Throngar gave a slight grunt, noting Jinx's less-than-enthusiastic attitude. Eh, he guessed he couldn't blame her. [darkred=color]"Come with me, then," he said, turning and leading the way back towards his and his brother's camp. "We'll clear the mess up in the morning; that type of Bleck won't do you any good if you touch their corpses the night they died. Trust me, I've seen it before. Nasty s**t."

Jinx nodded. After she broke down her tent, she followed the dwarf to his campsite. She reset up her tent and sat by the fire, enjoying the light making the shadows dance on the ground.

Throngar had helped Jinx a bit in setting up her tent. He now heaved down onto a log next to the fire near Jinx, ignoring the bellowing snores from the other side of the flames. "So, where're you headed on your travels?" he asked her conversationally as he took Alcharius from his head and set the hat down on the log beside him.

"Here and there, where ever there is work." She looked over at Throngar and sighed. "I will work for anyone who has a need for my skills." she looked at th ground and drew in the dirt with her figure.

"You don't seem very happy about it," Throngar observed neutrally, taking a stick from the ground and poking the fire gently with it to keep it burning well.

"I haven't had any luck lately, an employer has been really hard to find. Someone always wants some big strong man to do the job, not some small elven girl." Jinx sighed and looked into the fire, "The only thing that I have to make a living on anymore is my ability to dance, but I am barely living off of the gold I get from that."

"My breath is the finest you'll meet in a million of all dwarves!" Throngar boasted proudly in response, then gave a somewhat impatient sigh and gestured at Jinx. "Look, girl, I didn't mean any offence by it. I just point things out as I see them. It's honest, alright?"
"Honest. Hmph! And he wonders why he ended up divorced," Alcharius chipped in in a snarkily.

"If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all." Jinx sat back down and huffed. "I don't see how anyone can love a dwarf, their all hairy, and smelly, and it seems like all they care about is whats for dinner and how their ale tastes." she said to Alcharius.

"Oi, banter's one thing, but I can do without the casual racism," Throngar told them both, sounding rather miffed.

"Oh, I am sorry," Jinx said sarcastically, "I was just being honest. I don't really hate dwarves, I just don't like the way they smell is all, but I guess one can get use to it."
