The Mizukage didn't extend her own hand, just nodded. A handshake to her was a sign of either mutual respect, trust or friendship. Niether category did he fit. She didn't know who he was or the nature of his unexpected visit. She just took on her 'war general' face. "State your name and your buisness here." she said sternly, harshly. She looked over his appearance and shared a short glance with Mizuchi.
Mizuchi knew what she wanted, so he extended and invisible, undetectable chakra vector and lightly wrapped it around the stranger's wrist. He was monitoring the man's pulse and chakra aura. If he lied or was about to make an attack, Mizuchi would know. As he did so, he made no movements what so ever that would give away his action or indicate that he had done anything other than meet eyes with Lady Mizukage for barely an instant.

 ???? ???? There is nothing
Something odd would happen as the string touched the mans wrist' to the sensor it would appear as through the man was flat line; or at least as first; it seemed more like his chakra stayed in complete harmony without fluctuation even as he sighed and rubbed the back of his had nervously due to the Kage's attitude; which should have caused a major change in his chakra flow. All together his chakra flowed so smoothly it appeared as though it was not even there; much like sticking your hand into water the same temperature as your skin. "I am Gansaku Soriddo" He said with a smile bringing his hand back and putting it on his leg. "My Kage has asked me to go through each other villages and find the name of the Kage's as well as there advisors; although its common knowledge among the Kage, I believe he is a bit paranoid. He is a survivor of the Tengu war after all" He said shrugging slightly. His chakra remaining as fluent as ever.

Mizuchi noted this....oddity in Gansaku's chakra. But said nothing. Not much he could do anyway. He continued to monitor his pulse (or lack of) and chakra, just in case there was any notable change.
"Hmph. Oh yeah? Well that makes four of the Kages who lived though it then. Him, Lord Yukikage, Lord Kazekage and me." she said bluntly. Obviously she took that as no excuse. After all, the Yukikage lost pretty much everything and had to start up his entire village from scratch because of that war; and from what she heard, he was doing just fine. "As for the information you're asking for- personally I say that if your Kage can't 'keep it together' enough to retain some simple information he should take his leave from office and save his village the trouble." As she spoke, her eyes remained locked on his. Stern, ruthless, calculating. Right then and there, it seemed as if she simply wasn't going to oblige. She didn't really want to either, and was considering just sending him away.
Well, she wouldn't give away any classified information, but her name was the farthest thing from classified. It was written at the bottom of a crater-turned-hot-springs and feared throughout the village as well as in several other lands. "I am Mizukage Suijin Kitagawa. As for my advisors, I have many- one for each department of my village." She would only give those names if he asked for them and only for some. There were some departments where that info was kept secret even from her own shinobi and some she didn't believe she should reveal.

The man nodded as the Kage spoke. He nodded as she made the comment about the Kage leaving office; It appeared as though he agreed with what the Kage said, but he said nothing out loud in reply. "If i may, can i get the information about the advisors that the other Villages are open to?" He asked simply to the Mizukage. He asked as he pulled out a small notepad from his jacket as well as a pen and wrote the Kage's name down in it.

"I am not at liberty to disclose such information. You will have to address the Kages directly for that." she answered simply. Though it was only names, Suijin never gave information on any on any other village she was allied with to those she did not trust. As she always said- not her village, not her place to speak...... Though, what she usually said was more along the lines of- "Not my village- not my problem." and that was mainly directed at villages she didn't like or didn't want to exert unnecessary force to assist. Either way, she wasn't going to say anything concerning them. He could go learn it from the other kages themselves. Not her shinobi, not her problem.

 Gansaku Soriddo There is nothing
Gansaku let out out a long sigh as he reached into his pocket; it appeared as though he was looking for something. He continued to look through each pocket after pocket; which that single shirt had an oddly high number of them, make out of the Tags on the inside of his shirt.
This continued for almost a full minute before he pulled out a piece of paper; which he then unfolded. It was a copy of the alliance that all the village's had signed at the end of the Uzumaki war; a shrunk down version however; allowing it to fit on a single' although slightly larger then normal, piece of paper.
He then placed it on the desk with had an apologetic look on his face. "Hakubo thought you would say something like that" He said rubbing the back of his neck as though he had not wanted to do this; before he spoke again he gulped slightly. "The alliance treaty that each of the village's signed stated that all information other then Village secret Jutsu or plan's would be stated without warning" He said still looking sorry. "I am here in place of the Kage of the village hidden in the fall's, withholding information would be considered breaking the treaty" He said in a voice that seemed like a he was sorry about what he had said; and that he was reading a script. "The reason i have some to the Mist is due to the Falls and Mist having a close relationship within the past; even before the alliance was formed" That and it was the closest of the real allies that the falls had.

The Mizukage scowled, deepening the wrinkles on her face, giving her a frightening look as she glared with all Suijin Kitagawa's fury. Who cared how he said it- it was what he said that was pissing her off! 'God dammit! I hate it when the other villages pull this card!' she growled to herself. Completely dropping her 'proper kage' facade and instantaneously reverting back to good ol' Suijin she said, "Fine then smartass, MATSUE!" she barked.
Matsue, who had been standing by and taking note of every detail of the meeting snapped to attention. Lady Mizukage wanted her to give the names of the Kages, and Matsue obeyed propmtly. "The name of Lord Kazekage is Sazoru Ikimi; Lord Hokage- Eimai Buta; Lord Yukikage- Keichii Shiro; Lord Raikage- Shishio Aoishi; Lord Tsuchikage- Shinobu Yamauchi. You have your own Kage's name as well as Lady Mizukage Suijin -as for their advisors, we do not have that information." she spoke with an official tone as she gave the information. She spoke no lies nor truths- only facts. "Is there anything I have forgotten?" she added.

"Ummmm only your own advisors" He said rubbing the back of his head as he wrote th information that he was given down in the same note pad as before."I'm sorry about this Lady Mizukage" He said with a slight sigh. "Other then that You have given me everything that I was expecting to get from you" He said truthfully. "I will bring the information about the advisors o the other village's on my way back to the Village hidden in he falls" He said nodding.

The Mizukage answered for herself this time, insead of using her human databank. Unlike most villages who only had one or two people as the Kage's advisors, Mizukage Suijin had argued that it would be more effective to have one person in charge of each department of the village instead of two who would simply assume they knew everything about every aspect of the village. A plan which was working extraordinarily well. She spoke in an exhasperated tone. "My advisors are as follows: Head of the Medical Department and Medical Research: Shouta Kurosawa, Head of Kirigakure Warfare and Military Tactics: myself and Morio Takeomoto. Overseers of Kiri's politics are Akahana Ikeda, Urara Kokawa and Daichi Miura. Leader of the Seven Swordsmen: Mizuchi Kitagawa-" As she said the last name she thumbed over her shoulder at the blue-skinned man standing behind her, who waved with a wide, shark-toothed grin. "who partners with Devonte to make Head of Security. Keeper of the Archives is Harou Ishii. I'm sorry, but outside these, all other names are those of leaders of secret divisions like the Black Ops. and considered classified information." she said as calmly as she could stomach. As much as she disliked being part of such an alliance, it was necessary for her village's survival to remain with it. She just hoped he could understand why she couldn't tell him those few others. The last thing she needed was conflict with the Uzumaki Alliance over all of- what?- three names? Being with the Uzumaki Alliance wasn't all bad. It was just certain.... aspects that pissed her off to no end.

"Thank you" He said wrighting all the names and information down that the Mizukage had given him. A few moments later he made a few hand signs and the notepad vanished into a puff of smoke. "Thats one village down" He said with a nod before holding his hand out for the Kage to Shake, maybe this time after the whole conversation had passed she might this time.

There were very few foreigners who had been able to gain Mizukage Suijin's trust enough for a handshake. He was not one of them. She simply said "If that is all, you may be on your way." She didn't speak coldly or particularly harshly, just with the firm bluntness of a war leader.

Gansaku nodded and pulled a small box of matches out of his pocket of his coat. "Your right" He said nodding and striking one of the matches. "....that is all" He said before touching the inside of the jacket with the match; causeing the jacket which was formed of easily over a hundred explosive tags to detonate. ( Like 1:24 but much larger due to them being full tags and not stamps )

The Mizukage saw him pull out a match box. There were only two reasons some one would light a match in a building.
1. They were gonna light a smoke. 2. They were gonna blow the s**t out of that place.
And he had no cigs out. A wave of fear swept over the Mizukage, but was displayed on her face as fury. "s**t!!!" She made a chakra body-shield as quickly as she could and spared one last quick glance at her son.
Mizuchi saw this coming and made his own chakra body-shield barely in time. The last thing he did was throw Matsue out the window in an attempt to save her- though he didn't know if it would succeed.
Matsue yelped as she felt a chakra vector hurl her out the window. The glass shattered as she made contact with it and at the same moment the explosion went off.
Everything went black though it was blindingly bright at the same time. In an instant the Mizukage Building went up in flames, blown to rubble aside from the underground levels which were disigned to take such damage. The blast reached several surrounding buildings as well- demolishing them and leaving nothing but rubble!
All shinobi nearby immediately bolted towards the wreckage and civillians began digging through rubble searching for any injured survivors..... or corpses. The Black Ops as well as jounin were on sight in moments, seraching for their Kage.... or the remains of her..... and if he was alive, her attacker.

"Well that was a bit larger then i thought it was going to be" The ninja said pushing his hair out of his face, it appeared as though there was nothing wrong with him at all; as though the explosion that had happened around him had never happened at all. Gansaku stretched his arms out over his head. He then looked around and saw the ninja gathering. "I better Hurry up" He said to himself as he looked around and then held his hand out in front of him as thought there was a calculator in front of him and he was doing math.. "If the Kage was there...... she would land about...." He then jumped and landed where the Kage Should have landed due to the explosion.

As Gansaku landed, a Seishuku-Bekuta vector-fist shot straight up from beneath him. If it hit, it would send that ******** flying.
"yooouuuuu...... b*****d....." someone growled from the area the vector-fist had shot up from. The vector had also cleared away the rubble on top of said person, who struggled into a half-sitting position. She. Looked. PISSED.'Damn.... I'm gettin old....' she thought wearily. Lady Mizukage was alive, but injured. Her leg had been broken by the rubble and she'd gotten a pretty hard smack to the head. Blood covered the beter part of half of her face as it spilled out, but it wasn't bleeding so bad.
A shower of shuriken and kunai came at Gansaku from all directions as the Black Ops arrived. Four of them carried their own strange and/or abnormally large sword.
"HR- Rrrrggh!" Mizuchi grunted as he heaved a large boulder off of himself, with the aid of his Seishuku-Bekuta. He immediately spotted the Mizukage. He was just relieved she was alive.
The Black Ops, jounin and S.S. had their weapons out against this terrorist, surrounding the area ready to attack the instant he made a move.
