She signed people in for the appointments along with answering the phone to either make appointments or cancel them. Karin got a few of them from her father checking up on her. Karin held a smile on her face when her father checked up on her. Her father did this ever since her mother died from the car accident. She held sadness in her eye when her father was talking about her mother. She slowly placed the phone down she could forget about the pain she felt.

Chase frowned, feeling the sadness Karin felt when her mother was talked about. He wanted reach out right now and comfort her, but he knew he couldn't. Right now, she would reject him, and run from him, just as others did.

Karin placed the phone in the receiver before staring down in sadness. Well she had worked half of the day already as all the girls went out to eat but her. Karin kept quiet as she sat there with her eye looking down at the papers which she wasn't. She was in very deep thought about her mother as she sat there.

Chase frowned, and he felt bad. Karin seemed depressed, and he didn't want that. He leaned foreward, and whispered in her ear, allowing her to hear him, but not see him. "Karin...Your mother loves you very much. Please do not be so sad about her. She's alive within your heart and in heaven. She's watching over you now..." He said in his calm, soothing voice. Chase then sat back where he was, watching Karin's reaction.

Karin heard something whispering in her ear and looked up. She wouldn't believe it since it was strange to just suddenly hear someone whisper in her ear about her mother. "Who's there?" she whispered as she looked around her with her eye wanting to know how had told her this. Karin didn't like telling her something that was a lie. She thought it was a lie for who ever told her that.

Chase leaned back, smiling at Karin. He knew she was unable to see him, but he hoped she would cheer up now. If he didn't need to protect her, at least he could attempt to make her happy.

She frowned not really liking this hide and seek thing. She grumbled before sitting back down as a doctor came by. "Hey Karin. Here's some more info about this school you can go to and they have tons of scholarships to help you," he said as he held out her a brocure of the school along with paper work she should fill out. She nodded at him, "Thanks," she said softly.

Raven sent him a warm smile. "No trouble at all." She said and then went to get him his cake. She brought it back with a fork in moments. "If there's anything else I can get you just let me know." She told him with a warm smile. She then made her rounds and took a few more bites of her food. She looked at the clock and saw that he shift was almost done and she'd be able to head home. ((Just reposting my other post so Light can catch up and not get lost in his own rp.))

Chase stood up and looked over Karin's shoulder, reading the brochures. They looked interesting, and he smiled. If She wanted to go somewhere specific, he would do what he could to aid her in her pursuit.
As chase stood there, a thought came to mind. Karin saw the world differently than most. He wondered if she felt it differently as well. He began to wonder if she was able to feel his presence around her, regardless of him being impossible to see or touch.

Karin looked through the brochures seeing what the school had to offer and sighed. She opened a drawer to shove the brochure and paperwork in with the many other colleges the doctors were pressuring her to go to. However Karin wanted to go to a university called Francisan University since it had the program she wanted and it was a catholic college. She liked being catholic and worshiping god, saints, angels, and Jesus since it seemed right to do. Karin felt a slight pressence like someone was watching her but she just thought it was her mother watching her not Chase. She looked up at the ceiling, "Mother. I wish you were here to help me," she whispered to where only she and Chase could here. She looked back down as she checked people in once more before it was time for her break. Karin took her lat lunch and began to walk to somewhere she could go to eat her lunch in peace.

Chase followed Karin to where she took her lunch, and then went around a corner, returning to visibilty and hiding his wings. He resumed his human form, dark as ever. He walked out, and moved towards Karin.
"Oh hey! It's you again! I didn't think I'd see you again so soon!" He said, acting surprised and excited.

Karin turned her head when she heard someone talking to her. She saw it was Chase and looked at him, "Wow. Me too. Thats odd but lucky at the same time," she said to him. Karin didn't think she would see him twice today it truly surprised her.

Chase nodded and took a seat next to Karin. "yeah. It's like magic or something." He joked lightly. "I hope you don't mind me joining you..." He added.

Karin shook her head at him showing she didn't mind. "Yeah or just luck. But who knows," she said as she strugged her shoulders. Karin smiled at him, "Not at all. I always like to have company," she said softly.

Chase chuckled. He looked at Karin, smiled, and looked at the sky. "Hey, Karin. Do you believe in angels?" He asked, continuing to look at the sky.
