A m a y a S e n j u M i y a g i As she watched him be a weirdo by inspecting the blood she jumped back when the fireball suddenly appeared. As she moved back, she cursed under her mask, wondering where it had come from. There had been no signs of any one else around except for the two of them. Apparently this Shinobi was better at making traps than covering his trail.
When the Hunter Nin stood in front of her with his kunai drawn he sighed. "Why can't this ever be easy..." She mumbled, as she turned around and put her back against his. They would both have to work together if they wanted to find the hidden target. After all, two is better than one. Even if she didn't know any amazing out of this World jutsu's she could always help out, somehow. Or at least try. It doesn't matter where you come from Nor what happened back in the past It doesn't matter who you were then What matters is who you are right now What you learned from your mistakes What matters most, is who you want to be

Kaichou lept from tree to tree, Each time he did came a searing pain that courced throughout his whole body. Judging by the time of day he'd probably get there tomorrow afternoon if he kept up the pace. It's not like he could sleep either, the pain would keep him up all goddamn night. Plus, He was a genin traveling alone. So he had to be sharp, But unlike Seika, He could take care of himself. Though, it was questionable in the state he was in now. Kai also remembered the Otokage saying he shouldn't go do things to hurt himself. God knows he didn't want to take another trip to his ''Office'' ((Many, many hours later)) Fatigue was setting in fast, the pain he felt was still there, but it dulled out a bit as he progressed. It was cold and he still winced a bit each time he jumped, stiffly, to another branch, But it was less noticeable. If he stopped, there would be a posibility of loosing the location of the two he was meant to meet up with. Plus he just wanted to get to Cloud so he could rest safely. He could see it was night time. Could he keep going? There was no question about it. He HAD to. Kai's theme.

The sun was rising, Kaichou was nodding off already. He knew he had to keep going. It was getting very cold, the sky above him seemed to have Grey looking clouds. He was getting close...Kai knew he could make it there in about an hour or two if he picked up speed. He could still feel pain surging through his body. 'It hurts. . .the pain. . .pain.' He thought about the Otokage's letter, still feeling suspicious about what he said. What did he have planned? He wondered. Well, for now Kai had to be more aware of his surroundings, Things were getting a bit hazy to him. Kai picked up the pace and pressed on.
((Many hours later))
Kaichou's head started spinning, He was struggling to press on. Everything hurt. He was in agonizing pain. It was a good thing he was closing in on the village. If he didn't have such a immense drive to get there he would have probably collapsed due to fatigue. His shins pounded in pain each time he landed on a tree limb. After a good fifteen minutes, Finally he stopped and leaped off a branch onto the ground. There was a huge gate that had the word ''Komogakure'' on it. 'Damn. . took long enough' he thought, Just then he collapsed. The pain from all that non-stop travel caught up with him; Like jumping off a building three story and feeling your body hit the concrete. It hurt like hell. He quickly picked himself up, His posture stiffened as he stood up straight and continued to the gate.

A ninja stood up upon one of branches of a nearby tree. A thick red parka adorned his body, obscuring the bottom part of his face with cloth. A rather tired look filled his eyes. "I don't know WHO you are- but I really don't care. You've been tracking me Hunter, haven't you?" He asked. His voice was more annoyed at the thought than truly scared. But why should he be? He'd killed ninja before and he'd kill ninja again. They where nothing special.

A m a y a S e n j u M i y a g i As Amaya pulled out a kunai from her pocket, she noticed the Shinobi wore the red parka. "Hey, Mister. You shouldn't be out in the Forest all by yourself." She commented, as she nodded her head almost as if agreeing with herself. However, she fell in shock when the man mentioned the Hunter. So this meant that this was the man, the Hunter had been looking for? He didn't seem like much of a threat, besides his hidden surprise but other than that, he looked like a traveler. "What are you going to do?" Amaya asked, referring to the Hunter Nin. "Sit and wait him out- he gets the jump on people but it seems he is sloppy when it comes to making the first move...he's an ambush predator- like a tiger." Explained the Hunter Nin to Amaya as he fixated his gaze on the missing nin in red who silently glared back. "If I get the chance- I will neutralize him, I expect nothing less then your full cooperation in his execution."

A m a y a S e n j u M i y a g i A the words "sit and wait," Amaya smiled and flopped onto the ground. She pulled out her manga book and began to read. "Yes, yes. Let's get this over with. What a troublesome man he is!" She commented. Was she serious? When someone tells her to sit and wait, she doesn't seem to waste a second. Then again there wasn't much she could do since she was only a Genin.
Well, despite that fact, she had a little plan devised which she saw as clever. For the time being she would use her Water Clone Technique to distract the man by seeming unguarded, reading a book. If the man strikes the clone would take the hit while she uses Art of Hiding in the Mist to lessen his visibility. Then maybe the Hunter Nin could finish him off. General paton once said that no plan ever survives contact with the enemy... and that seemed to be the case today. As the ANBU fixated on the missing nin, the edges of his vision dimmed. Without noticing it- he had unwittingly fell victim to some sort of dojutsu. However a shadow was cast over the eyes of the ninja's face from the hood- impossible from this angle to discern what sort even if you where perceptive enough to pick up on the slight rigidity of the ANBU's body.
"I...strike me...I...need...pain...genjutsu..." Fought the ANBU calmly. He had been trained to resist illusions to a degree but this one was staggeringly strong.
From the treetops the missing nin formed several hand signs, no use in confronting an enemy like a Hunter Nin if you could avoid it. However- it seemed more likely that he would tail him until the ends of the earth given his profession. "Katon! Gōkakyū no Jutsu..." Said the quiet voice as he flicked his fingers in front of his mouth and belched a large fireball about 10 feet in diameter at the illusion-bound ANBU and his genin companion.

A m a y a S e n j u M i y a g i When Amaya noticed that the ANBU was illusion-bound she cursed under her breathe. However, what made her even more frustrated was seeing the giant fireball headed their way. "Rmane noodles!" That's all she had to say before moving as quickly as possible to snap the Hunter Nin from the illusion. She had heard that the only way to snap a ninja who was bounded to an illusion was by causing enough pain or by using a special Jutsu. So she did that. She grabbed his arm and moved out of the burning inferno before they could both be turned into kungpow-chicken. With her kunai at hand, she went ahead and stabbed his hand. Maybe that would cause him enough pain? It seemed painful, that's for sure. It doesn't matter where you come from Nor what happened back in the past It doesn't matter who you were then What matters is who you are right now What you learned from your mistakes What matters most, is who you want to be

 - - - Natsuyo really would have preferred to have followed the old geezer out of the village, but he wasnt about to protest - no matter how weird it was to be carried like that. He grit his teeth instead, holding on and making sure he wasnt going to be dropped without him knowing. However, it was apparently a good thing he hadnt been following on foot, since the shinobi was going at a speed that would be too fast for Natsuyo to follow - they were already out of the village. - - -

"MISTER MASKY MASK!" A young girls voice called out seeming to call out from.... above them?. "Watch out!" Said the same voice; and then a small girl no taller then 5foot at most burst through the treetops, a bright white Kimono trailing behind the child. As the child continued to fall she appeared to make hand signs with astonishingly high skill and speed.
"Chilly Pincushion Jutsu!" As she said that she landed on the ground in a crouch and placed both of her palms on the ground, which then seemed to freeze instantaneousness. While that happened a number of Large spikes of ice seemed to Jet off from the now frozen ground; the spires continued to grow until they where almost twenty feet tall; as they reached there max hight the spires of ice seemed to branch off and then create more thinner spikes off of them and the process continued until the ice was as thin as thread. (Like a family tree) The ice shredding through the tree's it came into contact too easily clearing thirty feet in every direction of the girl.
The child then looked around confused. "Wait..... MISTER MASKY MASK, where are you; was i suppose to do that?" She asked tilting her head to the side confused like a child who had answered a question correctly however answered another persons question. "Miiiiiiiiiister Maaaaaaasky maaaaaaaaaask?" The girl whinned as though being ignored.

The illusion was broken almost the instant the pain registered, the missing nin had used a novice illusion- but still... those eyes...
Rolling into a kneeling position he placed himself between the incoming barrage of ice and his charge. Who was this new girl... and why was she attacking? This didn't add up. The reports said he worked alone... "DOTON! KYOKAN GENKO!! He courtly barked in a well-worn old voice as the earth around him and Amaya erupted in the shape of a fist and forearm. The great stone hand closed around them, leaving enough room for them to kneel and carried them upward until they where about 10 feet off the ground. They where safe... for now. The Hunter Nin grimaced, "Amaya. Be prepared, I don't know what they are capable of...this is a bad situation. Be ready for anything..."

The other missing nin just sighed and shook his head exasperatedly, "Why the hell are they doing here..." He seemed tired, annoyed, and above all not very fond of the sigation he found himself in. If THEY where here- then that meant the upper echelons knew he'd screwed up and got caught killing that Mist Jonin. In a blurred motion he flickered next to the ninja who'd just used ice, "Kuno-sama..." He asked rather bluntly, "You don't need to worry- I was going to deal with this myself. It IS my mission afterall..." As he spoke he folded his arms indigently.

"How in the hell did you get those two mixed up?" A Blunt voice called out from the Forest. "They dont look anything alike other then the color red!" She said in a scolding tone of voice to the little girl; this woman was much taller and held a chain like weapon which was currently draped around her neck. He then looked at the cloaked ninja. "Trust me, I'm Just as pleased to see you as you are to see us" He said angerly as she approched the red cloaked ninja. "So what can me and the whiner do to get you out of trouble, The sooner all this crap is over with the sooner we can leave" She asked crossing her arms slightly. Only to hear the small girl complaining in the background "IM NOT A BABY WHY WOULD YOU SAY SAY THAT YOU ARE A MEAN PERSON, NICE PEOPLE DONT SAY THOSE THINGS TO ME...ect"
"OHHH SHUT THE HELL UP! AND I CALLED YOU A WHINER NOT A BABY, WHICH YOU ALSO ARE" She barked towards the girl only to get a pouting face in reply. She then looked back at the cloaked ninja.

When they were far away enough from the village, the old man skidded to a stop. "Phew! Gald 'at went well!" He released the two genin. Ren stood and stretched out his arm, testing it to see roughly what his limmits were. "So, what exactly is this mission?" he asked flatly. "I'll explain as we go, we don't gat much time." And without saying anything else he lept off into the trees. The only reason he wasn't torturing them by making the two run at break-neck speeds was because he didn't want to push Ren too far. If anything happened to him on this mission... Shouta would see to it that he'd never get to see that chick from the bar again. Though he was still going pretty damn fast. As soon as the old shinobi took off, Ren quickly followed. He didn't ahve much trouble keeping up, it's not like his legs were injured- the crazy old man was just fast!
