OOC: Actually Rorek had nothing to do with it. I just saw an opening to get involved somewhere and grabbed it
BIC:
Kenta was a little shocked but she kissed him. His first shock was that she wasn't truly hurt or anything. Then she kissed him. Afterward she changed into a guy. What truly was going through his mind he didn't even know. He felt his heart pounding rapidly but was actually speechless for a moment, "Uh." He shook his head for a moment, "What just happened?" He asked quite confused as of to what in reality had just happened. This person was nothing alike anything he had ever seen before. "I guess we could, but wait a minute.... You're a guy?" His hand unconsciously pulled the glass of water back out of his belt and held it for the moment.

(( GC: He told me that soon after. x3 ))

Gannet frowned. This guy wasn't as fun to tease as he thought. " I kissed you, your not my cup of tea though." He said with a wink, leading Kenta on that he meant it in a sexueal way. He actually laughed a little, when he didn't realized at first that he was a guy, and the guy that kissed him too. "Heh, yeah, I'm a guy alright." He said with a little smirk. " You bore me though. You don't react as others do. Are you condisdered slow amongst your kind?" He yawned a little bit. This was no fun, and checked to see that Mansi looked similar to what his kind was. " If your not interested there is always my other form." He soon grew shorter and parts of his body changed, his hair ear, tail, eyes, skin color and smile as he became Mansi. " Well, yes I would say you do look quite like what I copied. This form is one I enjoy the most then what I could turn. Men enjoy it more,..hmm? Is why he tried to help me?"

xxxxxElaine throwing the last log into the fireplace turned to look at Zev in the very dimly lit room. “Ah.. I'm counting on you then.” She smiled standing up from her kneeling position. Brushing off her skirt, she mumbled something about having to clean the floor before taking off into the nearby kitchen.

xxxxxThere she pulled the now boiling water off the heat of the stove, and poured it into the top of the teapot to seep. 'I bet he's hungry too..' With that thought in mind, Elaine put the left over beef stew back onto the stove to reheat. Elaine was pretty skilled at cooking, because she would always have to make dinner for her and her grandfather. (With the help of her grandmother's recipe cards she was able to pull it off.)

xxxxxAfter give the strew a stir, she reached up to grab two tea cups, and with them in hand she set them on the table in the living room. Returning to the kitchen she grabbed the teapot, and placed it in the center of the circular table. “Tea is almost done, and I thought that you might be hungry so there's stew heating up.. Unless you don't like stew?” Elaine had never met someone who didn't like beef stew, but she figured that she would ask anyways.

Zev manged to get the fire going at a good pace, it wasn't roaring but after about 20 or so minutes heat would spread through out the home. Zev had taught himself handy tricks to get fires started quicker than normal, but he did know people who could still get it done faster, not that he would admit it out loud to anyone.

Zev turned around and saw Elaine had placed two tea cups and a tea pot on the central table in the room. "Ah, thank you. And don't worry I eat just about anything; as long as it's not over spiced." He said with a smile. Zev took a seat on the sofa which was home to his wet and slowly becoming damp clothes. He would of offered to help more but he knows that some people hate it when guests do work in there home so he decided to just leave it be.

User Image Kenta watched this person, "You are one out for pleasure. Foolish and pointless." Kenta sighed and looked down for a second seeing the glass of water he was reminded of his original goal. "Slow, or surprised. I'm not used to unconscious people sporadically jumping up kissing me then transforming into a guy." Kenta paused and took a few steps in the direction toward where he currently had his little setup. "As for being slow... No I am not slow, I'm the last of my kind, and my act to help you would have been the same in any case... If I was you I would find a new hobby. Someone will take it wrong and take it as an offense. This may leave you off worse." Kenta finding himself finished began to walk off. Whether the person would follow or not was not his concern. He had a friend who needed the water.

He was actually surprised with himself for having to explain himself. Kenta was not one to know people so to him he had just been robbed of an emotion he didn't know he had. Kenta had known only two other people since his school was destroyed. Both being male he knew not of relationships, he never had one in his school either. So by being kissed it was his first kiss but it awoke something he had been living without. He longed for a companion and never felt the touch of a female much less any form of compassion. Thus the entire event had both given him his first glimmer of hope and robbed him of it all in the same instance. He would not come outward with it as he was a man of intelligence. He does not act upon emotion. Thus his anger was not truly visible. It like so many others was an unseen pain to add to the list.

_____________
Doppelganger Jiko

as
{The Elvish Wanderer Vaelnephrin}
Level 1: Spell Sword

He was uncharacteristically silent. Or, maybe he was characteristically silent, seeing as he was getting cold and shivering. In any case, the doppelganger wasn't thinking too hard about it. His own discomfort was second to all the litle details he now pressed to learn.

There was her home, and there were all the streets they had to pass to get to her home. He took in the grounds around--did it leave footprints? Was it heavily trafficked? How many neighbors and how many watchful eyes?--as well as the structure itself--the front door, easily-opened windows, number of floors--and just about everything in between. He was especially attentive to the interior (these parts were like windows to a soul: you could learn much about a person simply by sitting in their livingroom).

Meanwhile, to the outside world, the elf was simply scanning around like the curious fellow he was, an expressive, wondering smile for looks. He regained attention to reality once Sedrick was left on the couch, still in obvious discomfort. "Oh yes, quick and--" A towel fell into his hands. Vael stared at it in befuddlement for a moment before enthusiastically wiping down his face, arms, neck, hair, not at all bothered to continue. He especially favored the towel's soft texture, and found himself harboring a desire to make off with it. Instead, the charismatic elf tossed it to the side in some sort of flamboyant gesture, and came to stand before the wounded catkin.

"Now then, hold still." He propped Sedrick's foot up under a chair and eyed the wound carefully. It was a nasty thing: dark thick blood matting his fur and scabbing over the edges. The elf made a face, but then his eyes started glazing over in concentration.

The refreshing, light energy that was his minor cure spell worked its way into his hands, pooling in his fingertips and giving off a blue glow. He eased them around the wound--direct contact was neither necessary nor wanted--and watched as the wound began to mend itself. A really interesting thing that was, with the flesh pulling and pinching together until it was nearly invisible. Soon, the energy was spent, and Sedrick was left with a scar (easily hidden by his fur) and a small itch where it once was.

((Should we..exit anywhere? I mean, we're not exactly on the street anymore...but, there are no forums for residential areas either. o_O; ))

"Hmmm....still a boreing person."Mansi said with a shrug. She walked away from him as well. Unsure of where to go now. She turned into Gannet and dedcided to fly off to the area where it was raining. There weren't any missions to take right now. Instead he'd rather just sleep or something. That guy wasn't funny at all. He sighed lightly and stopped by a tree. He used his wings to cover his head as he slept in the rain. It actually was nice and calming to him. The sound was softly beating and not hard as it started to before, he didn't care if his clothes were wet either. He was just so bored now, he wasn't sure what to do.

Ame Tenshi

For those who think and those who know,
There is always a danger,
A danger beyond all comprehension,
So to be idle and wait a while would be a new kind of detention,

Ame watched quietly as she dried herself off. Her eyes watching the energy heal her new feline friend. She picked up the towels quietly and slipped into her bedroom for a moment and changed quickly before coming back out. She sat down and watched the wound finish healing. "Would you guys like something warm to drink?" she asked standing up and heading toward the kitchen but she waited at the door frame for an answer.

((OOC: Ahhhh idk))

So to be in the dark,
Is to be alive for a new start,
Don't be naive and think to part,
For we will once again be placed in danger.

Kenta took one last glance back at the person as he flew off. Kenta shrugged almost with disgust, and turned walking toward a small building. this was his home, shop, store or whatever else people called it. It was a small building hidden by the larger ones around it and seeming out of place but it worked for him. The small building had vines with flowers growing on them wrapping up and around the building as if elves had sung the plants into shape. He opened the door and the inside had an assortment of furniture. One interesting fact about all of his works though was none of them where cut he had used his magic in a form of working. The plants would make themselves into certain shapes and he would fashion cushioning or what be it. The plants where no longer living but this would not matter. He walked into a small backroom where he did his craft. There was a very special plant moving around on it's own. He put the glass of water next to it and actually talked to the thing in it's language which sounded like swishing noises. One of it's limbs went into the glass and a small spot opened sucking in the water.

Kenta smiled and walked out into the main room. There was a bed in the corner it was for sale but since few ever frequented his shop he plopped onto it for now.
"That guy certainly was weird. People these days." He stared at the ceiling and waited for something to happen. Anything would be fine by him.

Demetri wandered up high street, looking around at all the things she couldn't afford. You came here to get food, not to stare at expensive things, the thought lingered in the back of her mind. However, it was cancelled out quickly by her curiosity as she- just coincidentally, of course, and through no fault of her own- wandered into a store and found herself staring at a blood red gem on a silver chain. So fancy!

With a sigh, she turned away from the lovely thing and hurried down high street, heading to the south, where she could find the cheap low-quality items she needed.

She had never been one to complain, but since she left home she had been living in back alleys and broken-down inns, never able to make good money in the work she did. After all, who wanted a fifteen-year-old girl's help? She shook her head. She knew she should have learned all of those things her mother wanted to teach her- Never mind all that, she scolded herself. I'm doing just fine, and thinking about all this won't get me anywhere.

Finally done searching for the cheapest groceries, she hurried into a back alley and sat down next to the wall, being sure to stay clear of the disgusting trash bags and the dirt-covered man that slept on them. She sighed as she dug an apple out of her bag. She had never quite enjoyed being homeless.

After a bit of time passed Kenta walked out the back of his shop which leads to alleyways. He was looking down watching the trash bags. He saw a person passed out there and curled a lip in disgust but wouldn't say to much. The crunch of an apple caught hs attention. He looked at the girl eating the apple.
"Greetings, May I ask what someone like you is doing here?"

Demetri looked up with wide eyes when she heard someone speak, her mouth around the apple. Her ears twitched once, and after a moment, she brought the apple away from her lips and smiled. "Someone like me," she repeated, head tilted to one side. "Where else would someone like me be?" She neglected to mention that she had been sleeping in this alley for the last couple of days, thinking it was already obvious that she was homeless and, if not, she wasn't particularly proud of it.

Standing up, she held out her hand with a cheerful grin on her face. "Demetri Saxtreise," she introduced herself, hoping that she would find an interesting conversation with this boy. She hadn't talked to anybody in a while, and she hadn't done much, either.

"You appear young. So why would someone of your age be homeless... Demetri." Kenta asked grabbing her hand and softly shaking it but pulling her slightly as if he wanted her to follow him.
"My name is Kenta.. Kenta Ariyashi." He began to turn back toward his small shop.

Demetri smiled. "Nice to meet you, Kenta," When he asked why she was homeless, she froze for a moment. She didn't like talking about... that.

In less than a second, her expression was replaced with a seemingly carefree smile as she walked after him. "Ah... what is it you sell here? I've never actually been in before..." She had the faintest idea she might be obnoxious, that this boy- Kenta- wouldn't want to associate with someone like her, but that thought was pushed away with childish resolution as her curiosity and interest took over.
