Sticking closer to one another, you bravely await the pereil about to strick you. Taking a deep breath and covering your eyes, you feel the snow come crashing down at you pushing you away from the mountain pass. Sometime during that push down the path, snow slipped in between Hiniko's hands and pushed the object away from her. As the group drew nearer and nearer towards the end of the pass, the snow began to clear and lessen, completely dissolving once the group reached the bottom of the pass.
Suddenly a puff of smoke appeared and a jounin in a red dress appeared standing on a leftover pile of snow. Looking down at the disoriented group, Hitomi opened her mouth to speak. "Sorry kiddies but for not being able to successfuly avoid the avalanche, you were unable to successfully attain this handmirror." Holding up her left hand, Hitomi revealed the handmirror to the group. "What I suggest now is to either come up with a better plan or go for something else cause next time, you might not be so lucky as to get out of this ordeal alive." With that, she gave the group a small smile before swiftly performing a teleportation technique and disappearing. As the proctor dissappeared in a cloud of smoke so did the remainder of the avalanche revealing a clear pathway with no indication of the dangers ahead.
"Don't bore me now."

Hiniko sat dazed, unaware of the mirror that had sliped from her hands until the proctor showed up. Hiniko glared with a heavy hatred at the woman holding the mirror. The woman dissapeared and Hiniko cursed loudly.
"How in the world are yu supposed to avoid and Avalanche! It was comming from all sides and we had no where to go. I can't beleive i just went through and Avalance to have that stupid mirror taken away from me Damnit!" she ranted for a short minute. She sat for a split second trying to calm down before she got to the point she could talk without snapping at someone.
"I would suggest going after it again, but I can't think of a way to get the mirror without having that stupid avalance." she seethed quietly.

Hiniko thought for a few moments. "Alright guys, I have a plan, I think we should go after the mirror again, we weren't hurt this time, just a bit dazed. This time though, when I get the mirror I am going to throw it as far as I can, and that's where I want you two to be. When you catch it take off running as fast as you can to avoid anything that might come for us, you should be a safe distance away to get away, and i'll follow you as fast as I can, if I can't make it wait to the snow settles, and come dig me out alright but whatever you do, do NOT let go of that mirror." she instructed them as they stood and wiped snow off of themselves, and looked back down the pass. Hiniko went first and with seriouse but determined expressions Riku and Kanzuki followed much farther behind her.

As you make your way up the mountain pass once more, you spot the mirror glowing in the distance near the middle of the pass. Looking around, you still see nothing dangerous, just an open path leading straight towards the glowing, floating handmirror.

Hiniko bit her lip and tired to walk as lightly as she could. She got to the mirror and reached for it, her body already half turned to throw the mirror with as much strength as she could.

As soon as your fingers wrapped around the object, a loud rumbling noise resounded once more through the area. And just like before, snow began tumbling down at a fast rate from all around, avalanches came crashing down from the surrounding mountains and the path ahead.

Hiniko was running at the same time that she threw the mirror with as much strength as she could manage. Riku cought it, and turned to try and run with Kanzuki while Hiniko picked up speed to try and catch up with them.

Running for your lives with a large avalanche of snow following close behind, Hiniko could feel the coldness of the snow as some began to brush against her legs. Continuing to run from the avalanche, Hiniko pushed more energy into her run as she attempted to catch up to her team currently waiting for her at the bottom of the pass. With one last sudden burst of speed, Hiniko reached the end of the pass as the snow cease to reach pass their ankles.
Like before, a sudden smoke cloud appeared as a jounin proctor appeared staning on the snowmound. Glancing towards the worn out group, Hitomi smirked as she remember their mad dash to the end of the pass. Deciding to be nice and give them a break, Hitomi spoke in a clear voice. "Alright, good job guys. The second around could be considered a more effect method of avoiding the avalanche. As such, I'm here to congradulate you and let you know that once a day that mirror in your hand can be used to reflect one jutsu used against you. And with that said, I bid you kiddies adu." Disappearing once more in a puff of smoke, the path before them cleared as if their mad dash from the avalanche never happened.
"Don't bore me now."

Hiniko had a wide grin on her face, as they were finally aloud to keep the mirror. She sat down heavily on the ground panting and trying to catch her breath. Her lungs hurt from trying to run so hard, and she couldn't beleive she had managed to get away from the Avalanche that was so close behind her she could feel the snow hitting her legs.
"Well, " she started, "That was fun." she gave a small laugh before picking herself up again. She looked at the mirror thinking it could come in handy. "Let's get going, a rest sounds like a fun idea too." she commented as tired, and a bit wet from the snow they all left the pass.

 Zin entered the mountain as he started to climb it. He remembered reading about Kumo's dangerous mountains and the rock falls. Not only that but the height of the mountain was a bit nauseating if you looked down too long. Passing on area,it seemed like some of the mountain had indeed shed a few rocky tears as Zin carefully walked through the even more narrow path way and continued forwards before speaking,"David....About that group.......I think it was better I didn't attack them as I noticed something. The boy,though powerful,seemed.....off. Yes his abilities were great,and....he definitely deserves respect but......"Zin paused as his mind had been thinking a little about it since David mentioned it,"It seemed like there was something else going on with his body than the wound he held. My snakes told me something about him. It was as if.......he more power he exerted the more his body deteriorated. Call it animal instincts I guess...But that's what it seems to me."He said softly before continuing,"The other boy was my team mate in Konoha. He is pretty strong himself. But......There is a saying my grandfather uses."Zin said as his slitted eyes caught sight of Kumo ahead,"Accept death. Love and embrace it. Become one with it and you shall never fear it. We all will be eaten by worms one day....."Zin turned and smiled,"It's up to you when you wish to meet them."He said softly before continuing forwards as the child dipped his hand in his pocket to eat a few more gummi's,giggling as his snakes snapped at some and going back to his ever cheery mood.Who said evil came in the stereotypical packages? David had noticed on multiple occasions that his body seemed to spasm on it's own a bit. Maybe it was something he should do a bit of looking into later. But that would be later. "We're almost there, and judging by the sky, the sun should be up in a few hours." He said with a slight grin. They would get to camp out at the cave after all it seemed. Walking along the narrow cliff side was rather tiresome. He knew he'd be fine even if he fell, yet at the same time he didn't want to fall, and staying atop the cliff after the last several days of endless motion, was rather tiring. He wouldn't blame anyone if they wanted to sleep for a month after this exam. [Exit to Kumogakure] [Chakra Point Total: 25/35]

Once more,Zin and his group entered the passage that caused them to follow in a single line. Yet,he didn't mind it in the least;actually,it seemed easier than last time. Once they descended down the mountain and hit the fork in the road,Zin took the opposite pathway that they came. He was planning on going through the Wind Country,into the Water Country;in which they would both be able to hit the docks from there.

This second stage had undoubtedly been the most fun he had had in years! The fact it was ending was actually rather sad to the boy, but he knew that it had to end.
