and if all the 'scum' were to die, would the town auto win? or could the serial killer if we have him keep playing?

when all the Scum dies we win yes
the serial killer counts as scum
just a different faction (his/her own)
so if we killed off all the mafia but there was still a serial killer the game would continue

Rivlen an experienced Mafia Moderator on the forum where I learned how to play Mafia said he tends to make the scum ~30% of the total players 30% of 13 is 3.9 so I'm going to say there's 3 Mafia Members it's likely if we had one more person we'd have had the serial killer as well but anyway this is mainly speculation based on things other people do and such I have no idea how many Mafia members Ota might have put in the game but I think it's safe to say that it's less than 5 for sure  I always try to run my games, personally, with the Mafia half the size of the town. This means that of 13 players, 8 would be town, 4 would be Mafia, and 1 would be the Serial Killer.
That said I am not running this game and not everyone seems to have their roles yet. ^^'

Yeah, I won't be on until six o'clock, Alberta. :/ Family can't seem to find anyone to work the concession even though they keep saying they don't want/need me working there. ******** that noise.

Got my PM long ago, but I'll probably not be able to be on for much, if at all, on day one since I don't get home until 6. Depends on how much free time I get at school.

Actually, last game she was the Seer and she managed to avoid the Mafia's eyes right until the end. She's too valuable to be the first-day lynch.

Oh, and I put up a notice about editing/deleting posts. If it happens again I'll demote the perpetrators for the duration of the game, and I trust everyone to be honest with their own posts; if you'd like to edit for spelling/grammar that's fine, but if you want to rephrase or reword something or make an addendum or afterthought, put it in an edit at the bottom of the post and leave the original post there.
EDIT: Though there's no strict rule about double posting so you don't really have to.
