"Andrius.... It's a lovely name." She said freezing slightly, "Uh.... Okay. I'll see you in a couple of days." She turned to leave but paused to give him one last glance. After she looked at him and assured herself that she had to do this she left for home.

Andrius rose hungry, and wasted no time in finding suitable nourishment. After seating his prey comfortably next to a tree and erasing and replacing memories, he began his trip to the edge of the valleys. Andrius shielded himself as he looked around the area for Eos, praying to any gods that there were that she would come back and give him a chance.

Eos had gotten Twilight's approval quite easily. Her adoptive mother was quite thrilled that she had found a mate....er potential mate. It probably helped that Aegle had found a man of her own. Heading towards the edge of the valleys she was happy that Twilight decided to not come. As she reached the area, she looked around for Andrius.

Eos jumped when Andrius appeared out of nowhere. "EEEPPP! Where did you come from!?" She said trying to calm her heart down. It was pounding in her chest from being scared. "You scared me...... Don't do that!"

Eos circled around him making sure he was all healed. "It's okay. Yes I did have a well rest. I talked to my adoptive mother and told her I wouldn't be around much anymore.... since I found my mate..... supposedly." She said stopping in front of him, "You're all healed."

"Carpathian......" She said as if tasting the word, "So you're extremely gifted and heal quickly but you cannot go into the sunlight..... I thought you said you got back the ability to see colors?" She paused thinking about him hunting the undead. That surely made him dangerous. So was she in danger?

Eos' head snapped up as she was drawn from her thoughts. "That's right. You said we have that link..... a telepathic one." She said shaking her head. There was so much to absorb and she still didn't know how she felt about all of this. "So you can feel and see in color because of me. I never would have thought that I'd be able to do something like without doing anything." She said picking out something he had said, "You just said something about me being the other half of your soul. What do you mean?"

"Carpathains have one lifemate. There is no other. It is the other half of their soul, and oftentimes not easy to find. There are those who go centuries without finding their one true lifemate. Once she is found, the male will not turn, and his soul will be safe, because she keeps him grounded. They must unite their souls, through a binding ritual, to keep the other sane and on a level field."

Eos took in this bit of information with her head tilted. "So I'm the other half of your soul..... Interesting." She said blinking, "So we need to do this ritual to keep you sane? What is this ritual exactly?"
