Waiting for critiques is a pain. I don't think the fan fiction sub-forum knows anything about RW/YST.
Speaking of that, I'm getting my last revision done. I'm trying to find an anime fan fiction on this site, as I've had failure in finding one on the web. xp xp xp

I started in 2001, but I'm doing less of it now because life has taken over. I still love the fandom, but I find the Ronin Warriors section of ff.net to be a cesspool.

Raxle 3nodding I can understand the part about the ff.net. Which is sad, considering I still post there. I wish there were some RW/YST sites still on the web that accept other people's fan fiction. That would be a good medium...

(hopefully I didn't just join a dead guild - I need an outlet for all my fangirl RW jibberjabber! ^_-)
I wrote a little bit of RW fanfiction when I was young...but it was a marysue type site with marysue type characters (supposedly.. there were no add'l superpowers or anything to my knowledge, but I've come to learn that putting yourself in a fantasy world apparently is frowned upon by fanfiction elitists). My opinion on the matter is fanfiction is daydreaming on paper - if you want your own armor and want to fight evil and be surrounded by all your favorite characters, so be it, as long as the story flows and the grammar is halfway decent. razz
Even in my time there really weren't any well established RW fanfiction sites, the exceptions maybe being Theria's site (which I think is only accessible by the wayback machine) and Mink's Cake Page (which did have some very well written stories, genre aside).
