Name: Ambala Stage: Adult Gender: Female Species: Lion (New lines) Parents: N/A Offspring: N/A Description: Ambala is an orange coloured lioness. Her eyes are emerald green with yellow schleras. She has brown circles around her eyes. The inside of her ears are also this colour. Her muzzle, stomach and the bottom of her feet are cream coloured. Her tail tip is black. Her left front paw bares two scars. Reference Image(s), if applicable: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y104/clockworkalchemist/Pets/ambalacertcopy.jpg Tell me about this SoA!: Ambala is a lioness with scars on her front leg. She's proud of these because it shows she's fought many battles and won. Her sister died in a fight against hyenas and her pride. After that day, she became evil. She attempted killing the alpha lion's cubs when she was guarding them. She then attempted to kill the alpha himself. She got kicked out of the pride and she has killed ever since. She gained her scars after she got kicked out. Low luck?: This is my first attempt.

Added some more information in her plot and a relative I forgot to link an image toName: Líadan (Gray lady in Gaelic) Stage: Adult Gender: Female Species: Lioness (New rogue lines) Parents: Cú Chulainn (Father) x Ryssa (Mother) Offspring: None Description: Base - Darkish Gray Eyes - Teal Eye Whites - White Nose - Dark, dull pink Inner Ears - Dark, dull pink Tail Tuft - Darker gray than the base Marks - I like jewelry markings (For example, spots in a necklace-shape around the neck), so take these runes in any combination either around her neck or one/more of her paws in a glowy shade. I'm not sure what color shows up best on her with the stripes, just not the same color as said stripes and not orange or yellow. Everything else - I guess it's best to say I trust your judgment. The pictures are a little hard to tell, but try to go by them. I would like her to look as closely as possible to the ref images, especially "Hi Alice ^.^", "Too Light", and "Really Rough Doodle". The others are mostly to help you get ideas of the stripe placement and such. On "Really Rough Doodle" the marks/stripes are really examples. I like the marks right above the eyes (The look like eye-shadow), so that would be the one I would ask be kept. Reference Image(s), if applicable: HeadshotFull frontStole a hat?Too light, but shows the markings really wellCloser colors Hi Alice ^.^ Really rough doodle This is really what I want her to look like color-wise. I just figure the other ones will be helpful in figuring it out To get a better idea for the runes, here is the website that I got them from Tell me about this SoA!: Firstly, she's the little sister to one of my other SoA, Fechín. I'm also a big fan of Cheshire Cats, in any incarnation and when I decided that I wanted to get a sister for Fechín, it would be fitting that she would resemble the recently debuted Chessur, since Fechín himself has a Cheshire inspiration. Líadan is a kind, sincere female, the queen of the Atlantis pride concept. Without her, we can't really start the pride, but with her all we would need is the RPs. At a young age, her marriage to the crown prince was arranged but she cares for her mate and takes her duties as Queen very seriously. Aside from all of her duties, she's cheerful, playful and gregarious, enjoying spending time with the youth of the pride and teasing her mate and shy, socially awkward older brother. Recently, an angry god ransacked her beloved pride and her subjects were either killed in the destruction or scattered to the roguelands. She was evacuated during the panic and separated from her pride-members, including her mate, brother, and most the council of overseers. Her protectors were one of the pride's generals and one of the council members. During the evacuation, the stress caused her to lose the small litter of cubs she had been carrying, one of whom would have been the heir to the crown.
A later plot would involve the council member having taken a fancy to her in their time together, causing a tension between him, the king, and Líadan.
But at this point in time, she would be on her way back to the pride's lands to try and piece together her shattered pride, hoping that her beloved, her brother, and at least some members of her pride are still alive.Low luck?: Possibly? I've tried for her three times with no luck and the pride really can't be applied for without at least one of the leaders. XD

Edits in green ^-^~Name: Rynnit Stage: Adult Gender: Female Species: Lioness (I'd like these if she wasn't smiling, and was certed reverse. If that'd be too much trouble these lines are ok) Parents: n/a Offspring: n/a Description:Her body is a very pale tan with golden freckled and light spotting. She has a darker patch on her back/rump and her socks are darker, with three slightly darker than one. As she can't have her braid, I'd like her 'hair to be red, the bangs covering her left eye and for her to have a red tip to her tail to match. Her right eye is a bright green, the left is silver and dead with long since healed clawmarks. She also has scars over her body, not too many but enough to show that she had gotten into a pretty bad fight once. Instead of her necklace I'd like a henna-like tattoo around her neck with the run featured on her ref sheet as the main 'pendant' and then more runes/patterns fanning out from there. Reference Image(s), if applicable: Lion ref, old soq ref, Rynn and Zev, Casting a spell, Chibi Tell me about this SoA!: While Rynnit is a cosplay of my OC Amirynth she is a character I love to RP and I think would be a lot of fun to involve and see her grow within the SoA world. Rynnit is soft spoken and shy. She prefers staying in the background and listening to others than being in the center of attention, a complete contrast to her former self. She usually keeps to the shadows, not wanting to show the scars from the pride attack that left her so ragged and skittish. Gentle and kind to younger cubs, Rynnit feels more comfortable around the unbiased, even if their questions can get a bit personal. History: When she was born there was hopes that she would become the next seer of extraordinary power. A power that she never exhibited (whether she has any remains to be seen) She received special treatment from birth and was being groomed for important positions in the pride (who's name remains to be seen). Rynnit was gregarious and friendly to all and always was willing to give a paw to those who needed it. However fate seemed to have a way of twisting things. Everything that she touched seemed to wither after a time, the advice she gave turned sour, or things she helped with would fall apart and soon the whispers grew that she was actually cursed. Food stopped being in such abundant supply and then the rains stopped coming. One night the suspicious pride turned on her, attacked her and left her for dead. Rynn would never be quite the same after that. Bruised and scarred, loosing the sight in her left eye, she dragged herself to shelter and slowly recuperated. A loner on the outskirts of the other prides, she wishes she could return to the life she once knew but is too scared to cross those lines right now. Plans: If I got her I'd love to poke around a little and see if I can find a pride she could have been from (tweeking her history if necessary) and a pride that I hope she will be able to join ^-^~ She has found a home with the Kitwana'antara when she is created. There are a few plot ideas we'll be tossing around in the few weeks to come *grins*Low luck?: Never tried for one before!

EDITED - Appearance and added detail in future
Name: Nem'isis Stage: Adult (new lines) Gender: Male Species: Lion Parents: ?? x ?? Offspring: n/a Description: Eyes: dark purple Pelt: chocolate brown Mane & tail tuft: dark brown Markings: - A vertical scar running down over visible eye - Circular design on his back (see ref image) the marking would be red and rough. The mark is, in fact, a design carved into him by the claws of lions. - Tribal markings on his face (colourist choice in design). Reference Image(s), if applicable: (please note both images were the refs for when I was attempting to get him as a God.) Pach's ref (for colours and eye scar): http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Othin/KamariaCommissioncopy-1.png Thalion's ref (for back marking): http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/Othin/nemsheet.jpg Tell me about this SoA!: The pride Nem'isis had been born into was a small, tribal, superstitious pride. They dabbled in dark arts from sacrificing to physical harm in order to please their patron God.
A Witch lived amongst them and she was the most superstitious of all. She sat by the Chief’s side in all matters and was a respected member of the tribe despite the fact that she was believed to be barren - unable to bear children - which was also a terrible omen.
However, one night the Chief – who had been tempted by the Witch’s beauty – asked for her company whilst his own mate was taking her monthly pilgrimage to the sacred altar. Gladly obeying, the Witch went to him and spent a night with him in secret.
A few weeks later, much to her horror, the Witch discovered she was pregnant. Pregnant with the child of the Chief. Filled with panic, the Witch kept it secret for as long as she could, but even she could not the swell of her belly and the signs that she was indeed with child. Whispers started among the tribe members, all wondering who the male was that had planted the fertile seed. No one knew and all eagerly waited to see the colour of the child’s pelt. The cub was born, sleek and brown just like his mother. In fact, he resembled her so beautifully that the Witch began to think her secret safe. That was until the cub, her son, opened his eyes. Then the truth was known. For his eyes were purple – a trait carried only in the Chief’s line – and finally the secret was known. The tribe turned to their leader for answers, angry and accusing. For a moment it was feared they would strike him down but, at the last moment, the Chief wove a story of lives to save his own life.
He spoke of the Witch and her sneaking ways. He spoke of her treachery; mixing potions to addle his mind to make him believe that she was his own dear mate. The tribe were quick to agree and side with him, for the Witch did indeed mix weird and wonderful potions. Turning scornfully to the Witch they ordered her to send her cub to the altar and seek judgement from their patron god. If she did not, they would take both her and her son and torture them upon the slab of stone.
The Witch agreed.
And so, with the cub at her side, she lead them up the winding mountain path. There they thrust the cub with the purple eyes onto the stone and waited for guidance. Guidance came, shaking the mountain with its voice.
The cub will die. But not today. Take him, raise him and wait for the beckoning call.
It would be many, many days before the boy was summoned and in that time he grew and grew. Yet he was unloved and hated – even by his own mother. He lived alone as soon as he was able, in a secluded den where he was all but ignored. His heart was filled with sorrow and many times he thought of running away. Yet he, so young, was already sick of life and he had often been told of those condemning words on the mountain.
Then, one day, he was lying alone at the entrance of his den when the Chief appeared. The male was stern and cold as usual, but he spoke to the child – a rare thing indeed.
“The Witch is in need of you. Take this kill and go to her.” He dropped a bloody hare at the youngster’s paws and without another word, turned back towards his own den.
The purple-eyed male stood, lifted the bloody carcass in his mouth and moved swiftly to find the Witch – his mother. He found her but not as he had expected. She lay dead, torn and twisted in the grass. Dropping the kill, blood now frothing the foam hanging on his jowls, he pressed himself against her, weeping and crying out. For though she had never shown him any love, she was still his mother and he loved her despite all her cruelty.
And then the pride was around him, pressing him to the ground, cuffing him across the head so hard that he saw stars. He could barely hear them over the roar in his ears, but when the shock had subsided he realised what had happened. They believed he had killed her. He had been set up, and by the Chief, no less.
“Look at what he is done!”
“This is the sign! The one we have been waiting for!”
“Let us take him to the altar.”
And they did. They dragged him up that winding path and set his bruised body upon that cold slab of stone. Four pinned him down and then the Chief stepped up, unsheathing a large, hooked claw. Then, painfully and slowly, he began to carve the sacrificial marks upon his back. Blood streamed and despite all his effort the boy cried out in pain. He thrashed against his bonds, determined to break free. This earned him a slash across the eye, blurring his vision with a splash of blood.
What happened next surprised all. A diety leapt from the shadows, knocking the lions away and, in that moment of confusion the wounded youth was dragged to his feet and carried away.
---
The future: A broody, serious creature, Nem will never come to terms with what happened that day. He will grow to both hate and adore the deities for the parts they played in his life: his condemners and his saviours. Unable to decide whether they are good or evil he will try to track them down, becoming a servant to one (whether against his will or him being willing is yet to be decided and will depend on the God he tags along with). He will also never be able to rest, wanting to take revenge on those who hated him and killed his mother because of his 'ominous' birthing. Eventually he will realise he needs to face his demons and return home, only to find that it has all been destroyed by the patron God because the pride 'allowed' Nem'isis to escape and never sought to find him. After this realisation, he will wander alone for a while, unable to come to terms with the destruction and torment his single life has brought. What will happen next will depend on RP. He will either deal with this in a violent way or he will succumb, grieve, and try to move on with his life.
Low luck?: No

Name: Kenji Raito Stage: Adult Gender: Male Species: Lion - Old Rogue Parents: n/a Offspring: Alais Kibou, Silvain Kibou, Glaise Kibou Description: Gold eyes (Like Silvain). Black base. Clay red mane and tail tuft (like Glaise's leg markings), clay red and macaroni orange (like Glaise's face markings) spots and splotches across his upper back legs and rump (like Glaise), clay red front leg markings similar to Alais' back leg markings, macaroni orange face markings similar to Alais' face markings. Inner ears are macaroni orange, nose is macaroni orange. Reference Image(s), if applicable: Glaise, Alais, Silvain. Tell me about this SoA!: The father of Alais, Silvain, and Glaise Kibou. Born to a pair of rogues that joined a rather loosely knit group of lions (not quite a pride, but they did help each other out), he started out a vicious and bratty cub, wanting what he wanted and not caring who he hurt. When he saw this behavior wasn't getting him anything...he tried figuring out a way to get what he wanted. He started acting nicer, eventually becoming a sweet gentleman. Or he seemed as such, anyways. Underneath, he became more conniving, and truly more ruthless. He could play creatures against each other, and they never suspected him. He gathered 'friends' he could manipulate, who saw him as a great 'boss' to look up to, or a gentleman who could do nothing wrong. When he was an adolescent, he met a pretty juvenile girl, sweet and humble and bright. He decided he wanted her, that Esu'me Kibou would be his. He began to 'woo' her, bring her presents and lure her in with sweet words. As his mane filled in and she became an adolescent, he began to subtly ward off any other suitors, causing 'accidents' when they tried to get near her. Eventually, she came to be seen as unlucky to anyone but her family and cubs. And finally, he caught her. She agreed to be his, and only his. And he began to tighten his hold on her, distancing her even from her family. The first time he struck her had been an accident. He'd been so angry at a failed hunt, and she had simply been there at the wrong time, coming back from a rare visit with her family...He discovered he LIKED striking out at her. And every time he did, Kenji made sure she would think it was HER fault, that he did this because SHE deserved it. He even broke one of her back legs once. It never healed quite right. He found another lioness, a pretty rogue not part of the group, that he desired. He began to sneak away and spend time with her. She didn't care if he smelled of another lioness. Nor did the other rogues he spent nights with. Shortly after she finished growing, Kenji lost Esu'me. He returned to the den to find her gone. Enraged, he gathered some of his 'most trusted' pawns, and followed her scent. But he was always too slow. That fact alone made him angrier...he'd been outdistanced by a lioness his junior with a half-lame back leg! His pawns were eventually sent home...and he vowed he would find her again. Esu'me was HIS. And she would learn that once again. For the Future: Kenji will eventually cause trouble for Esu'me once again. He will find her in the Tete'boma, likely with a new mate, and he will begin to find ways to cause trouble for her, to make her life hell and to make the pride and her new mate want to get rid of her (it won't actually work, but he'll try!). Low luck?: Nope.

Name: Ishara Stage: Adult Gender: Female Species: Lioness (Old Lines) Parents: ? x Pepo'zaleo Offspring: N/A Description: XD; I know the ref pics aren't great, so I'll do my best to describe how I'd like her to look. For starters, I would want her to have a dull grey coat. Then on her neck, I would like 5 gill markings in the form of the pretty pink frills. Her eyes should be a milky light blue (with no dark outline inside the eye so they stand out more), and her nose and inside of her ears should be dark grey. XP; Now here's where it gets tricky. You can see from the ref pics and the vid that this shark is different colours in different places. Towards the back and on her tail, she should have a dull tan colour. Then on her paws/legs/belly extra, some dark grey. Then towards the front/top, some off-white. ALL of these extra colours should look faded, so they blend with the main coat colour at the edges instead of just looking painted on (like my crazy ref done in Paint). Just do what you think will look good. XD She's not meant to be super pretty, so even if you think she'll turn out badly, don't worry about it. Reference Images: Ref Vid, Ref 1, Ref 2, Ref 3, Ref 4, Ref 5Tell me about this SoA!: Ishara is the High Priestess of the Kitwana'antara. She's an old member, but only recently rose to the rank of High Priestess after her mother, the previous High Priestess, passed away. Her mother died from the effects of the advanced stage of the disease and as a result she suffered greatly. This will have caused Ishara to question her faith for a while, before coming to the conclusion that the great Goddess of Pestilence simply needed her mother more than she and her Pride did. Personality wise, Ishara doesn't seem like the most approachable of lionesses to most others. Although she's nice and polite when interacting with any pride member, she just has a look to her that makes others think twice before striking up a conversation. Now that her mother is gone, there's only three things she truely cares about; the Goddess of Pestilence, her King and her Queen. Obviously the pride's well-being is important to her, but as far as she's concerned, the Goddess of Pestilence and Royalty come before the rest. As long as they are happy, chances are the rest of the Pride will be happy too. In regards to the disease, Ishara would only be in the beginning stage, although I may move her along to the intermediate stage down the line. Although it pained her to see her mother suffer, she doesn't fear the disease, and most likely wouldn't fight it should it get any worse. As the High Priestess of Pestilence, she believes that to fight the disease is to fight against the Goddess herself, which is simply blasphemy. Low luck?: I've been trying for her for ages. Things are starting to get moving now with this Pride concept, and because her Rank is so important, she needs to be there for when the Pride is official.

Reference Image(s), if applicable: xXxTell me about this SoA!: Syaoran Li is from Card Captor Sakura; an all time favorite anime of mine. He can be very bratty at times, and thinks highly of himself because of his supposed blood line. When Sakura is acquired, by Das Tor, the two will have a bickering relationship; just like the anime. Eventually, he'll fall in love with Sakura and have cubs with her. This is also for an up and coming pride me and a couple others are working on. Low luck?: First time I've tired. xD

Edited! Specified line preference, woops~
Name: Ukoga Stage: Adult Gender: male Species: lion (old rogue lines) Parents: ? x ? Offspring: Kinagiri Description: CC, so long as he can reasonably be Kinagiri's father! He should be green and I'd prefer the gold (and yellow eyes) not be used (so they can have come from her mother). Reference Image(s), if applicable: Kinagiri Tell me about this SoA!: I'm trying to kill two birds with one stone now. I would like to have a character in my own storyline for some of the Mwezi'Johari customs and I wanted to figure out the history of Kinagiri. Ukoga is from the pride (name undecided) that fought over land with the Mwezi'Johari before they moved. They lost but after all this time, those who remain will be trying to join the Mwezi'Johari. Nothing for certain is planned yet, it'd be easier to work out dramatic plots if there is at least one character I can play on that side.
Ukoga fought hard in the war and won't easily let go of his anger about losing, though he'd follow the remnants of his pride anywhere. He lost his mate and his daughter sometime during the war, believing that neither of them survived. He'll be one of few less than cheerful characters that end up in the pride, and he'll have some longstanding grudges against some of the older, original pride members (specifically including the only two guards who fought and survived the war that exist in the pride now, one in particular that I own xD). He's grumpy and selfish, except when it comes down to being loyal to his pride. And besides, it's just easier to stick with them (so he'd say). As for the existing character, Kinagiri, this just means she came from a pride in the midst of a war- which is why she doesn't talk about her past and why she has no interest in finding one to join.
Low luck?: No

EDIT!Name: Zuko Stage: Adult Gender: Male Species: Leopard Parents: ? x ? Offspring: None Description: Please make him as close to the reference image as possible! Feel free to tweak the markings a bit to make them look better, but the overall appearance should be the same! He has a three claw slash of his right eye and ear, missing fur jagged and ruff around the scar. Reference Images: Here. Tell me about this SoA!:
Zuko is the fire lord of the Arba'Sehemu pride (exsisting pride). He grew up in the fire nation under the strict guidance of his father who rules with a iron fist. Zuko however was a deviant and far kinder than he late father, a leopard who started a war amongst the nations. Zuko worked endlessly to help bring his father's war to end and he was granted the title of Fire Lord Zuko.
Zuko has disappeared! Yes, the fire nation is up in airs about the disappearance of their lord. No one knows what exactly has happened to him and everyone is hoping for his safe return.
Unknown to the pride Zuko was challenged to Agni Kai, by his father's fire general after his coronation. The general was highly insulted by the Zuko behave and the nations turning on the late fire lord. Everyone perferrs not to mention him, or 'that time'. But the general was ever loyal and sought to rectify this. Leading Zuko on a journey of enlightenment in the eyes of Aruna and Agni, under the guise of making Zuko a better ruler than his father ever could be, he traveled far from the pride.
Once the general thought them to be far enough away the challenge was made and the duel begin. It was an epic duel lasting from sun up until noon and Zuko barely made it through with his life. Bruised and batter with the death of the fire general on his hands, Zuko stayed to recooperate for several weeks before deciding to continue on with his journey of enlightment, hoping his mate would be okay without his for a time. Little know to him, she has disappeared as well.
*There has been fudging as to the accounting for his disappearance as the story will not be known until he returns to the pride.*
Low luck?: He's been entered several times, but Im not sure who many exactly, so no I don't think so.

Name: Theriz'nospun Stage: Adult Gender: Male Species: Lion Parents: Deceased Offspring: N/A Description: Ghostly. Have fun! Reference Image(s), if applicable: N/A Tell me about this SoA!: Theriz is the last living member of a pride that made its home deep within the jungle, the Vizuka pa Fuadile wa Mtile, or The Ghosts at the Heart of the Tree. His pride had a strong connection to an ancient tree at the middle of their territory, wherein the spirits of their ancestors are said to dwell. Tragically, during a dry spell, there was a wildfire that threatened to consume the pride's entire territory. Most of the pride gave their lives protecting the sacred tree. Only Theriz and an elderly sage survived, left to bury the remains of the pride under the fire damaged tree, so that they may join the rest of their ancestors. Over the following year, the sage taught Theriz as much as he could about the pride, its duties and rituals, and how to care for the sacred tree. When the sage died, he left the responsibility of rebuilding the pride on Theriz' young shoulders. Driven both by his love for his home, and a desperate loneliness, Theriz is a torn lion who often argues with himself. He doesn't want to leave the tree, but also yearns for the company of other lions. Burdened by a lot of difficult questions, and no easy answers, Theriz eventually decides that he has to leave his homeland, and find new members, no matter what. His hope is to find a willing mate, but if he can find a female that can be bullied into accompanying him, he'll take that. If all else fails, he isn't above cub-napping. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Low luck?: Nope.

Name: to be determined Stage: Adult Gender: female Species: lion Parents: n/a Offspring: n/a Description: Perinwikle blue, with markings like her brother's on her right eye and both of her hind legs. Where his markings fade from purple to red to rusty orange, hers fade from white to yellow to (his) dark blue. Her eyes are bright orange. Reference Image(s), if applicable: Tell me about this SoA!: This girl was born into my Ashnai'le pride concept, where she and her brothers were raised to be strong and capable warriors. The only girl out of a litter of three, she got along best with her twin; a male who was identical to her in everything except personality. His name was Ihaj, and he was fierce where she was calm; foolhardy where she was calculating; forgiving where she was vengeful. They loved one each other like siblings ought to, and were as close as close can be. The second brother, Jahi, was often left out of the twin's games, and he resented them for it. Jahi was always a manipulative, impulsive and insecure lion- so when Sahen, the bloodthirsty king, took a particular shine to his blue fur, the young lion welcomed it with open arms. Sahen wanted to know all about his family- he had asked many questions, and Jahi had answered them with pride. He told truths. He told lies. He told the King whatever it was that he wanted to hear, and this led inevitably to the destruction of his family.
This girl and Ihaj were leaders of the first rebellion; a small faction of warriors that had sought to overrule the Shatkona. They were quickly squashed out by his Ligi, and Jahi's tattling tongue. Jahi caught wind of what his siblings were planning in secret and, spiteful at them for not including him in their quest for power, spilled the beans to his King.
As punishment for daring to rise against him, the Shatkona slaughtered Ihaj before the entire pride and then enslaved the sister. She is his servant. For now.
Jahi was promoted from his position of hunter to one that he'd coveted for a very long time- that of a Ligi. There is a lot of bad blood left between him and his sister. Hers is an unforgiving soul.
Low luck?: Um, nah. But i would like to add that this is SoA is not for me. And for a contest that I will eventually be holding!
