 "Right... ..well." She looked at the pikachu remains in her hands, "You can keep this." And she handed it back. "Good luck with the invisible Eevee thing."
 "Terra!" TRP's Jirachi was still dangling from one pigail, smiling at Seth.

"s**t!" Seth was a bad influence.
Hayes started drafting tomorrow's report in his head. Pokemon is highly receptive to new vocabulary. "Hey." He reached up and nudged the little legendary's foot. "How 'bout your name? It's.." The agent thought fast. What was that old form-datatype language they'd named after a star?
"Alphard."
The Jirachi tilted its head, wish tags dangling. "Al-phard?"
"Sure," his trainer grinned. "We'll call you Al."
"Al. Ahl. Aaaalll." The newly christened Pokemon tested the sound and beamed. "Al!" It looked down at the blond, TRP and Seth, naming each one in turn. "Hayes! Terra! s**t!"
Hayes did his best to keep a straight face.

"Right." Seth muttered at TRP. He knew that trying to convince his colleague that the Eevee was real, was an effort in futility.
However, the elite now scowled as the Jirachi decided that the cuss word was now his name.
"F*** you." Seth replied, before stalking past Hayes and TRP. A little amused smirk playing on his lips. Hayes should have fun with a dirty mouthed Jirachi.
"Alan! I want a status report!" Seth bellowed, his voice reverberating off the walls of the large room. He hadn't seen his "special project" since before the raid. Having taken the Pikachu head, he deposited it in the nearest trash can.

"Someone woke up on the wrong side of the floor." TRP shrugged, turning her attention back to her Jirachi. The little Pokemon was now looking at Alphard.
"Of course, sir. This way." Allen answered Seth, leading him off to the back.

"Hey!" The little wish Pokemon smiled to its 'twin'. "F-"
"-ind a name for yours?" Hayes interjected, turning slightly to let Seth past. The agent glanced down at the Masterballs the scientist had left, and picked one up now. Next thing the elite would be teaching the newborn legendary how to insult someone's mother in binary.
Not that that wouldn't be amusing, but they'd have to have a talk about discretion first.
Alphard started to rise up off Hayes' head, but about a foot in the air make a little noise and started to sank back down, eyelids drooping.

Seth followed after Allen into the back room where his creature was being held. And that's probably where he would stay for awhile. The executives had threatened to take this away from him too, but it seemed that they didn't act on it.
Later though, TRP would find a brand new Pikachu plush sitting on her desk.

TRP plucked the little Pokemon from her hair and smirked at it, "I'm gonna call it Hoshi."
"Hey!" Hoshi piped back, smiling at Al.

"Hosh'," Alphard chirped. It smiled dreamily, eyes barely open; little wonder given how active it had been, and after just being 'born' as well.
"Cute," Hayes commented to his superior, and glanced up at the Jirachi on his head. He couldn't see it, but he could feel the wish Pokemon's weight shift and settle as it drifted into sleep. The agent weighed the Master Ball thoughtfully in his hand, then appeared to reach a decision and clipped it to his belt beside his others.
"I should probably start writing that report," he grinned faintly, perhaps well aware he looked ridiculous.

She nodded. "It should be interesting to compare notes. Good luck." Still holding Hoshi, she turned to head back out of the lab.

It would. Despite being cloned from the same DNA, it seemed there were already marked differences between the two.
In any case, it'd be better to be gone by the time Seth finished his business, for multiple reasons.
With a friendly "Yeah, you too," Hayes followed suit, threading his way past the growth tanks to the elevators. He'd leave the snoozing Jirachi on his head until it woke up. If it randomly teleported during REM sleep or something, that was what the recall button was for. There was no need to disturb its first real nap.
