I'm looking at it... and I don't see much strength involved in it. I can understand the chakra reserves and chakra control, but not strength. Besides, why have a restriction to that? That's kind of lame... Then again I do want to be a student on this, and that influences my complaint highly. XD

Because if I create a combat style like the byakugan combat style that is for public use, and still requires great chakra control to perform, then that would have to be a strength that your character has. If not, then logically the character would either suck at using the style, or not be able to use it.
Now do you see why we would add such restrictions?

It adds flavor tot eh technique and forces your character choice and choices of Strengths and Weaknesses to matter.
Should anyone who isn't HIGHLY durable, or strong be able to use the 8 gates?... no. This just makes the choices an RPC has available to them make more sense.

You misunderstood what I meant.
I feel that STRENGTH is not a necessity for this weapon style. STRENGTH is the only thing I feel should not be a restriction. Everything should have restrictions.
Look at the techniques, they're all like basic ninja movements with lots of chakra involved. I don't see like lifting or anything dealing with exerting muscular ability.

It's very true that Strength isn't involved in any of the techniques, though, when you use the Style, strength is involved, if you think that the Techniques make a Weapon style, then you're wrong, if I ever wanted Techniques with my Katana, Fuuton and Strength then I would make that in the Custom jutsu Thread. Cobra, Approved or not?

Also, the fourth stage should be a Jounin requirement... Not Sannin/Kage. (wouldn't make sense since the jutsu is a B/A rank)
...after all that, I'll pretty it up and post it in the appropriate forum for you.

Chakram WieldingFlexible, Agile, Versatile History: The basic style for using chakrams. It isn't anything special, really. It is a stlye accumulated from the experiences of past and current users. Because of its make-up the style doesn't have traits that are specific to only one village and combines the skills of various other weapons styles. Movement Description: A mélange of movements is the basis of this style. Of course, it has its specific traits, but a lot of the movement depends on the type of fighting that the user prefers, making it a very versatile and unpredictable style. However, at its core, it is a style that focuses on flexibility, ingenuity, versatility, dexterity, balance, and agility. Chakrams are a unique weapon in that they have blades around their whole body, making them dangerous to the inexperienced wielder. However, their all-around protection allows for attacks that other weapons cannot achieve. Their unique shape allows them to be used as both a short-distance weapon and a long-distance weapon. More often than not, chakrams can be adapted to other styles (just keep it realistic), and so can utilize techniques that were usually meant for other weapons (ex: fan dancing, chakra edges, quick draws). Practitioners of the style are some of the most agile, cunning, and dextrous ninjas of their level. As an added bonus, chakram users are also able to react to and block most physical attacks with just there bare hands thanks to the dexterity their hands develop in this style, allowing them to be able to hold their own for a while even without their weapons. Because the style is so varied, it is possible for a member of any class to learn it no matter what restrictions that class may have as long as the people of the class are allowed to learn a weapon style (ex: medical ninjas can learn this style because it is possible to incorporate punches and kicks into the style). Training: Each stage requires 15 posts to learn. If the stage rank is higher than the user's rank, then it takes twice as much per rank to learn (ex: a genin learning a B-rank stage takes 15x3=45 posts to learn the stage). If the stage rank is lower than the user's rank, then it takes half as much per rank to learn (ex: a jounin learning a D-rank stage takes 15/3=5 posts to learn the stage). Jutsus follow the standard posting requirements of all jutsus and are trained according to the rank of their stage. The rank of the jutsu itself simply refers to how much chakra is used to use it. Rules: -It is not necessary to learn all of the techniques before advancing to the next stage. -Jutsus related to a certain stage can only be learned once that stage is reached. -Each Specialization can have only one effect but the effects may be different between Specializations. -The Specializations must be learned in order. -Infuse must be known to learn any Specializations. -A specific scroll is not required to learn this style, but some research into chakram usage must be rped out if a scroll or teacher isn't available. -Any shinobi class may learn this style as long as they are allowed to learn taijutsu/weapon styles. -Although chakram wielding often melds together various other styles that use non-chakram weapons, chakrams are still a must to learn this style. They may be of any size, type, and kind but they must be chakrams. -There may only be up to five rpcs that know this style. -There is no master for this style. -Practitioners of this style must have agility and/or speed as their strength(s).
__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Stages: Name: Stage 1 Rank: E Description: Stage 1 focuses on simply getting used to the chakrams. To prevent themselves from shredding their arms, beginners often practice with dull chakrams or wear arm guards. However, it is not a requirement to do so. By the end of the stage, they can hold their chakrams and attack with basic stabs and slashes without cutting up their arm too badly. However, more complex maneuvers often end in cuts. Furthermore, unless they had experience with dual-wielding, the practitioners will often get their chakrams tangled up in each other if not careful. Special Properties/Abilities:The user is able to perform basic strikes with the chakrams without cutting himself/herself. However, more complicated maneuvers will result in cuts and slices on the user's arms unless he/she gets lucky. They are also able to wield both chakrams at once. Related Jutsus
Name: Dual-wielding Rank: - Description: Although it is obvious that chakram users must be able to dual-wield, most other styles learn dual-wielding at much later stages. To clear up any confusions, it is made clear that practitioners of this style learn how to dual-wield at a very early stage. This technique is a must before moving on further in the style. Dual-wielding is a passive technique that is in effect at all times, so it does not require any chakra to use. Name: Stage 2 Rank: D Description: Stage 2 continues to focus on the basic slashes but also takes heed of slightly more complex movements by improving and adding onto the basics. Most importantly, it emphasizes the idea that a straight line is the shortest distance between two people. To drive this point home, weights are usually worn to encourage only the most necessary of movements. It also starts training the long-range ability of chakrams, specifically the accuracy. At this stage, weights are also added to the body to increase physical fitness. These weights may not be taken off unless the user is in a dire situation. However, at this level, taking off the weights will only result in a very slight increase in skills. Special Properties/Abilities: Less cuts and improved ambidexterity. The user can throw the chakram as if it were a basic projectile weapon. Slightly improved strength and speed from the repetitive training. However, much still needs to be learned to actually be able to battle with chakrams. Furthermore, the frequent cuts caused by practicing with the chakrams builds a resistance to cuts in the user, allowing him/her to take minor cuts on the arms and in the chest area without flinching. Related Jutsus
Name: Adaptability Rank: Varies Description: As the user learns other weapon styles, he/she becomes able to incorporate the techniques/skills/abilities of that style into this style as long as it is logical. In short, the chakram is capable of using the techniques of other weapons as long as it makes sense (ex: chakrams can be used for any of the techniques of a style involving katanas as long as the movements make sense). Adaptability also works the other way around in that any techniques/skills/abilities learned with the chakrams can be used with any other weapons or even with no weapons as long as the logic behind the usage is reasonable. Furthermore, this technique even allows the user to use non-chakram techniques/abilities with non-chakram weapons (ex: using a katana technique with a dagger as long as the attack is logical). Adaptability is a passive technique that is in effect at all times, so it does not require any chakra to use. However, any techniques/jutsus that are used with Adaptability and require chakra in their original style require the same amount of chakra to use with the current weapon(s). Name: Stage 3 Rank: D Description: The basics for attacking are now definitely know, but more time will be required to truly master them. Now, it's time to learn about defensive basics. Chakrams, while they can be thrown, have a shorter range than most other weapons when held properly. To make up for this, chakram-wielders have to be able to dodge and defend against the attacks of longer-reaching weapons while also attacking at the same time. A good offense requires a good defense. To maintain this defense in such close quarters, speed and balance are a must along with dexterity and quick reactions. Once again, weight are worn. As before, they're used to encourage efficiency, but now they also are used to better the movement of users as well. While user's were encouraged to move only in straight lines before, they are now encouraged to take advantage of pivots, slides, and other creative techniques to create an opening. Of course, efficiency is still stressed. The practitioner also begins to practice throwing chakrams. Although they only focus on accuracy for now, they will continue to develop this skill in later stages. The number of weights is increased in this stage with the same restrictions as before. Now, though, there is a noticeable increase in speed and agility when the weights are taken off. Special Properties/Abilities: Much less cuts. Users can now hold their own against people of their own rank, but it will be slightly difficult and they are unable to purposely perform anything serious. Agility and speed are greatly increased, so is endurance thanks to the suffering of numerous scratches from the training and balance thanks to the increase in agility. Thanks to the ambidexterity gained from training with chakrams, it is also possible to somewhat dual-wield other types of weapons. Related Jutsus
Name: Chakra Strings Rank: D Description: The user can connect strings of chakra to their chakrams, even from afar, to control the movements of their weapons to a certain degree. In a sense, it mimics the jutsu used by puppeteers to maneuver their puppets. As with most other jutsus of this style, it is possible to use this technique on objects other than chakrams. Chakra strings do not work on puppets unless the puppeteer allows it/does not do anything to stop it. Even if the user is allowed to use the strings on a puppet, he/she will not be able to control the puppet properly unless he/she is a puppeteer himself/herself. Chakra is only used to create the strings, not maintain it. Name: Stage 4 Rank: C Description: The defensive training from before introduces users to even more possibilities with the chakrams. Furthermore, the hands are now familiar with the chakrams and can control its movements even more by shifting their hold on it while in the middle of a maneuver. Special Properties/Abilities: Thrown chakrams can now have a spin added to them, allowing them to take a wider variety of paths. However, they still follow the laws of physics (it is impossible for a thrown chakram to suddenly make a sharp turn if it had been going in a straight line). Although they have already gotten used to stringing together moves and moving the wrist to attack with the chakrams in a variety of ways, the hand can now do so more easily, even shifting holds while in the middle of a move to change the position of the chakrams or to make handsigns. This flexibility and dexterity is the real basis of the technique, and it has greatly improved in this stage. Accuracy with other ranged weapons has also improved along with the ability to dual-wield weapons that aren't chakrams. The user can now hold their own against people of their own rank and are able to purposely inflict serious damage. As with the previous stage, the amount of weights placed on the practitioner is increased, which also increases the bonuses the user feels when their weights are allowed off. Related Jutsus
Name: Reinforce Rank: C Description: To strengthen their chakrams users can coat their weapons in a layer of chakra. The chakra can also be used to push certain parts of the chakram, giving the user yet another way to control their chakrams. The chakra can also be used to extend the edge of the chakram or to create a shield from it.
Name: Endurance Rank: C Description: Using the same concept as used in Reinforce, the chakra is instead molded over both arms, or any other part of the body, to protect them. The chakra is used to shield the arms from damage and can be used as armguards. In the later stages, when Specializations are learned, Endurance becomes an even more useful technique as it protects the arms of the user with the effects of elemental attacks (ex: razor-sharp winds that swirl around the arms). Name: Stage 5 Rank: C Description: By now, a set pattern of favored attacks has probably already been established. However, the user is still as flexible as ever and is not afraid to change styles in the middle of a fight. It is in this stage that differences in attacks are really seen with elements and individual preferences creating a variety of original attacks. By now, most of the basic conditioning is done. However, the weights are kept on and are even made heavier to further condition the practitioner of this style. Special Properties/Abilities: Ability to infuse elemental chakra into chakrams to create a certain effect. At this stagem, the element must be the user's primary element. The increased weights continue to force people training in this stage to instinctively increase their speed and other physical traits. The introduction of elemental chakra into this style also helps the user to gain a much more focused attitude thanks, in part, to the need to focus on even more aspects in a fight. At this stage, this focus is really only translated into a better sense of balance. People at this stage of wielding chakrams can also wield the chakrams normally with extremely heavy weights. When the weights are taken off, the arms often move so fast that only a doujutsu user or a higher level shinobi can accurately keep up them. To most people, the arms and chakrams will simply appear as a blur. To doujutsu users, the arms can be seen enough for simple blocks, but a more complicated maneuver like a throw will require an incredible amount of luck. Furthermore, this speed in the arms when the chakrams are held is translated into the speed of the chakrams when thrown. In other words, the chakrams are able to move just as fast as the arms. Related Jutsus
Name: Infuse Rank: D Description: The wielder is able to infuse any element that they have access to (medical, bloodline, demon, and village elements all count) into their chakrams. When the chakrams are infused with the element, they become surrounded by said element and gain a resistance to the element that they are currently infused with. While this technique isn't strong enough to really be able to do anything other than perhaps offer a bit of protection, it is a must to learn the Specializations.
Name: Specialization 1 Rank: Varies Description: Depending on the user's primary element (medical and bloodline count), he/she can infuse his/her chakrams with the element to create an unique effect. The effect varies from person to person but it can only be one effect and it must be related to the user's primary element (no flaming chakrams when the main element is wind). The effect is considered a custom jutsu and has to registered in the custom jutsus thread. Although a variety of different specializations may pop up, only one may be known at this stage. The first Specialization has to be a C-rank or lower. Name: Stage 6 Rank: B Description: While a set pattern was established in the last stage, practitioners of the style at this level are skilled at copying and adapting to a multitude of styles even when in the midst of a battle. This is yet another show of the signature flexibility of the style. Further improvements in dexterity are made from the continuous handling of chakrams. The weights that are still worn also continue to help with speed, endurance, and balance. At this stage, the entire hand of the practitioner can move so fast that only an experienced doujutsu user of the same rank or higher can read his/her hand movements, especially when preparing jutsus. Because the arm is larger than the hand and not as complex, its movements can still be traced by non-doujutsu users but only at great difficulty. Furthermore, phsyical dexterity isn't the only type of dexterity that has been trained throughout the style. The flexibility of the style has also increased both mental and chakra dexterity. However, it isn't until this stage that such aspects are truly focused on and the benefits are truly seen. Be creative in how they are trained, just be sure to train them. Special Properties/Abilities: The ability to create hand seals so quickly that only doujutsu users of the same rank or higher can read it. Arm movements become much more faster and stronger but not as fast as that of the fingers. Improved chakra and mental dexterity also open up new possibilities. Related Jutsus
Name: Copy-cat Rank: Varies Description: After the end of any battle or spar, the user is able to copy any weapon technique that they had seen. Only one technique may be copied from each battle and the technique can only be used with the chakrams. When the jutsu is listed in the character profile, it must be noted as a Copy-cat technique in some way or another. While the process is referred to as "copying" it still requires the correct number of training posts to gain the ability.
Name: Kai Rank: C Description: Not the usual "kai," this kai gives the user all of the abilities of the normal kai, plus a 50% chance of avoiding any genjutsus that the user normally wouldn't be able to dodge. In stage 8, this percentage is upped to 66.66%.
Name: Blast Rank: B Description: By focusing chakra into two chakrams, it is possible to create a cannon of sorts out of two chakrams by lining up the centers of both chakrams with the target. The first chakram collects and focuses the energy into the center of the "cannon" while the second chakram aims and further focuses the chakra into a beam that is then shot out. The power of Blast depends on the rank of the user, anyone of the user's rank or below cannot deflect the attack. The radius of the beam is 2 meters in each direction. Blast requires two posts of preparation but the aim can be adjusted at any time. While preparing the preparer cannot move at all. Name: Stage 7 Rank: B Description: The seventh stage of chakram wielding deals with simple, but rigorous, conditioning. While most other styles tend to finish up all of the conditioning within the early stages, the flexibility demanded by chakrams requires even high-level stages to focus on pure conditioning. As experience is gained, practitioners often realize that they should probably change and improve on different aspects. This stage focuses on these aspects and offers a chance for improvement in areas that were once considered unnecessary. Furthermore, this is the last stage that makes it mandatory for weights to be worn, causing the weights worn during this stage to be the heaviest they've ever been. Because this is the last stage requiring weights, the weights from the previous stage are nearly tripled to push the practitioner to his/her limits. Weights are not the only things utilized in this stage, training during this stage is usually much more strict than the other stages, with hours upon hours focused on things as simple as running laps. Of course, the specializations created during this stage require creativity so, like with any other stage in this style, Stage 7 has some flexibility in it. Special Properties/Abilities: Arm-speed is increased and equals the speed that the fingers can move at, making the arm's movements unreadable to anyone but doujutsu users of the user's rank or higher. The intense weights give the practitioner an incredible increase of overall speed when they are finally taken off. As with the user's arms, his/her speed is only readable by doujutsu users of the practitioner's rank or higher. However, this speed can only be maintained for a maximum of five posts with a three post cool down. Related Jutsus
Name: Specialization 2 Rank: Varies Description: Depending on the user's primary element (medical and bloodline count), he/she can infuse is/her chakrams with the element to create an unique effect. The effect varies from person to person but it can only be one effect and it must be related to the user's primary element (no flaming chakrams when the main element is wind). The effect is considered a custom jutsu and has to registered in the custom jutsus thread. The second Specialization has to be a B-rank or lower.
Name: Specialization 3 Rank: Varies Description: Depending on any of the user's elements (medical, demon, bloodline, and village elements count), he/she can infuse his/her chakrams with the chakra of one element to create an unique effect. The effect varies from person to person but it can only be one effect and it must be related to the element used (no flaming chakrams when the chakrams are infused with wind chakra). The effect is considered a custom jutsu and has to registered in the custom jutsus thread. The third Specialization has to be an B-rank or lower.
Name: Doppelganger Rank: D Description: By covering the chakrams in a genjutsu to create an exact copy of the wielder it is able to confuse the opponent with a variation of the bunshin no jutsu learned at the academy. Doppelganger is often used to confuse the opponent and then attack with the chakram that is used in the clone when the target least expects it. It is also possible to strengthen the Key with Specializations and/or Reinforce to strengthen the attack while using Doppelganger. Of course, these power-ups have to be contained within the illusion to remain unnoticed. Name: 8 Rank: A Description: Once again, the user focuses on creating a new technique specifically for himself/herself. This stage is focused completely on chakra control to help create much more potent Specializations. Chakra control is often practiced through a combination of running up trees, running on water, and using kai. Because of these exercises, speed and the ability to break out of genjutsus are both improved. Special Properties/Abilities:Increased chakra control leads to increased control over the chakrams when manipulating them with Reinforce. The increase in control is so great that now it is possible to control a pair of chakrams completely through Reinforce while wielding another pair with the hands. If there is yet another pair of chakrams that can be controlled in some way other than hands or Reinforce, it is possible to have six pairs of chakrams in the battle at once. Speed, balance, and agility gain yet another increase. Two new specializations are learned. The kai learned in this style now has a two-thirds chance of breaking out of a genjutsu that the user normally wouldn't be able to avoid. Related Jutsus
Name: Specialization 4 Rank: Varies Description: Depending on any of the user's elements (medical, demon, bloodline, and village elements count), he/she can infuse his/her chakrams with the chakra of one element to create an unique effect. The effect varies from person to person but it can only be one effect and it must be related to the element used (no flaming chakrams when the chakrams are infused with wind chakra). The effect is considered a custom jutsu and has to registered in the custom jutsus thread. The fourth Specialization has to be an A-rank or lower.
Name: Specialization 5 Rank: Varies Description: Depending on any of the user's elements (medical, demon, bloodline, and village elements count), he/she can infuse his/her chakrams with the chakra of one element to create an unique effect. The effect varies from person to person but it can only be one effect and it must be related to the element used (no flaming chakrams when the chakrams are infused with wind chakra). The effect is considered a custom jutsu and has to registered in the custom jutsus thread. The fifth Specialization has to be an A-rank or lower.
Name: Doppleganger (solid) Rank : A Description : The advanced version of the basic D-rank Doppelganger, the A-rank Doppelganger creates a solid clone to hide the chakram. This clone is identical to a kage bunshin with the exception of the hidden weapon. The clone will only last until it is either destroyed with a solid hit or the chakram leaves it. As with the first Doppleganger, this technique is often used for hiding a weapon so as to attack with it when the enemy least expects it. Despite the Doppleganger being solid, it is still possible to strengthen the chakram with Specialization or some other method while it is within the clone to add another layer of surprise to the attack. Name: 9 Rank: S Description: At this stage, everything and anything is trained. All of the fundamentals are reviewed and improved on. A good foundation is required to truly master a style, and this is what this stage endeavors to do. Of course, while it is a given that the basics should already be understood, this stage strives to go over and beyond with basics. Training in this stage often mimics the training in other stages, but with much more challenges and work. Although this stage has often been compared to the seventh stage of the style, one detail sets it on a completely different path: flexibility. While stage 7 focused on simply increasing the physical component, stage 9 focuses on a balance and a flexibility between all aspects of the style. Special Properties/Abilities: All of the main traits of the style are doubly improved. Speed is as fast as it could possibly be without tearing the limbs and muscles. The chakrams can be easily controlled in ways that would normally be considered impossible, both in the air and on the hands. The dexterity and speed of the fingers and arms is so great, that most people aren't even be able to tell that hand seals had been made and often see after-images of the arms when the arms are moving at their fastest. Even doujutsu users cannot read the hand seals, though they are able to tell when the hand seals are made. The balance of the chakram-wielder is also flawless as they easily and perfectly pull of maneuvers that would have usually been considered too unstable to complete (ex: fighting as normal while balancing on a thin wire or back-flipping onto the hands and then immediately performing a sweeping kick that starts in the air but ends on the ground). Related Jutsus
Name: Specialization 6 Rank: Varies Description: Depending on any of the user's elements (medical, demon, bloodline, and village elements count), he/she can infuse his/her chakrams with the chakra of one element to create an unique effect. The effect varies from person to person but it can only be one effect and it must be related to the element used (no flaming chakrams when the chakrams are infused with wind chakra). The effect is considered a custom jutsu and has to registered in the custom jutsus thread. The sixth Specialization has to be an S-rank or lower.
Name: Specialization 7 Rank: Varies Description: Depending on any of the user's elements (medical, demon, bloodline, and village elements count), he/she can infuse his/her chakrams with the chakra of one element to create an unique effect. The effect varies from person to person but it can only be one effect and it must be related to the element used (no flaming chakrams when the chakrams are infused with wind chakra). The effect is considered a custom jutsu and has to registered in the custom jutsus thread. The seventh Specialization has to be an S-rank or lower.

Niten Ichi(二天一): Two Heavens as One "A single blink and heaven shall be split,"
Style Description: Niten Ichi is composed of the redesigned techniques created by the successors of multiple legendary Kenjutsu styles. All apprentices become skilled dual-wielding warriors along with becoming proficient with three different weapons; the Ninjatou, Katana, and the Daito. Their ability to utilize Chakra Flow is also greater than most ninja and their accuracy and dexterity with their weapons often become renown. These traits are not their greatest asset however...
Niten Iichi Masters are able to achieve speeds often far greater than even Taijutsu specialists can reach. In battle they can cross a distance of one hundred meters in 3-5 seconds, a superhuman feat of skill only possible through a specific method of channeling chakra. Even when they achieve these speeds they are able to clearly perceive their surroundings and strike with phenomenal accuracy. Even their drawing speed allows them to outmanuever most enemies.
Practioners were able to maintain a strong offense, as the speed of attack that two blades allowed would overwhelm most opponents. A typical maneuver was to continually attack with one blade while relying on the other for defensive coverage, ensuring that the duelist could keep up his guard even as he attacked. However, it was common that both blades be used for offensive purposes, keeping up a continuous wave-front assault.
Masters could maintain a calm exterior appearance, but they were also stated to experience significant internal pressure, while using this style of combat. In addition, it was described as sometimes paradoxical and unpredictable, as well as filled with concepts that made the form too difficult and unattractive to many students. Niten Ichi required a constant and sizable stream of recycled chakra use from the user, with a barely contained explosion of chakra essential as another prerequisite for its use. The form's attacks appeared to be unconnected, its motions seemingly unpolished to an untrained observer. A Niten Ichi masters's attacks would actually flow into each other with liquid precision, creating the constant near-invisible weave of metal which was the ready-stance of Niten Ichi. It was also possible to apply Niten Ichi in unarmed combat, with the user's arms becoming too fast to see.
However the process apprentices achieve this prowess requires a powerful body (durability) and fine chakra control.
Style Basis: Speed + Accuracy + Unpredictability + Control
Stage One
Training Methods: The user trains with two ninjato, becoming familiar with the use of two weapons. They train in the rain, learning to strike a specific obstacles (such as leaves) while disturbing the enviroment as little as possible. As they become more skilled, the genin learn to strike multiple targets in a single draw and move through the rain at high speeds.
First Cadence: The first cadence uses nineteen candles spaced at ten degree intervals in a semi-circle in front of the duelist. The duelist would then strike each ball bearing (held by string slightly above the candles), attempting to avoid striking the candles below, developing the ability to do so and honing the duelists sensory awareness and body control. This exercise required 190 ball bearings, and would be repeated until all the bearings were "used up". It takes approximately one hour to complete.
Second Cadence: The second cadence uses seventy-two candles set a five degree intervals in a full circle around the duelist. Like the first cadence, the goal was to strike each ball bearing without contacting the candles. However, the duelist had to do so without turning to face each candle, further honing the duelist's body control and spacial awareness. 2701 ball bearings were required for the exercise repeats, and the cadence would take approximately two hours to complete
Movement:
Nuki Ashi (抜き足, Stealth Foot): Nuki Ashi is a manuever designed to teach Genin proper weight distribution and control over their movements. After completing their training they learn to move silently and quickly, controlling their breathing and allowing them to quickly switch positions during battle.
Wire Mastery: The Genin learn to effectively use wires in their techniques, entanglign enemies from a distance and even taking control of a limb in specific cases. Though it doesnt seem like an effective skill, some apprentices are able to cause a great deal of mayhem using only wire.
Regular Techniques:
● Blinding Draw: The Genin learns to position their crossguard near a direct source of light and swiftly draw their blade in a way that reflects sunlight into the enemies eyes. At the same time they infuse these particles of light with miniscule rays of chakra that give the rays of light a more tangible form. As the light strikes the enemies eyes they find themselves blind for two posts. These rays of light can also be used to deflect projectiles such as senbon or shuriken.
● Silk Trap: This technique requires a length of fire to be stealthily wrapped around their weapon. The Genin will attempt an attack with the weapon, allowing it to be caught in the enemies hands. Once their weapon is caught the user steps back and strengthens the wire with miniscule strands of chakra. Using their mastery of wire the user can take control of the enemies hands, which becomes encompassed with lengths of reinofrced wire. After this the user can easily force the enemy to impale themselves on their weapon or at least interupt the formation of handseals. The wire is quite tricky to untangle requiring two posts of effort to do so.
● Flash Foot: A fundamental technique that sends chakra into the users lower body, stimulating their body on a molecular level until their musculature receives a temporary boost in power. The amount of chakra channeled into their legs is extremely low but the specific pathways the chakra is channeled through is extremely complicated and requires an unconscience knowledge of the users body. The path taken is unique to each user and the amount of chakra is so obscure only the Byakugan can trace its path and even the Sharingan is unable to copy its movements.
XXXXXXXXSpecial Technique:
● Flashing Blade: This is an amalmagation of the three Stage One techniques, requiring the use of at least two blades. First Flash Foot is used to close the distance between the target while the user draws their blade and sends rays of light into the enemies eyes. Chakra enhanced beams of light blind the enemy while the user stealthily moves behind the enemy before striking in any location. Strings enter the enemies body as the user withdraws their blade, allowing the strings to wrap around a vital location. At any time the user can tighten the strings around this location, cutting deeply into the unprotected flesh.
●The Flowing Water Cut: This was a combat technique designed for going blade-to-blade with one's opponent. The main principle was to be as flexible as flowing water, such that, when the opponent withdrew his weapon, instead of also withdrawing, one would follow the opponent through, cutting through his body. The technique was so named due to it being analogous to the expanding of water into an empty vessel.
Stage Two Stage Two teaches proficiency with dual katana and the addition of weights to increase the users strength. Several techniques are actually learned and the apprentice receives a boost in speed after their training is complete. Their dexterity and agility is increased through the repetition of the manuevers learned.
Third Cadence: The third cadence uses 180 candles set up at two degree intervals in a full circle. The goal of this exercise was to strike every fifth ball bearing without turning, preparing the duelist for irregular attack patterns from all sides, and honing his control of his body and sensory awareness. 16290 ball bearings were required, and the full cadence would take approximately three hours to complete.
Fourth Cadence: The fourth cadence called for 360 candles at one degree intervals. In a departure from the previous regiments, this exercise called for no ball bearings, as the candles were the targets. The objective was to strike each of the candles, but do so in a sequence determined by a complex mathematical formula. Rather than develop a duelist's physical skills, this cadence developed composure and taught quick thinking amid the chaos of battle. This exercise took approximately three hours to complete
Manuevers : Counter-Attack: If the user is facing an opponent whose speed is lower than their own they are able to- after dodging an attack- deliver a swift retaliation against the enemy using the Flash Foot technique. The users speed must be more than one rank faster than the attacker to counter-attack but with this technique they can quickly end a fight with a single slash.
Shatter Cross: The user is able to strike with so much force intense vibrations travel down the length of their blade and into the opponents weapons. These vibrations directly attack the hands of the opponent, specifically the knuckles and the wrist. Two Shater Crosses will break the enemies hand wit one extra required for every tier of Durability the opponent has.
High Parry: Hold the blade horizontal with the blade running just below the chin or level with the nose/eye. As the enemies blade connects with the duelists weapon, a powerful vibration erupts outward, blowing all surroundings enemies away.
Overhead Parry:Hold the saber so the blade is parallel to the spine and then shift it slightly to the duelists strong side in time to block
● +1 Rank Speed, +1 Rank Reflexes
XXXXXXXXSpecial Technique:
● Comet Forged Blade: The user drags the tip of their blade through the ground and swiftly swings the blade upwards, channeling chakra throug the weapon and into the ground until a high speed crescent of energy is released from the edge. The speed and power behind this slash draws debri towards the slash as the pressurized energy destablizes and explodes in a violent flash of chakra. The power of the strike can easily cut through several feet of wood and steel. The turbulent winds released are also strong enough to launch nearby enemies away.
●
Stage Three
Stage Three focuses on the use of more physically powerful techniques. In terms of speed the apprentices are faster than most ninjas of their rank and are able to deflect high speed projectiles with greater ease and accuracy. Training consists of chakra refinement and channeling, greatly enhancing their cutting power and even allowing them to slice through metals harder than steel. Notable exaples of their power consists of slice deeply into small mountains or through large vessels.
XXXXXXXXRegular Techniques:
● Exstinguishing Draw: A swift thrust that wraps the leading blade in a thick field of chakra that is fired from the tip of the blade an into the attack in the form of a thin beam. This beam expands within the target, powerful enough to dispell up to B rank techniques and drastically reduce the effectiveness of A rank Ninjutsu. A human struck by this attack will often be torn apart in a rather gruesome and gory spray of blood, organs and ruined flesh.

@ Kagetsukiko: While I appreciate your enthusiasm (I`m sure that took several days to type out), I have to say that the weapon style you created is overpowered, and some of the abilities you give it don't quite make sense.
For starters, you would never need to put strength, speed, or agility down as strengths because this style seems to give a near-infinite boost to all of them for no cost. I mean, you move so fast that the more intricate moves can't be tracked by even the sharingan.
Also, you would never need to train another weapon style or taijutsu style because this one gives you bonuses that you would need to train two or three additional styles to obtain. You can duel wield anything with a moderate amount of skill, which knocks out having to learn styles based on dual weilding specific weapons. Your dexterity, strength, and speed make learning a taijutsu style pointless.
Somehow, using a style that focuses on major arm swings and minor wrist adjustments makes it so you can do handsigns instantly and without error. Please explain that.
How does dual weilding chakrams make you less succeptable to genjutsu? I mean, come on, a genjutsu master would only have a third of a chance to get you into a genjutsu? Last I checked, chakrams do nothing to enhance your chakra control.
Your copycat technique reinforces the fact that you'd never need another weapon style. You could master all the other styles with it.
And last, it's not even a style. There are no named techniqes with the chakrams themselves. It's just very vague descriptions of what your body does, not what the chakrams do. And just what does 'the user can do things with chakrams considered impossible' mean? Could you just randomly teleport a chakram into my head if you wanted to?
In short, it's OP. Please revise it. If you want some help, let me know, but you're going to need to get the style narrowed down to what it should focus on. Like, chakrams, for starters.

@ Martin: I should let you know in advance that there are some problems with your style. First off, this style should be restricted to Weapon Masters only for the sheer amount of weapon control it would take to do what the style says you can do.
Also, it will become almost impossible for you to have a higher "speed" than taijutsu specialists, because taijutsu specialists will we able to train speed, strength, and endurance so that they gain a rank in stats for all three, and an additional rank in one of the three. So, although you may be able to choose speed as a strength for your character, you won`t be able to become faster than "most taijutsu specialists" of the same rank. You might be able to match the speed of a specialist with speed as tertiary and if you have it as primary, but probably not if they have done the training.

Meh, figured as much. Oh well, let's see what I can explain and what I'll need to change.
First of all, the speed is only referring to the hands and the arms. Footspeed isn't really affected by this style until extremely late in the stage and, even then, it's nowhere near as fast and can't be held nearly as long as the Hidden Mist Style's footspeed (at least, I don't think it is). Even with the hand speed, it isn't like I can cast a jutsu without anyone noticing. Doujutsu users will know that I'm doing something, they just won't know what. As long as they keep away from my arms, they'll be safe. If you want, I can emphasize that the speed increase really only pertains to the arms and the hand. I could also put in that an increase in hand speed and foot speed can't be combined.
Hmm…. I put in something about strength in this style sweatdrop ? I mean, I think I might have put in something about a slight strength increase, but I really didn't mean for it to be all that much sweatdrop …. Definitely not enough to replace a taijutsu style. As for everything else, I saw it was quantity over quality. The speed is nowhere near the Hidden Mist style's, someone could create an Aikido taijutsu style that it a lot more evasive than this style and dexterity is just one of the things that come naturally when you're wielding something that has numerous holes that increase the number of ways it can be held in.
It also uses fingers quite a bit. As I explained in the last paragraph, there are numerous ways to hold a chakram (at least, the ones I based this style off of which actually aren't real chakrams but still sweatdrop ) by placing different fingers into different holes. Simply moving my wrist isn't going to keep the chakram in place as I change from one way of holding it to another. I need to use my fingers as well to keep the chakram from falling to the ground. It's kind of like twirling a pencil around your fingers. The chakrams basically use that trick but with all of the handles.
True, chakrams don't enhance chakra control but it made sense to me. A big part of the style is control so I figured that it might make the weapon style unique to put in a little something about chakra control. A lot of the moves are based on chakra and are more specific in form than the usual chakra moves of most other weapon styles (ex: the chakra strings). The chakra control part didn't really stem from the chakrams so much as it stemmed from the way I made the style. From chakra control, I thought of resisting genjutsu. Personally, I'd really like to keep kai in the style, even if I have to nerf it quite a bit so… is there any way to weaken it without making it completely useless?
Okay, I agree with what you say about copy-cat. Should I just delete it completely or can I make it so that the user can mimic one weapon style (or maybe just a stage/skill) that the opponent is using and is within the user's bounds for just the battle that the user copied it from? Or maybe I can place a limit on the number of moves that can be copied?
I meant for the style to be vague because it's supposed to differ heavily from user to user. The Specializations can be considered the weapon-specific moves found in most other styles. One person might value defense more so he/she will have more defensive, chakra-specific move rather than someone who likes offense. It was meant so that you couldn't really predict a person's fighting style just from knowing that they used chakrams. Yes, I know, very generic, but I like things that allow a good deal of freedom. Also, could you point out where I said what you quoted sweatdrop ? It sounds familiar so I'm pretty sure I wrote it somewhere, I'm just not sure where >_< …. Before I can clarify what I meant/replace it with something better, I need to know what's around it sweatdrop ….
Eheh, yeah, I tend to make my pet projects op sweatdrop ….
