"Alright" He said almost like a zombie in reply to Echo. But before he laid back down he looked at her eye agian. It was almost comical due to his eyes being open (Think of Gin). "I think we have something in the med cabnit that can help that" He said before laying back over and closing his eyes. "Good night Echo... I'm glad we are partners" He said in a dull monotone voice before he fell back asleep; almost instantly.

Echo
Echo let out a soft giggle and nodded her head in response. He looked just plain silly to her. Though she froze when she heard his last statement. He was happy? She was under the impression he was disappointed in her. Echo glanced at him with a with a small look of shock. 'He was already asleep? Holy cow.' Echo simply smiled and perched her head on her knee's. ''Thank you, Soi.'' She said with a serene smile, feeling like a huge burden was lifted from her. Echo wasn't going to go anywhere. Nor was her freakishly black and purple eye. It could wait. She let out a relieved sigh and drifted off into a light sleep right on the floor beside his bed.
((I'd say go ahead and timeskip to the next day?))

In the morning Soi woke up and rubbed his eyes slightly. He then looked at the floor and saw Echo; almost stepping on her. With a smile he quietly got off the bed and walked over to his dresser, and got dressed, he was already in his boxers so he only had to put more clothing on.
After he was dressed he walked back over to Echo and crouched down; stretching his arms as he walked over to her. He then crouched down and lightly shook her shoulder; he had had the idea as a joke to put a towel on over his boxers to make it look like he was only in a towel but he would rather not get beat up first thing in the morning. "Echo, time to wake up" He said as he gently shook her shoulder.

It took a second, but Echo slowly lifted her head up with sleepy eyes, trying to recover her vision. Of course by now her hair was dry. Though, she was still trying to figure out what she was doing in his room.''Soi? Oh. . .i was just making sure that. . .'' she paused and looked around, Yep this was definitely Soi's room. Echo returned her gaze to Soi and gave him a nice smile in greeting, taking his hand and using it to help pick herself up from the floor.''I'm sorry.'' she bowed her head in apology. ''I intruded in your personal space.''

Soi smiled and stood up. "No its okay' not like i'm complaining or anything; I'm just glad i didn't step on you" He said standing up as well. "So are you going to make breakfast or am i?" He asked but then stopped and look at Echo. "How is your eye?" He asked getting close to Echo's face in order to get a close up look at her eye.

Echo leaned back a bit as he got closer. Her face turned a bright red.''I-I'm fine. I j-just need to put s-some ice in it.'' She said almost falling backwards.''Y-you know what? let's go to D-death bucks and get some breakfast there!'' Echo said, trying desperately to change the subject. If she stayed calm, she'd be fine. One would think she was used to her partner being in her face all the time. ''I'll just g-go get dressed, eh?'' she announced, nervously trying to get around him

"....Fine, go get changed" He said standing up and walking out of the room and into the kitchen; He grabbed a plstic bag and filled it with Ice; for Echo when she was done changing; Soi simply stood there by the front door and waited for Echo.

Echo
After taking a fair amount of time getting dressed. She wasn't wearing her usual outfit. It was a simple blue tank-top and some short black shorts. She had her hair pulled up in a side ponytail. Today there was no school, So there was no need to dress to impress. In Echo language it would mean blinding people from her array of rainbows. The only thing that looked to be in ''rainbow form'' was her nail polish that seemed to be bright as hell and her thigh high stockings that were a blue and black color to match her outfit. Her golden eye still seemed to be decorated with a black and purple ring around it. ''Alright, Soi. Sorry for taking so long~'' . she said in apology and smiled cheerfully as she approached him. She had a small water bottle in her hand, god knows what it was for. ''I was thinking. . maybe today we can get a little training in after we go to Deathbucks. . so maybe you can have a better time holding me.'' She said sheepishly, glancing away from him in embarrassment. That whole issue seemed to still bug her a bit.

"No living rainbow today?" He asked looking Echo over with a smile; this was the first time he had seen Echo in normal cloths' other then the bathrobe from before but that did not count. He looked at the water bottle in her hands and nodded. "Its alright it wasn't that long" He said with a smile and a nod. "Training sounds like i good idea; If i can swing you a bit faster; i might not get kicked in the face again" He said jokingly throwing an arm over Echo's shoulder as the two of them walked out towards deathbucks.

Echo pretty much ditched Soi after the mission was done. She was to embarrassed to be around him anyways. ''Feh, this sucks.'' she complained and flopped down on the couch. There wasn't much left to do anyways. She figured the mission was enough training for the day. Though, something in the back of her mind told her Soi would probably yell at her for running off. So she stood up and retreated to her room for now, but wait! This was a good opportunity to play some kind of prank on him! Echo quickly went in the kitchen and grabbed a couple of ''foods'' and ran into the bathroom and unscrewed the shower nozzle. One thing was for sure, Soi was going to have a noodle soup rainbow shower that would probably turn his hair into a huge ass rainbow party. Of course it wasn't permanent. He'd just have to re-wash it one. . .two. . maybe three times.~
When she was finished, Echo walked out of the bathroom whistling a cheerful tune and walked back into her room, plopping down on her bed

After turning in the mission Soi walked back to his Condo, he guessed that was there Echo Vanished to after the incident in the graveyard. As he opened the door he looked around for a bit. "Echo; you here?" He yelled into the house as he shut the door behind him.

Echo almost jumped out of the covers when she heard Soi. 'Oh shit!' It startled her a bit, she didn't expect him home so soon. ''Yeah, Welcome home, eh?'' she shouted and flipped the covers back over her head. Echo was still embarrassed about what happened earlier. At least she'd get a good laugh tonight. Though, something in the back of her mind told her she'd probably regret doing the prank. ''S-so how'd it go?'' she yelled from her room nervously.

Soi shrugged slightly. "He took the scroll and said good job, thats about it" He said thinking it was a bit anticlimactic. Soi then stopped as though he was looking for something; he then dug into his coat pocket and pulled out a Thermos. "Sorry about earlier..." He said even though he had not really done anything wrong in the first place. "I Stopped at Deathbucks and filled it up for you" He said tossing her the thermos from earlier, kissing the top of her head as he walked past her. "I'm going to take a shower then head to bed" He said walking off.
(( Well im going to get something to eat, my sister left to go to Tacobell and do some shopping her her fiancee like two hours ago and he said he would bring me something back but then when they got home my sister said i didn't get anything because i didn't go... ))

Echo caught the thermos in her hands with a chocked look on her face. He was apologizing? She froze when he kissed her on the head. Echo's cheeks lit up a bright red, But hey! Forget that. he got her Deathbucks!''Soi~ You shouldn't ha-'' it was then she remembered he said he'd be taking a shower. 'Oh man. . .I'm so going to get it.' Why didn't she think about this before? Because she was probably bored out of her MIND. 'It would be nice to see his hair plaid with Rainbow colors. . .Oh hey look Deathbucks!' Echo's attention span was so short it was just sad. She sat there happily sipping the coffee and watched him walk off.

Soi turned and looked at Echo "I know I shouldn't have" He said as he went back to walking towards the bathroom. As he reached the bathroom he quickly undressed and got into the shower...
A few minutes later Soi jumped out of the Shower. "WHAT THE HELL ECHO!?" He yelled running over to the bathroom door and opening, not noting he had not grabbed a Towel. He then slammed the door and grabbed a Towel putting it around his waist.
