 Tiina's skin seemed to become .... oddly darker, as she said, quite sternly, to Liza:
"That, is NOT an option."
Liza replied:
"Why not, sshe sseemss .... curiousss about it, why not ask heer?"

Hawk furrowed her brow for a moment. There was something in Liza's voice... she couldn't quite place it but it gave her chills. "What would you do?" Hawk asked, warily.

Hawk winced. "I'd rather not, if it's all the same to you," she said. Which was kind of cheeky, considering her precarious situation. Liza seemed to be quite fast, and she had the advantage of knowing the terrain. Oh, snap.

Tiina looked almost black, now, and something seemed to be sticking up from her hair ....
Ewan intervened:
Ladies, ladies!
Can't we settle this in some other way?
There was a long moment's silence, then Liza pointed towards Tiina, and said:
You, then, two hourssss.
"Do you want to BORE me?"
"Ok, one hourrr, and i'll be reeeally rough!
"Good, let's say that!"
The light may have shifted, since Tiina looked darkbrown again .......
"Then, Miss Hawk, shall we proceed?"
Ewan offered his arm to hold on, as Tiina and Liza continued along the corridor.

Hawk blinked at what seemed to be an optical illusion. "Yes... let's..." she said. She was somewhat amazed by how easily Tiina and Ewan had handled Liza. As she walked along, she kept one ear pealed for another skitter of claw on stone.

((Ooo, I love RP! *Squeals happily, grabbing Sicky's arm and dragging him with.* You're playing too!))
A rather small, slender girl stepped from the shadows of the trees a few miles from the entrance of the village, her eyes a deep, but innocent shade of red. Her clothing slightly tattered, but as pure white as virgin snow. She had a collar though it was so worn and torn that anyone who saw it knew she no longer belonged to anyone, merely she was too attached to the thought of who gave her said collar.
Making her way towards the village she kept looking around, almost is she was very paranoid or afraid of something, or someone. Her long wavy hair flowing down her shoulder, tiny red cat-like ears pulled back against her skull. She had to make her way into the village before night fall she kept telling herself..

As Ewan and Hawk turned around a corner, there was a smaller corridor there, with several doors, both to the right, and the left, along it.
After passing a couple of them ..... one could hear whip-like noises through some of the doors .... Ewan stopped, and seemed to count on something, and then said "Yup" .
After that, he felt on the doorhandle of the door to the right of them, and opened it.
Inside, was a very basic bedroom, nothing that seemed special, really.
There was even a window.
He said:
"You can sleep here for the night, but i suggest you don't look in any of the other rooms, .... some people there would prefer to not be .... disturbed."

"I'll bear that in mind, Thank you." Hawk said. As they had been walking, the hair on the back of her neck had stood on end from some of the noises she'd heard. It was apparent that Liza was only one of her worries. As she stepped into the room, she distinctly heard a muffled moan, cut off abruptly as a door slammed. Hawk sat on the bed, thinking over the past hour or so. @#$*& Cricket dumped me here on purpose. "Tricky pony," indeed! Probably back safe in his stable by now.

After a little while, there were some light, but distinct, knocks on the door to Hawk's room.

Hawk had been dozing lightly, but now she woke instantly, all senses alert. "Come in," Hawk said cautiously. She shifted her weight so as to be balanced to leap to her feet should the newcomer prove as hostile as Liza had been.

The Door opened, and a Maid came in. She said:
"Sir Ewan told me to check up on you, see if you need anything, like lemonade or sandwhiches or such.
......... You have also recieved an humble invitation from the Lord of this Mansion, to join some of the festivities, if you would like to.
If you accept the invitation, i am to help you get dressed for it, and show you to the area.
If you do not accept the invitation, you are still welcome to stay the night here."

"I would be honored to accept the invitation, thank you," Hawk said. She relaxed from her taught stance. "My name is Hawk, if Ewan didn't tell you. Might I ask what the celebration is in honor of?"

"... Oh, it's not any celebration as such, His Lordship holds these almost once a week ..... but it do seem to be a few more guests this time than usual ......
