[Moonflower padded slowly behind Fathom and Blackflame and cast a look back at Firestorm. Her head and tail drooped and she began walking again.]

[Moonflower trotted up to the border with her apprentice.] "This is StormClan's border." [Her heart was pierced again.] "Nightpaw, what can you scent?"

"I think I scent other cats, but it seems stale."she mewed."They smell wierd."she said as she crinkled up her nose, the smell was unfirmiliar and strange and new.She padded around, sniffing the air to get used to the scent.

 [Jadepaw padded along quietly behind Firestorm taking in the scents, along the Nightclan border and froze when she caught one she recognized. Moonflower! She hissed involuntarily.]

[Moonflower started walking southward.] "BreezeClan!" [she announced. She started to walk along when a familiar scent caught the roof of her mouth. She stopped dead. Her eyes danced, wild. She turned her head toward StormClan's border and she saw a familiar orange pelt streaking toward the border with a black cat.]

 FireStorm padded to the border. *MoonFlower and another cat. Her apprentice perhaps?* Flexing his muscles he moved forward until he came to a stop. "Well, Jadepaw. This is the NightClan border. I'm sure your familiar with it since the gathering right?" FireStorm said to his apprentice.

((during the Gathering. Nightstreak had Jadepaw cornered against a boulder near here. . .that's why Treepaw was worried about getting introuble because he went through Nightclan territory to get to the boulder faster. . .I think thats' how it went down.))

 [Moonflower looked at Firestorm. She shook her head and cleared those thoughts away.] "Firestorm. Jadepaw." [She meowed, monotone edging her voice.]

"Sort of. it's a bit deeper into their territory though." FireStorm bent down and gave Jadepaw a comforting lick. "when life gives you a hundered reasons to cry, show life you have a thousand reasons to smile." He whispered to his apprentice comforting ly. Then he heard MoonFlower's voice. He flicked his ears showing he had heard.

[Moonflower felt a growl rumble from deep in her throat. Why is he more interested in Jadepaw? she thought coldly. She flattened her ears and wanted to pounce on him, but she didn't.]

[Jadepaw smiled at the sweet words from her mentor and nodded before looking up at Moonflower who was watching them from by a tree.] "Hi Moonflower. Are you on border patrol?"
