On the perceptive side, Kofuku noticed that he looked a little less excited, to say the least. Hesitating for only a moment, she reached over and took his free hand into hers, giving it a small squeeze. "Hey, I really am enjoying myself... even if we haven't really done anything yet." She gave him a reassuring smile; she was happy, she was on a date with the guy who she completely adored.

"Sorry. I got focused on driving. being pulled over would not be a good idea. I don't want to have wiggle my way out of a ticket." He gave her hand a quick squeeze back before spotting the place he had in mind, a small restaurant along the sea, near the docks. He pulled in and parked along the outskirts of the busy parking lot. It was crowded this time of day, but he didn't mind. It would make them less noticeable. "No stealing on this date. Ok?" he teased her before getting out of the car and walking around to her side.

Stomach fluttering at the returned squeeze, she couldn't help but have a slightly goofy, daydreamer grin on her face. Watching as they pulled into the busy parking lot, her grin widened as she started looking for people she could pickpocket. "Aw maaaan, really? Cuz some of these people are just asking for it." Kofuku gave him a pouting face as she climbed out of her side, smoothing her skirt down. "Fine... but only because I left my pokemon back at the room."

"You did? Sorry, I shouldn't have distracted you. Don't worry, I brought all mine just in case." he walked around and opened the door for her. "Besides I don't think you have room in that dress." he held his hand out for her to help her out. The sun shined off his sunglasses, he had forgotten to take them off. they were practically attached to his face as far as he was concerned, so it was an easy thing to forget.

Her cheeks taking a hint of pink, she played with her hair a bit. She certainly wasn't used to guys opening doors for her or anything like that, but it really was nice being treated in such a way. "Probably not. I can't imagine stuffing them into my bra being too comfortable..." Biting her lip, she looked at his glasses; oh, the moment they were seated she was so reaching over the table to take them off.

"I'd imagine not. And someone might notice the bigger size. " He walked her in, and as soon as he opened the door for them, cooking smells escaped the building. Smells of fish and oyster drifted into his nose. it had been a while since he had smelled fresh sea food cooking and his stomach growled up at him, ready to be stuffed as full as he could afford.
A waitress smiled at them as they entered. "Party of two?" she asked, starting to pick up menus.

The delicious smell wafted over Kofuku's senses, and she shivered a little, unable to herself from licking her lips. Oh gods, how she loved sea food, and her mouth was already starting to water. Walking in, she gave a smile to the waitress and nodded, her cheeks still a rosy tint. "Yes, unless you have someone else hiding in wait." She said cheerfully, directing the comment mostly at Panther.
Oh, those sunglasses were so coming off.

"Nope, just two." he gave her a small smile and fallowed the waitress to a table already set for two, tucked against the window, with a perfect view of the open sea. He grinned and sat down on one side, taking the menus.
"Someone will be by for your order soon." the waitress vanished off to the front of the restaurant, ready for the next customer.

Taking her seat across the table from him, she smiled and flipped through the menu. Everything there looked and sounded amazing, and she felt like such a piggie with the fact that she wanted to order one of everything. Looking up and laughing, she closed her menu. "I can't decide on anything, Panther, would you mind ordering for me?"

"You can't? What do you like? I don't want to order anything you won't like... I'm thinking of getting octopus though. Mmm. and we can get an appetizer of crab puffs. I wouldn't suggest oyster unless you know the restaurant really well, I've gotten sick off that before. and I eat everything." he glanced over the menu and did his best to ignore the prices. This was not the time to be frugal with his money.

"Oh, that sounds really good! I really don't mind anything though, I just can't choose between it all. It just all looks so good!" Setting the menu down she clasped her hands together and set them on the table, waiting for the waitress to take their order and clear the table of menus before she planned to take her attack on Panther's glasses.

"we can always come again another time and try more." he shrugged not thinking of missing out on food tastes. It all had one purpose anyway, and that was filling his belly.
"Do you like eel? Or would you rather have fish?" he glanced over the wide selection.

"Oh? I'd really like to come back again with you, Panther." She'd be happy to go anywhere with this man. Perking up at the eel, she peeked into her menu. "Oh, that sounds interesting! I've never had eel before, so I'll have that!"

"Ok." he grins and folded up his menu. A waiter walked over. "Are you ready to make your order?" He asked a pad and pen out and ready to do just that.
Panther nodded, "I'm having the octopus and seaweed and she wants the eel platter."
The waiter nods and asks, "Any drinks?"

Flashing the waiter a bright, happy smile, Kofuku folded the menu and handed it to him. "Water for me, please." Looking across the table to Panther, she tilted her head, waiting to see what he'd order. Casually, she crossed her legs.
