Myka cleared her face and her mind of any left over emotion. "This is the part where I go into a long spheel about what fighting is, and I expect you listen to it. Fighting is twenty percent learned, ten percent luck, and seventy percent raw will power and instinct. I want you to follow that instinct." she said, her voice even and clear. She slid back into an easy fighting stance, leaning slightly on her front leg should she pull out with a devastating roundhouse. "I'm going to tell you to fight me, so I can asess where you are and what you need to know. I won't hold back until you tell me to, got it?" she asked.
This was when Arson himself smirked. He watched Myka's movements carefully, knowing full well what was going to happen next. "Wait for it..." he mumbled to himself as a sheet of silence enveloped everything. 'Here it comes.' And slowly as the sound of a pebble splashing softly into a puddle, Arson's smirk widened. "Now."
And as if on cue, Myka lifted herself on her front leg and spun to the left, her back leg winding out for a rough kick to Ayame's arm with her heel before turning back and repeating the action with her other foot. Then with her back facing Ayame, she reached out her elbow to ram into the girl's stomach before she was able to slide away. She then stood merely a few feet away from Ayame, bouncing easily on the balls of her foot. The ocean roared into her ears, as shortly dormant adrenaline began pumping through her veins. She was completly in her element.

(Sorry if I God-Moded a little in this >.<)
Ayame didn't know what came over her, or what pushed her into attacking Myka like that. All she saw was a blur of red hair and tan limbs, then felt a sharp pain in her two arms and then in her stomach. "Damn..." She thought, dropping to the ground in a defensive position, her hands folded over her chest. She grit her teeth, eyes flashing angrily. Right now, she didn't care if Myka was her enemy or her friend. She didn't care if anyone was watching her, or judging her, or even if it was just her and Myka. Right now, she just wanted to lash back out at the flaming girl who stood in front of Ayame, completely at ease. "Don't hold back." She muttered under her breath, and smiled savagely up at Myka, before reaching out instinctively for the familiar push and pull of water...of the creek. Lashing out her arms, Ayame pulled the water out of the creek, and straightened up out of her crouch, holding the water suspended over her head, letting her anger pound through her veins. Ayame flexed her hand, and sent a whip of water out towards Myka, letting the water whip smack her sharply across the cheek. Ayame laughed slightly to herself, completely lost in the sensations of power and control she was feeling before sending out another whip in Myka direction. Ayame pulled the water towards her and then flung the entire creek at Myka, ordering it to return back to it's normal self once it was done with that. It was only after the water settled back into the creek and became calm again at Ayame realized what she had done. "OhmyGods!" She gasped, hands flying up to cover her mouth. "Myka, I'm so sorry! I had no idea...I didn't mean to do that!" Ayame looked like she was going to cry.
Sho, now dripping wet from Ayame's wave, spluttered and gaped at Ayame. "What the...? Ayame...how...?" Sho glanced from Ayame to Myka to Ayame again, and wondered what Myka's reaction would be.

[[No problema.]]
As the water hit Myka's cheek, it turned to steam on contact. The fire burning already beneath her skin heated the water and it looked as though Myka was on fire. Sparks popped all around the ends of her hair madly as she smiled, battlelust shining brightly in her eyes. "Let's play." she chirped playfully. When another whip lashed out at her, Myka dodged beautifully, but not before the water landed another slap on her cheek. She'd let Aya slap her around for a bit and try to lure her into a sense of confidence before she completly crushed her. But when the water flung it's entirety at Myka, something else strange happened. She flung her arms up in an 'X' in front of her and then it happened. Her arms were aflame and so was the rest of the front of her body. She was on fire.
Literally. And it was the best feeling in her life. She felt sky high, and nearly felt her eyes roll into the back of her head. It was wonderful. It was prickly and hot and sweet and sticky all at the same time and she loved it. It was light and life and death all in one. It only took that one instance. She was hooked.
When the water receeded and the flames stopped, Myka dropped to her knees. The rush of the fire was gone. It had been a beautiful high, but it was time to come down. "Whoa. What a rush." she said breathlessly, looking back up at Ayame. A grin broke out on her face as she sat there, already pining for the sweet sensation of fire on her skin once more. "That. Was. Totally. Wicked!!!" she said. She was shuddering with excitement, her eyes wide and happy. Whatever that was, it had made Aya different and had taken Myka higher. She could tell that they would both be changed.
Arson's eyes were wide with shock at the blue water and the heat of the fire erupted across everyone in the area. "Whoa. I knew it would happen eventually. It was only a matter of time."

Ayame stared down at her hands, and a gleeful, almost cruel smile slowly made it's way across her face. "That was...amazing." She breathed, closing her eyes and trying to recall the feeling hold all that water had given her. It had been better than anything she'd ever known. It had been like drinking ten cups of coffee in a row. It had been better than kissing. Controlling all that water had been better than jumping off a bridge, and landing, completely safe, in the water below. It had been better than giving herself a new piercing, or giving someone a tattoo. Using that power had been better than teasing Sho, or making him put on all that make-up. Hell, summoning that water power had been better that the one, single time Ayame had gotten high off of smoking. This had been like all of those things, combined...but better. Using that power...when she had used it, for the first time ever in her life, Ayame had known who she was. "Damn the Gods." She thought savagely. "I don't need to know who my God parent was. That was amazing. And that's all I need." She opened her eyes, which now glowed sea blue to look at Myka. "D@mn." She gasped, resting her hands on her knees, eyes glowing wicked. "If I'd know what's what fighting you was going to be like, I would have asked to do it sooner." One look at Myka told Ayame that Myka was feeling the same way as she was. "That was...unbelievable!" And then, oddly, Ayame started to laugh. At first it was only a raspy chuckle, as she tried to get her breath back. But in only a matter of minutes, Ayame was rolling on the ground, tears streaming down her cheeks she was laughing so hard. "What a rush! You got that right!" She said weakly, lying on her back and still laughing. She wasn't uncertain anymore. She knew who she was, d@mnit. With power like that, who needed this camp to keep you safe?
Sho looked worriedly from Ayame to Myka, able to read what was going on through Myka's head, and having a pretty good guess of what was going through Ayame's. Something was wrong, you didn't have to be a genius to figure that one out. Sho stood up, every sense alert, ready to defend himself at any minute, knowing that at any minute, both girls might attack him, just out of the need to feel that amazing rush. "Ayame?" He asked gently, bending down next to her, and carefully placing a hand on her shoulder. He was tempted to ask if she was okay, but since that was the stupidest question in all of history, he refrained from asking her. Instead, he merely placed a hand on Ayame's other shoulder, and forced her to look him in the eyes. "Ayame, look at me." He said in a calm but forceful voice. "Can you understand what I'm saying?"

Chest heaving up and down, Myka just fell onto her back, knees up, arms splayed all around her. That was... beautiful.' she thought. She tried reaching out, trying to grasp that beautiful feeling with her mind once more. Her eyes fluttered shut, and then just like Ayame, she burst out laughing. She laughed so hard she started crying in some twisted form of pleasure-pain. She curled herself up in a ball as she continued laughing madly. "Gods-damnit, that was beautiful." she moaned so happily.
Arson was on his feet in an instant. This had happened when he discovered his powers as well, but it was a little worse, just as it was with Ivy. Somehow, girls like Ivy always seemed to go a little crazy. Arson moved forward to Myka's form and reached out to open her left eye. It flashed at him madly and he shook his head. "Myka." he said harshly.
She rolled over to face him, tears still streaking down her face. She would've done anything and everything to get that high back and in an instant, she was straddling Arson, her hands around his throat. "Give it back, Arson. Give it back." she growled. He only looked back at her with blank eyes.
And that was when Arson began speaking in soft Ancient Greek. Then Myka stopped, blinking lazily before she literally fell onto Arson. He lifted her in his arms bridal style before he set her onto her feet. She looked at him with graditude in his eyes. "Did this happen to Ivy?" she asked, her voice soft and low. Arson nodded and ruffled Myka's hair in understanding before he put his hand on her shoulder and helped her along towards Ayame and Sho.

Drawnn by the heady scent of newly released power, Ivy literally danced her way towards Zephynos creek. She smiled and took in a deep scent, as it filled her chest and hose. She sighed softly as she continued along towards her brother. She kissed him sweetly on the cheek and then twirled around, her skirts flying madly around her before kissing Myka on the cheek as well. "Your aura is tinged red now! Fiery red! Red with fire! It's gorgeous!" she chirped before turning her head to look at the girl and boy on the ground. "And yours is blue! Bluer than any sea or water!"

The laughed faded from Ayame's expression, leaving her looking thoughtful, and distant. "Yes, I can hear you Sho." She said softly, glancing towards the water with a look of hunger in her now-blue eyes. This was just...unbelievable. She could hear the water, actually hear it. She could tell how much there was, and how much damage it would, and even what was living in the water. Gods, she could even sense the blood flowing through Sho's body; and she could sense right where to twist the flow. Right now, Ayame was so power-drunk she could actually see the spot where she could twist Sho's blood, and leave him to drowned in his own body fluids. She didn't, of course. Ayame liked Sho too much to do something like that. Still, the knowledge that she could was dangerous enough. "Snap out of it Ayame!" She told herself firmly, resisting the urge to start laughing again. Slowly, she lifted her eyes to look up at the black-haired girl who was blabbering in a bubbly sort of way about Ayame unleashing her 'hidden power'. Half of what she was saying was going right over Ayame's head, but she nodded and smiled anyways, even though the girl was giving her a killer-headache, and all Ayame wanted to do was lay down and sleep. Still, probably best to keep this girl on Ayame's good side. The new girl and her brother, Arson, seemed to know Myka. That told Ayame enough to let her know that she should sit up and shut up.
Sho glanced at Ayame nervously. She seemed to have her emotions under control now, but if her 'power' was water, that meant nothing. The ocean could change in a minute, right? Therefore, so could Ayame. And she did. Sho knew she did.

Myka shivered slightly. Not because she was cold, but because of the absence of warmth. SHe could feel the liquid heat that bubbled in her. She had only scratched the surface of that hidden power. "Oh, Sho, Ayame, this is Ivy. She might be able to help us out. Ivy, this is Sho and Ayame." she introduced, still shivering beneath Arson's arm.
Ivy smiled broadly and tapped her cheek twice. Myka rolled her eyes, and so did Arson. Such a normal occourance. They both kissed Ivy on opposite cheeks at the same time, and the petite black haired girl giggled. Her nails turned positivley pink in cheerful recognition. "Yes, yes, yes. I'm Ivy Nightshade of teh Jersey Nightshades, sister to Arson Nightshade of the Jersey Nightshades. Tis a pleasure to meet you. Why I"m absoloutley tickled pink! Anyways, down to business! You Miss Ayame, and my friend Myka here have tapped into the powers inside ya! You feel all giggly because the power's been locked in your body for so long, and so many different chemicals have been released at the same time. AFter the high comes down, you'll need to be careful. Common side affects are depression, suicide, sudden burts of anger, and a multitude of others." she said quickly.
Myka and Arson sighed at the same time. Ivy seriously belonged on an infomercial.

Ayame continued to eye Ivy wearily. Something about the girl's bubbly nature annoyed her, but again acting on the suspicion that Myka's friends might have the same hidden temper as Myka did, she remained silent. "I'm not high anymore." She said abruptly, half to assure Sho that she wasn't going to start laughing uncontrollably again, and the other half to make the girl be quiet, if only for a minute. "At least...I don't think I am. Things are starting to look normal again." Ayame nodded slowly, as if agreeing with what she herself was saying. She tried to stand up, but the quick movement made her head start to spin, and she stumbled.
Sho, expecting this, reached out and caught her before she fell. Keeping a firm but gentle grip on her shoulders, Sho supported Ayame, and turned to Myka, noting she was in the same condition as Ayame was. "Should we call it a day?" He asked the two of them, grey-blue eyes for once showing emotion. What he had seen going through Myka and Ayame's minds...Sho shuddered. Let's just say he wasn't in a hurry to experience anything like that ever again. Not that they had been thinking or seeing anything dirty. It was just that their minds had been so alien. So unlike anything Sho had ever seen before. There had been a..vastness and great expanse of power in the two of them. And quite honestly, it had scared Sho. Something had changed in the two of them. Something big.

Ivy tilted her head and the cheerful facade fell from her face. Or rather, it wasn't a charade of any sort. More so the sudden rush of energy around her had taken Ivy a little higher to. She turned to Sho and studied him briefly. 'Mind reader. Many have gone crazy because of your sacred, disgusting power. You hold it well.' she thought. Whether she was thinking directly to Sho or not didn't matter to Ivy as she linked arms with Myka. "What they need now is to eat, whether they're hungry or not. Eating something after this usually helps" her tone presice and somewhat clipped.
Myka rolled her eyes at Ivy and looked back at Sho and Ayame, something of a half grin on her face. "You guys up for breakfast?" she asked sheepishly.

Sho gaped at Ivy, but decided not to ask anything. "Sometimes it's better just to press on in silence." Sho smiled, somewhat bitterly, as he remembered one of his late mother's favourite quotes. "Sure. Breakfast. Sounds great." Sho said, not leaving any room for Ayame to disagree. "But...um, where? Ayame and I have only been here for a day, so, yeah...we don't really know where anything is." Sho trailed off awkwardly. He was still slightly unnerved by the thought that Ivy had managed to project into his mind. Sure, Sho was used to hearing what other people thought, but having a mental conversation was completely different.
Ayame sighed, and returned Myka's smile weakly. Now she wasn't feeling the rush anymore. Now, Ayame just felt tired. "Hey, Ivy, is it also normal to want to crawl under a hole and sleep for a month?" She asked, stifling a yawn, and glancing at Arson. Great. He was seeing her at her worst. Just another reason that Ayame didn't really like spending time with other boys. Apart from Sho, Ayame didn't really spend time with other people. Period. Especially boys. "Dandy. Just dandy." She thought, stifling another yawn, and trying not to drool over the idea of drinking a straight up gallon of iced coffee.

Ivy couldn't help but smile something of a sad smile. 'And that is what kills those of your kind.' Ivy turned to Ayame, her sad smile becoming more genuine and normal. "Yeah, but you should probably eat something first. Come on, I'll show you to the tables." Ivy chirped.

Sighing, and wondering who the strange girl was who could get inside his head, Sho gently tugged Ayame after Ivy, still keeping an eye on her. He wouldn't put it past Ayame to unexpectedly faint.

Myka trotted cheerfully to the creek, her heart beating just a little bit faster, but calm nonetheless. Her bright, long, red hair swayed at her hips as she stood in the sunlight, waiting for Sho.

Sho meandered into the sunlight that flooded the creek and clearing with it's brightness. "Thanks for apologizing to me hair. It appreciate your apology and would love to add that it thinks your hair is beautiful." Sho said in a teasing tone as he shoved his hand in his pockets, and raised an eyebrow. "You didn't bring me here just to attack me, did you?" He asked cautiously, his body tensing automatically. It wasn't that he didn't trust Myka, he just didn't trust her temper. Especially now that she had control over the element of fire.
