Success, so he didn't like loosing did he. "There you have it." she grinned. But then again she wasn't really going to try, she'd rather keep her mind sane, she just wanted someone to laugh at, especially for earlier. She shot Shun a glared right back.
"Pretty touchy aren't you." she egged him on, it always seemed more entertaining when they were angry.
She looked toward Urania, "I'm ready," she glanced to shun. Waiting for his answer.

Glaring at the women, he nodded as Urania offered to referee first. Then, ignoring the Princess's first few words, he muttered something incoherent-able under his breath before speaking up more audibly.
"Ready as I'll ever be," he said flatly before eying the bottle in his hand, wondering if there was some way he could 'participate' without actually drinking so much. In this case, there probably wasn't a way. He couldn't just dump most of it somewhere.
Oh well.

She smiled, found a clock to keep time with and giggled. "No cheating you two, or you'll drink double. Ready? Go! "
Whoo...Time keeper. Maybe if this kept up, she wouldn't have to drink so darn much. In the meantime, Urania would keep an eye on the two and the time and nibble the foodstuffs around. What else was there to do here anyways?

Ranee gave one final nod before readying the bottle, she'd at least act like she was in to this since she had suggested it. When Uraina said go, Ranee brought the bottle to her mouth and began to drink occasionally glancing toward Shun to see how he was doing.

Once the signal was given, Shun began to drink. He kept himself from chugging the thing, as he'd rather not end up vomiting or anything like that because of this. That, and he wasn't in that much of a hurry to get intoxicated. So he drank steadily, hoping that this wouldn't take too long over all.

To be completely honest, as soon as they started chugging, Urania decided that their egos would get in the way of competition and she really decided that whomever put the bottle down first won. She didn't care as long as she had fun at the end of the day and this was kinda fun. She was, though, most curious to how the day would end.
The Sabre pilot glanced between both of them every so often, taking note that Ranee seemed to be a little more gung-ho than Shun. Hum...She wondered why that was, but decided that she'd not ask. That might turn things a little for the worse and that was baaaaad espeically when them drinking so much.

Though Ranee didn't actually chug that much, she slowed down a little trying to pace herself more. It definitely wouldn't be any good if she was feeling awful tomorrow. But then again she didn't have anything to do so she could recoup.
Ranee placed the half empty bottle on the table. "Done." she glanced at Shun to see how he was doing.

Shun had finished right around the same time as the Princess, though he didn't really check if he had beaten her. The moment he had placed his bottle down, he placed a hand on his head, feeling somewhat disoriented from taking in so much alcohol in such a short period of time.
Then, shaking his head rapidly, he looked at the two girls with an odd grin.
"Hah! Take that!" he suddenly shouted, thinking he had beaten his opponent quite well, "Betcha didn't think I could do it, didja? Weell noooooooo way that woulda happened!"
His words were somewhat slurred, and he was still grinning like a maniac. Quite a stark contrast to the stern look he had going on before the contest had begun. That aside, he was swaying a little as he sat in place.

Urania was busy ripping a ragoon in half when both the contestants finished. She blinked as Ranee finished first and smiled . She then noticed that Shun was acting a little bit oddly, but dismissed it. He probably was upset at having lost.
"Congrat---" She found herself being cut off by a loud and completely different Shun. She blankly stared at him and even tilted her head to the side in utter surprise. What.. the... heck?! So, Urania looked to Ranee for direction. Did she say Shun won just to keep him happy or... Wait! Even better. "Its a tie.. you both finished at the same time... I'd say go again, but I don't think that would be a good idea... " That being said she snuck a hand over and was scooting the bottle of wine away from Shun.
yeaaah... maybe this wasn't such a good idea. But then, an idea struck. "Say, Shun? Why are you always so quiet? " she said blinking and smiling.

Ranee waved to the waiter, and ordered a large glass of ice water. She wasn't going to have anymore wine tonight. Ranee almost chuckled as Uraina slipped the bottle away from shun so he couldn't drink anymore.
Ranee had to hold in her laugh "Ah yeah you beat me I didn't think you had it in you." she waved nearly laughing. This would be funny. She gave a nod that was actually a good question for her to ask. especially now.
Information digging time... for her anyway.

"A tie, eh? Aaah you got lucky Princess," commented Shun while crossing his arms. He didn't notice Urania scooting away his bottle, so he didn't make a fuss or anything about that.
Raising his brows when he was asked a question, he soon grinned again while leaning back in his chair.
"Ne? OH! I don't really like people a whole lot so I try not to talk to them so much. There's a LOT of idiots in the world and all," he said, "But you guys... You guys ain't so bad!"
Bent-tail, noticing the change in Shun, shook his head in amusement. He had only seen the pilot once before like this, and it was quite a sight, considering how the guy normally was at least.

Nibbling on the crunchy bit of the ragoon, Urania nodded as Shun spoke. He was much more enjoyable to talk to now. If not a bit too open about things. But hey! That's okay, right?
"Oh. I see. That does explain it. " The woman blinked again at the compliment and all, not really sure she should believe it. "Thanks? You know, you really should try to loosen up. People are idiots most of the time, but that doesn't mean you have to go out of your way to make them feel like dirt. "
She glanced over at Ranee, motioning that she could do the talking now. Urania had really nothing more to say right now. She just felt like basking in this small victory.

Ranee tried her hardest not to laugh This was defffinetly going to be an amusing night. "I thank you Shun." She said amused it was indeed true about idiots of the world, and right now he was being one of them.
time to do some information fishing, so she could bug him latter. "Sooo how'd you loose your Saix? Did the rouge catch you with your pants down?" She gave Urania a nod she'd have a bit of fun while Urania was just happy with him being more cheerful and considering he didn't seem too objectional...
She started thinking of more questions to ask him.

Shun appeared to think about what Urania said but simply shrugged after a few moments. People were people and things likely wouldn't change much anytime soon. And then he was asked about his old Saix. Turning towards the Princess, his grin weakened but still remained. "With my pants down? Noooo, not like that. If I remember right, There was something I needed to do in one of the towns. The guy basically ran off with the zoid while I dealt with people on the ground," he said. It was a little more complex than that but considering his current state, it wasn't likely to get a whole lot of details out of him, "You know one of these days I'd like to gut that guy..."That last part probably came off as a little creepy considering he still had a faint grin. Then, shaking his head, he paused as he heard a particular song playing within the pub. His eyes seemed to light up and without warning, he hopped to his feet. "You know what? I feeel like DANCING!" he exclaimed before going into the robot. Shun really wasn't that bad at it either. Go figure.

Urania hadn't much to add in this situation at all. She was just thrilled that everyone seemed to be getting along just fine. Though curious to the answer of the question that Ranee presented him with, she hardly payed much attention to it. It really wasn't her business to listen into that sort of thing.
Though, that grin of his was rather creepy. Maybe they shouldn't have done that drinking game. Yeah... Maybe. Oh well!
She couldn't help but blink and let out a small yip as Shun suddenly decided that he had this urge to dance. Urania just stared and tilted her head to the side in her confusion. Then, as if to get better clarification, she turned to the organoid and posed a question, "Does he always get like this when drunk? " ... Right, because a conversation with a living mechanical object that couldn't return words was just as good as suddenly breaking into dance.
At least he hadn't decided to do an entire musical production! Urania drew some comfort in that thought. Some, not much, but some.
