ALCHEMIST PROFILE<<<<

>>>>
BASIC INFOGaia Name: Master of the Plushies
RPC Name: Kyran Vanture
RPC Rank: human training to be State alchemist
RPC Element: shadow (posted in custom elements page)
RPC Gender: male
RPC Age: seventeen
Personality: Almost the exact opposite of his twin, Kyran is hyperactive and rarely listens to orders from those he doesn't respect. Of course, higher-ups in the military have already earned his respect. When he is among friends, he is usually the most talkative, though he can be serious when he needs to be. Emphasis on "needs". When his sister is with him, she tends to be the one explaining his actions, which can sometimes be reckless. But more often he explains what she is trying to say, since she rarely talks. It used to be that they were like a single being, with Kyran being the speaker, and Quinn being the more logical actor. However, since his sister became a chimera, he has had to take on both of those parts alone, which, to be honest, is not too easy.

BIO/HISTORYFamily: Father (scientist for the military), mother (deceased), Twin sister (chimera)
History: Kyran’s father, as a scientist, was always very cut off from his family. His mother died in childbirth, almost making his sister a stillborn. However, as far as Kyran is concerned, he gave her some of his energy when they met for the first time. From that moment, they were always together. They shared everything from a crib to pets, germs to clothes, and even friends and hobbies. Of course, without their father, who absorbed himself in his research after their mother passed, they grew only reliant on each other, and they created their own world. This was how the twins lived their life. Until the day it all disappeared.
Quinn was pulled away by their father. They were eleven at the time, only days away from their birthday. Of course the pair never got the chance to celebrate it. A while later, their father came up from his lab, though Quinn wasn’t with him. When the boy asked what was wrong, his father responded quickly, telling him that his sister had wanted to be a chimera, so he had obeyed her whim. At that moment, Kyran felt a sort of feeling he hadn’t ever had before. Betrayal.
First came denial. He asked to see his sister, to make sure their father was telling the truth. However, the stronger man held him back easily, telling him that she didn’t want to see him at the moment. Then came pure anger. He started punching at his father, yelling down the stairs to see if his sister could hear him. Then came the sad part. Kyran slumped to the ground, his eyes completely blank. This is the confusing bit. He remembers seeing some sort of grin plastered over his father’s face for a split second. Of course, it could have been his imagination, but he likes to think that it was all some sort of trick that he had fallen for. After his father returned to the basement, he got out a piece of paper and started writing.
Quinn,
You may or may not have known that this was going to happen, but I’m telling you, if you really get to become a chimera, then I’m fine with that. But, I’m going to become a state alchemist. See, once you get special powers, I’m just gonna be left in the dust, and you’ll be much better than I am. So once I get into the military, look me up. I’ll be waiting for you to find me.
Sincerely, Love, and all that stuff,
Kyran.Following after that was their trademark signature, both of their signatures intertwined. And so Kyran left, heading to West City to find a teacher. His search didn’t last long, though. Quickly enough, he found a man who was willing to teach a twelve-year old. He learned theories and other such things, being taught only by books, until he was fifteen. His instructor said that he either had incredible potential, or studying from books helps a hell of a lot. He used alchemy as though he had been studying it since age two, rather than age twelve.
He started creating his own element at age sixteen, and he now has mastered it. All that is left is to show it. And so he continued practicing. It is now just days away from his eighteenth birthday, after which he can take the alchemy exam and hopefully become a state alchemist. Obviously, he has heard the rumors about the Philosopher’s Stone, but he hasn’t shown any interest in it publicly, though he knows getting it would mean a lot to both him and his sister, if she dislikes being a chimera.
