This one was hard to judge because the answer I original wanted was listed almost nowhere so I just went with a few other answers that were all true. 5 and 7 were his and his wifes' lucky numbers, 57 varieties despite having other 5700, etc.
The original answer was going to be: They had 57 types of pickles before they made ketchups.
