Cirno saw Asuka's TARDIS appear by her lake, and wanted to travel with her. It was that, or Asuka's secret would get out.

Cirno is an ice fairy. While she is described as a weak boss in the Touhou series, if we consider the power of average fairies - who appear often as regular enemies - we can certainly say she is exceptionally strong for her kind. Her personality is childish, as you might expect from her appearance, and she is sometimes considered stupid.

During the events of Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, she attacked the player, who was just passing by, out of instinctive aggression. She was helplessly shot down.

In Perfect Cherry Blossom, she returned to take revenge for her previous fight, but was only a mid-boss and was easily defeated like one...

In Phantasmagoria of Flower View Cirno aimlessly wanders about, apparently unconcerned by the flower incident for any reason other than the flowers being something else for her to freeze and play with. Through her dialog her true childish nature is revealed, leaving no doubt that she really isn't smart at all. She really wasn't meaning to do anything but play games.

Okay let's give this a go. My character has been created mostly by combining the running jokes about me from the MW bar so it's a result and ongoing work of several people. Here's what I have so far though.

Name: Kairanha; Kai for short.

Age: Unspecified. Kai knows, but tends to keep it to himself.

Race: Half-Elven taking more after his human parent with the only obvious external clues to to his Elven haritage being his pointed ears. Because of his mixed blood it's difficult to even make a guess at his age. For personal reasons he ventured out into the world looking for something. Maybe for something lost or trying to find an answer.

Skills: All of Kai's abilities and skills are classified as hidden being best applied to espionage and assassination. A more obvious ability is disguising himself as a woman and taking on a different personality. At first it was an easier way to gather information, but after time he's come to enjoy the different persona.
What makes Kai most dangerous is his ability to move through solid objects. It's given him access to part of the MW bar few people even know about and fewer have access to. He's even gone so far as to spy on the MW ladies in their private quarters and taken nude photos.
His senses are sharper than that of a normal humans, but Kai keeps to himself about how much sharper they are in order to catch stray bits of information when he is thought to be out of hearing range.

Personality: It all comes down to two words. Observe and adapt. Being able to retool his speech and body language enough to be on good terms with nearly anyone, but not so much as to get emotionally involved. Generally a cool customer shifting and moving with the flow of conversation. After being at the MW for so long he has let his true personality show more and more: shy, but impulsive. Though wearing a smile most of the time, when he feels in danger for his own life or those he cares about he won't hesitate to try and end a conflict even if it may cost him his life. One thing he swore to himself was that he would never be a victim of circumstance.

Background:

She was born of a lord of the underworld. Her mother is practically unknown to her, all she knew is that her power revolved around the light and healing. Her sister, Bianca took after their mother and Nightingale took after her father, dark and destructive. Nightingale got into the reaping business. Despite her job title she is quite gentle, she doesn't kill her quarrey but merely waits for their lives to run their course and takes the souls.

Ability 1: Shadow Walking: Can walk into a shadow and come out another. Stand/climb up shadows.

Ability 2: Shadow Shield. A shield she creates, it can withstand the melee and air attacks, but elemental attacks tend to find their way in. The hit will be filtered through the shield and at the same time charging her shield with so said element.

Ability 3: Shadow Blast. A wave of darkness that can tear through trees and cause great rifts in the ground.

Ability 4: Reaper. Talk to the dead and use their souls for magic.

Ability 5: Summon: Undead and demons alike. These beings will be equipped with simple weapons only. Two hit beings. At any given time five are called forth from the depths of the Underworld to serve her bidding. They only answer the call of Nightingale's soul, preventing anyone of turning them against her.

Ability 6: The Quenchless Shield: While using her shield she can absorb some elemental qualities. Changing the shield of darkness into a weapon when she expels it. There is chance of friendly fire.

Ability 7: Shadow Hand: She must be near a shadow to pull this off. While standing near a shadow she can either reach in and come out with a shadow hand able to grab and punch. Or she can simply reach forward and send the shadow in front of her.

Ability 8: Thousand Shadow Dagger Blast: She can create dagger like shadows that cut just the same and expel them from her body to her target.

Ability 9: Soul Steal: Being a female reaper she shares some traits with a succubi. With a simple kiss she can steal a man's soul if she so chose.

Sword Abilities:

Ability 1: Taint of the Blood: As Red Fury tastes blood the blade seems to respond by turning shades of red, if it's a long battle by the end the blade will turn the same color as the blood it tastes. As the blade absorbs more blood the blade will move through the air as if it were a whip, very fast and very deadly.

Ability 2: Soul Sword: When called it's soul name, Vermell Fúria, will grow and amplify itself. With it's wielder it's soul bound and will only transform with it's mate. She can focus her energy into the blade and can block a strong melee attack even if her own strength alone couldn't or with the blade in it's normal form.

Ability 3: Thousand Dying Swords: An attack that sends a barrage of swords in the direction of the intended target. It was once described by a dying unfortunate fool that died in the attack, "There was a pick up in the wind, it had sucked away from me but then it came back. It felt like thousands of swords plunging into my body all at the same time, then the wind was gone, and all was still."

Ability 4: Souls Return: The sword returns to the soul bound wielder when thrown or dropped.

Ability 5: Whirling Blade: The user can spin and continue to spin and perform a spinning attack. The wielder appears like a tornado, their blade held out as they slice their opponents down.

Ability 6: Mirrored Blade: When activated a hit that was on one side is mirrored and is also struck on the other.
