 Aurora, who was now completely absorbed in her soup, didn't bother with looking up until she had finished it. She sighed with contentment and leaned back in her seat, a satisfied sort of smile on her face. Then she took a few lazy looks about the room and finally noticed the looks that Zack was receiving. She glowered at them and bared her teeth in a menacing fashion until a large part of them looked away. She smirked.

Zack smiled at her "Thanks, I normally just ignore them though... I don't want to be though of as 'bad' of 'scary' but that is only because of how I was raised I suppose. Before I was closed up and would do anything to drive others away, but now I only strive to make others happy and to make friends. Although it is quite discouraging when I receive looks like that." he sighed slightly as he sat back up and properly. "I really don't know much of anything except for what was taught to me by that scholar that took me in after I... um.... escaped..." He cleared his throat "Enough talk about me, I want to know more about you." He smiled as he leaned forward in his seat as if she was the most interesting person in the world.

Frowning in deep thought, Aurora considered his words. "So you never do anything about those kinds of looks..?" she murmured, more to herself than him. She shook her head slightly and when she caught the last bit of what Zack had said, the thought of That sounds like something out of a movie couldn't help but flit into her head and she fought back a snigger.
"Well," she finally managed, looking him in the face with a tiny smirk. "What would you like to know?"

Zack shrugged "Anything you can tell me really... I go on and on about how I escaped and how my father is evil and I have no education... so you could tell be about how you ended up here and what sort of education you have." He smiled brightly as he was eager to learn more about other people.

Aurora hummed thoughtfully for a minute. "All right," she began. "The reason I've ended up here is because my parents thought it would be best for me, but I guess my mom couldn't take really good care of me on her own." she inserted a shrug and her eyes gained a distant look for a moment before they cleared and she went on. "I have a basic High School education, but guessing that you haven't attended a High School, considering you background, mine consists of Algebra III, English, Advanced Chemistry, Advanced Social Studies, and Spanish." She smiled slightly and continued with, "I want to go to college when I get older, maybe get a career in Psychology or something. The human mind is fascinating and I'd like to learn more about it." She gave him a smile and took a sip of her water. "Anything else you wanna know?"

Zack smirked as he nodded "Ya, what's your hobbies, what do you do with spare time, and what do you consider as polite?" He chuckled as he knew that the last one was really weird, but he was just to curious not to ask.

Aurora nodded, a smile lighting her face once more. "My hobbies?" she asked, blinking. She leaned back in her chair, pursing her lips. "Well... I don't have any, I guess." She shrugged. "That is, if you don't count drawing or writing as hobbies. My spare time is usually spent on the computer, playing with my game systems, writing stories, listening to music, practicing soccer, or sleeping." She grinned fully, exposing all of her teeth. "And... What I consider as polite?" That's an odd question. "Well... I guess it would be using manners, like please or thank you or whatever, holding a door open for someone, and I guess just things a person with common sense would do. But being overly polite is just... Ew." She blanched.

Zack nodded as he was interested by every thing she said. He leaned back in his chair satisfied with his new information. He smirked and said "Thank you very much, I think I have asked enough questions for now." He sighed as he rotated his head and his neck popped several times. He sighed again as his stiffness was gone and he smiled at her again.

Shuddering at the popping noise originating from Zack's neck, Aurora shook her head. "Sorry, but people cracking their neck freaks me out. Dunno why." She sighed and reached towards her water, taking a large swig of it. ((I'm being unfaithful to this Guild. D: Shame on me.))

Zack nodded and said "Oh... sorry, it was just stiff and starting to hurt." He sighed and shook it off "So who is your favorite teacher so far?" He asked for no particular reason, he just needed something to talk about.
