming the butt end of it into the boy's head before he could drive the knife into himself. If he couldn't KILL the boy, he would at least knock him out. Ronmaru did feel the same pain, but his heightened senses while in the Earth Seal's first stage allowed his body to tough it out without suffering damage or falling unconscious. He couldn't say as much about his opponent.

Name of the Curse Mark: Curse Mark of Blood
Why you Want It: After thinking about for about 2hrs, I decided that the ninja I want to play as should be a pure Hatake clan member with more power in his clan. So using this mark should make a few fights interesting.
Have You Had it Before: No
What would you do with it: Of course, I want to use the Curse Mark of Blood in battle as such as a do-or-die type thing but I think I can make an interesting story with my character dealing with the Curse Mark.
What do you know about it?: The Curse Mark of Blood is the mark used to enhance the abilities in the Kekki Genkai/Bloodline. It powers of bloodline techinques and physical attributes as well. It also changes the appearance of the ninja. Unfortunately, it comes with drawbacks as such weakness to the elements and lack of power in other abilities outside of the bloodline.
Give Example of Rp with Curse: Picking himself up from the ground, Hatake look ahead to see the powerful ninja walk toward him with barely a scratch on him. "I though you were of the Hatake Clan. You are rather weak, I must say." 'I can't beat him... not with my current strength...' Hatake is thrown into another rock. "Now I'm gonna end your pathetic life... then silence the rest of the Hatake clan." 'No... It won't end like this...'
Just as the ninja was about to land the final blow, the strange mark on the back of Hatake begin to glow brightly. The Hatake caught the punch of the ninja before kneeing him in the stomach. "What.. but how?"
Hatake grips the end of his shirt and electrical sparks start flying from his hand. "I am the purest of the Hatake Clan... You were unfortunate to come across me..." An electrical explosion can be seen from miles away...

Name of the Curse Oni Curse Mar
Why you Want It: for fun, and i think my character's attitude fits to have a curse mark ei: loves to fight and greeds power and brutal of course
Have You Had it Before: Nope
What would you do with it: I'll use it to develop my character even more
What do you know about it?: this specific type of curse seal was used by the sound four which Orochimaru implanted on them. like most of the curse marks by Orochimaru, it has 2 stages. according to the guild the first stage makes the curse seal spread on the user's body while the second stage gives the user a unique demonic trait on their appearance.
Give Example of Rp with Curse:
During the course of the mission, a high leveled rogue ninja appeared standing up on a tree. He watched Minoru as he slowly walked carrying his heavy gourd on his back. The ninja threw a kunai at Minoru. Im sorry, but this is as far as you can go. the enemy told Minoru as the kunai grazed into Minoru’s cheek.
After hearing the voice and feeling the blood as it spills down from his face, Minoru looked to see who was the one foolish enough to attack Minoru.
Minoru smiled as he looked at the rogue shinobi wearing a blank forehead protector then said. Hah, what a pest.. It’s sad… you must be a real weakling when even your own village discarded you.. but… that’s not enough reason for me to just forget about you grazing my face
Minoru placed his hand on his wounded cheek wiping of the blood pouring down from his face.
From the tree, the shinobi jumped at Minoru seemingly attempting to attack him head on. Minoru simply stood still looking at the approaching shinobi then releasing his Iron sand Iron from its gourd to shield him from the attack and catch the shinobi inside the sand.
But when the sand was just about to connect to the enemy, his body suddenly emitted a cloud of smoke then turned into a wooden log. Replacement technique eh? Now where is h--
Even before Minoru could look around he felt something stabbing his back. D—amn you. he said as he kneeled onto the ground.
The enemy turned around, celebrating his victory when he heard a sinister laugh coming from Minoru.
When he turned around he saw an odd pattern seemingly spreading across the man’s body. You’re the only one who managed to stab me after a long time.. for that I shall reward you and fight you seriously. Minoru told his opponent with his dark, sinister voice.
In a flash, Minoru’s big body just suddenly appeared just in front of his enemy grabbing his neck then lifting his enemy’s body into the air as he chocked him to death.
Still not contented, Minoru made his Iron sand crawl into his hand that held the enemy, making his sand insert the enemy’s mouth, nose, ears and eyes giving him a very painful death.
finished already? he told himself as he discarded the body and continued on to his mission.

Name of the Curse Mark: Cursed Mark of Bolt
Why you Want It: Since my rpc already has a bad temper and is always fighting, this would ensure for a much harder and more chalanging fight. This would give him a powerful, but costly skill in battle. Not to mention the fact that he is a Ranton user. With this, his Raiton attacks would be incredible.
Have You Had it Before: No
What would you do with it: I would use this as a last resort, when the rpc is pushed to the limit. Emergencies only. This would surely help with his "mission over death" philosphy.
What do you know about it?: The Cursed Mark of Bolt is a juuinjutsu technique that mainly gives the user a more powerful Raiton. When activated, the Curse Mark creates odd linear patterns. Raiton increases by 1 rank, chakra to perform it decreases 1 rank, a 160 chakra refund is given, but the users strength decreases by 1 rank. In addition to that, their speed also increases one rank.
When the second level of this Curse Mark is activated, the body becomes dark, and the arms become electrically charged. In this stage, the Curse Mark vanishes and they gain all the same effects as the previous, except that there's a 240 refund and Wind defense drops one rank.
Give Example of Rp with Curse: Doragon hit the tree hard and suddeny felt something hard in his chest. "Crap," he said, coughing up blood and falling to the ground. The enemy ninja then jumped back, ready to finish Doragon off. 'Can't let it end like this,' Doragon thought, making a fist. 'I can't fail the mission.' He forced himself to a standing position, staggering and coughing up blood. "Farewell," he said, firing a giant ball of fire at Doragon. He didn't have nearly enough strength to dodge. "Crap!" he shouted, getting on one knee and coughing up more blood. "I need more power. I need more speed. I need-." He wiped blood off of his mouth and staggered to a standing position, making a handsign. Suddenly, the fireball struck, creating a creater in the ground. When the smoke from the blast cleared, Doragon was gone. The enemy ninja looked around for him, searching frantically. "Electromagnetic Murder!" a voice shouted from behind. The enemy ninja turned only to be shocked by a surge of powerful black lightning. He winced in pain and fell to the ground, coughing up blood. Standing up, he then turned around to see Doragon, surging with a silver chakra and spotting strange linear patterns on his skin. "I didn't think I had to use my Curse Mark," he said, panting. "But I couldn't risk failing the mission." He then made another series of handsigns. "Lightning Clone," he said, creating a more powerful version of the Lightning Clone. The enemy ninja then made a series of handsigns and fired a series of handsigns. However, Doragon then moved at an incredible speed and manuevered through them toward the enemy, unsheathing his katana. When he swung it, his opponent blocked it with his chokuto. "Die," a voice came from behind. Suddenly, the enemy was sliced in half by a lightning infused katana. It was Doragon, who had used the Lightning Clone as a cover. When he struck, the lightning clone vanished and blood splattered onto Doragon. Suddenly, Doragon's power began to plummit. His curse mark then vanished and he fell to the ground. Before falling unconcious, he said "Mission Complete."

Why you Want It: Because I feel it best fits my character and it would also make me more formidable. And who doesn't want to improve themselves and get stronger?

Axel scratched his head as he stared at the Grass shinobi who'd drawn her katana and was clearly onl two seconds from slicing him into about sixteen pieces. The woman had to be at least Jonnin rank to even bother trying to size him up to take him down. "I ain't gonna go easy on you, you know." Axel said to the woman. "Cocky little b*****d..." she spat back at him. With a sigh, Axel formed a handsign and two things happened: One, intricate linear lines began spreading over his body; And even worse, a thin layer of flame rose and covered his body like a second skin. As his curse mark burned across his skin, he felt his flames grow hotter and more violent. With a sequential series of handsigns, Axel took a deep breath. 'Sorry kiddo....' [Ryuuka no Justu] With a roar, Axel released an intense stream of flames at the Jonnin woman. But she was quick on her feet and dove away, performing a handplant and leaping atop the gate of the village.
...Too bad she wasn't fast enough. Axel followed her every moment, his intensified flames following as he prolonged the dragon-like stream and the gate quick caught flame...and her along with it. As he pinpointed her, the flames engulfed her body and he could hear her agonized scream as he torched her alive.

Why you Want It: This fits my character very well, and adds great power since I'm a Hatake member.

What would you do with it: Use if very efficiently, that means in battle I wont start off with it but instead use it if its needed.
What do you know about it?: Everything the guide has taught me
Give Example of Rp with Curse: The blast had sent Tiye flying thus crashing into the trunk of a thick tree. It seemed that his life would come to an end. The mark on his arm started to spread and he felt the power of the bolt. He was able to stand and felt the new given power throughout his veins. Tiye was now faster and was replenished with 160 more chakra in his depleted chakra pool. Tiye finally used a jutsu , it was Tanto Yaiba. He gripped on to his sword and felt the edge of his blade grow, it was the furthest he has ever gotten it to go. With his new gained speed he was able to catch his opponent off guard, his damage had been increased so the target had no chance at survival.
