My trumpet has this trigger, and my other two horns don't, so i normally bend my thumb, but even after an entire year with my strad, I can't get used to the trigger, and it digs into my thumb. From using it so much, I have a legitimate indent.
^^My trumpet has also been pushed back into my teeth. OUCH.

During marching season my gloves have caught onto some of my piccolo keys and caused me to cut my hand on a screw while trying to unhook the thread...

yeah, ive cut my finger on the peeling lacquer on my baritone, and one time a guard girl came bursting in the door as i was going out and knocked my baritone into my groin. i was worried more about the big dent it put in it.

Ah..lesse. I've slammed Dmitri the Silver Bullet into my lip constantly. Frankenflute was hurt when the endpiece fell under a float during this giant winter parade. I'm always getting myself slammed into things when I protect the Silver Bullet from stuff.
Now, we joke about how our flutes 'go pee' on us whenever spit leaks out. Oh! Right, my double-jointed pinky locks up whenever I play the flute at mach speeds. I think I was going for Handel's Allegro at 120 bpm, piano accompaniment, and it locked up after I did it a few times.

Yes, but I play a cello. My end pin is always slipping & my Cello falls back hitting me in the face; I accidently stabbed myself in the leg with my end pin; & I've hit myself (& others) with my bow.

I can't say this happened to me BUT,
We were marching to the track and they recently placed speed bumps along the way. My friend did not see these as a base drummer and hit it sideways straight on with his toe. He went flying forward bashed the bassdrum into his face and continued to skid down hill. At first it was hillarious... then we found out he chipped a tooth, broke his nose and the drum, and stubbed his toe BADLY!

Too many injuries to count... Hmm... I get bashed in the face with my flute or picc, I've cut my mouth on my reed with my clarinet and sax, and I've been hit in the head by all three... And some other's I won't speak of because they're super dumb and embarassing....

I randomly just hit my head against the bell of the baritone or the mouthpiece... I dont even know how it happends, I guess i just space out o___e and this may be an indirect injury, but I was walking up the bleachers last year with VERY hot chocolate in one hand and my trumpet in the other... I was making sure my valves werent sticking and i got distracted AGAIN and tripped on the steps... hot chocolate went all over my face and uniform crying
