Krystelle began moving again spotting the entrance to the pass. "Yes it would be dangerous but the looks on their faces would be worth it." She said, "Won't be much longer now."

Krystelle chuckled and moved quickly towards the pass. "Only natural to be excited." She said looking at him and seeing the smile, "Nice smile. Oh. Once we get towards the end of the pass you'll probably want to close your eyes. The sun will be too bright for you at first. I'll move us to a shaded spot and let you know when to open your eyes."

She playfully nudged him and smiled. "Well if you haven't smiled this much before then your face is going to be sore when you stop." She said. She looked forward and entered the pass.

Krystelle stopped as well and chuckled. "Yes it will make your face sore. You're using some muscles in your face that don't really get used like that." She said moving on. They were about half way through the pass and soon reach the other side.

"That is odd..." Errdegahar lifted his wing to block his eyes. The light was increasing, at least it felt that way to him.

Krystelle didn't comment but shook her head. "Okay. Here's where you need to close your eyes." She said stopping and turning to look at him, "I'll be right next to you, guiding you to the shaded spot. So don't open your eyes."

Krystelle was stunned momentarily at his words. How did she gain his trust so easily? It was something that should not be given so quickly. However it made her extremely happy to hear it from him. To gain someone's trust was a very important thing. Taking his hoof she slowly led him out into the light. "This way and we'll go slowly so you won't trip or anything." She said spotting a few trees nearby. She led him to the shade slowly, making sure there was nothing in their way. Once she got him into the shade she looked out and nodded to herself. "Okay. You can open your eyes now."

"It is so bright even behind my eyes..." He opened one eye carefully, squinting at the bright light...then moved to open the other, looking full on into the sun. "I...it is..."

"Yeah the sun is bright." She said with a chuckle. She then saw that he was staring at the sun directly. "Don't do that Errdegahar!" She said shielding his eyes with her wings, "You'll damage your eyes if you stare at it directly."
