Not good ... I have had pms for the last four or five days (pretty typical for me) and have overeaten like crazy and not worked out. But, now that it is over, I should be able to get back to it because I my appetite insanely drops just after I pms.

Wow, I've been doing really bad the last couple of days because I've kind of been celebrating Valentine's day with my friends with eating out together and making cupcakes.
I just joined Jillian Micheal's online, so hopefully that can help me stay on track.

How have you been? I have found it pretty useful. It's really not that expensive at only $4 per week. It does give a useful place to log food, but my favorite part is it gives a workout regime to follow, which has always been hard for me to come up with on my own. The workouts are for doing at home, so you don't have to have any kind of gym membership which should make up for the cost of the site itself.
For me, it's also an extra motivator to know that I paid for it. It feels like I am wasting money if I don't stick to my routine, which has really helped me. And, there are lots of people that are there for the same reason as me.
Also, I upgraded to the personal coach for $5 extra dollars a week, which has been really great in taking the guess work out of things.
I think it is most useful for people like me who have never really successfully lost weight before and really need to learn how to do it right. There is a lot of stuff that is broken down to the most basic level on that site, so it is really helpful to me.

That seems like it's definitely a plus - I'm really glad that you like the site. :] I'd probably stick to it more if I was paying for it as well, but I can't really afford it, and I'm scared of paying for things online. e_e
What kind of exercises does it ask you to do? As far as intensity and how long each workout is?
