Piccolo simply looked up at Buu and scoffed, "SO what your dead... " said Piccolo smirking, "Just as dead as me... You recombining is useless if you can't kill me. Even if you do I will reappear back at King Yemma's place and then come back here. I've been dead before I know how all of this works." said the Namekian as he continued to train.
"Kaioken!" he yelled being surrounded by a great red aura doing very quick punches and kicks in the air before landing again his Kaioken lasting much longer now that he was getting used to the power. "Are you just here mocking me or did you come here for a reason." asked piccolo.

"Bordom mostly. Being dead is really dull. Everytime i killed someone here they just reappear. No one is afraid to die if it's not a real death." he floated on his back and looked at the sky. Buu looked down and watched as piccolo started training with kaioken. "What are you training for anyway? You can't get back to earth with strength ya know." he ripped a branch off the tree and turned it into chocolate. "I've tried." he took a bite.

"Unlike you I know the rules of this place... And the Rule of the Dragonballs. I haven't been wished back once with the Dragonballs on Earth when I am ready I will return and my Rivalry with Goku will still Persist. I can't stand him being stronger then I am. I am training so I will no longer have to live in his shadow. He and I were once Equal and I will see that day come again." he said as the Kaioken faded.
"He is still my friend and his son is like a son of mine but I will not live as the Mentor for much longer." said Piccolo confidently as he noticed King Kai. "King Kai i have almost mastered the Kaioken..." said Piccolo, "I guess I will be ready for the Spirit Bomb Soon will I not? Though I loath the thought of sharing a technique with Goku."
[Because of King Piccolo being refused with him he has a desire to out do Goku again.]

"AHAHAHAHA! I have news for you celery stick, You couldn't get as strong as him if you tried." he mocked him. "He couldn't beat me alone and unless you have some sort of secret move that he wouldn't expect i doubt you could even hold your own against him. Let alone beat me." he laughed.

"Your dead... That's all that matters." said Piccolo as he listened to the Explaination of the Spirit Bomb and how to gather energy from the world around him, "So... Its kind of like giving people your energy... I've had to do that for Goku once too many times so I know how that works." he said.
King Kai nodded, "Well yes but you have to draw from the energy of the planet and of the animals. What we have here is small earth would make if much stronger."
"I see..." said Piccolo looking up at Buu before looking at King Kai, "Let me learn it first then I think I can modify it ." he added as King Kai started to explain the technique in detail.

After the explanation of the Spirit Bomb Piccolo walked away for a bit before throwing his hands up in the air trying to draw in the tiny planets power. "Hmmm..." he went as small streams of energy started to flow towards him. This part wasn't so hard as he would thought it would be... But the time it took. It seemed to take longer then his Special Beam Cannon... Abysmal time consumption when there was a fight at hand.
Piccolo concentrated all of the energy into his hand where a white aura appeared then he closed his hand, "So... This is what the Spirit Bomb feels like... Tell me Buu... How did this feel when it flew into your body? Did it hurt?" asked Piccolo almost mockingly. He kind of liked the effect King Piccolo was having on him. It gave him his killer edge back.

"I don't know you tell me." Buu said as he imitated piccolo and used but made his own ki bomb, turning it pink in color and making the time that was needed to form it an 1/8th of the spirit bomb rate. He threw it at piccolo. He knew piccolo would come back but this was like fun and games to him. No consequences and everyone can just come back for seconds.

[Evil Beings can't use the Spirit Bomb o.o.... Thats why Goku was never able to use Spirit Bomb in his Super Saiyajin form the form is inherently evil. He always had to revert back to Normal]
Piccolo just threw his own to intercept his own blowing up the other in midair, "I have no time to waste on you.... " said Piccolo as he cracked his neck, "But now that I know how to use the Spirit Bomb... I can modify it to my own purpose."
"Hah... You think you can improve on my technique go ahead!" said King Kai with a grumble.
"I will." said the Namekian before looking up at Buu again, "Why don't you go to hell and terrorize them. They'd actually like to have you around."

[he inherits evil from super saiyan? I never knew that. o.o, hey wait a minute, if piccolo has demon king piccolo inside him doesn't that make it much more difficult for him?]
"Hell's boring. It's already been done." he replied laying in the small tree. "Besides they don't have anyone even remotely strong enough for it to be any fun." he crossed his arms and closed his eyes. drifting to sleep.

[Yeah you never noticed that Goku Never used Spirit Bomb while in his Super Saiyajin form? it was always SUper Dragons Fist. And yeah his spirit bomb will be much much much weaker then GOkus but its still a spirit bomb. The Negative version could be concidered Baby's Revenge Death Ball]
"Fine... But stay out of my way." said Piccole a bead of sweat falling down his head, "That was harder then I thought..." he said shaking his head, "But I know I can become strong as Goku. I was his better once I can do so again." he added before sitting down. "Just after a rest...."

After Yamcha had rejuvinated he started jogging around the area untill to his amazement Piccolo and Buu were standing right in front of him. "Uh" yamcha murmered and scratched his head. "This can`t be good." he exclaimed. Yamcha was ready for Buu after training for so long.

 razz u-erh.jpg" /> Puar jumped off Yamcha`s shoulder and got on all fours. Puar was trained in martial arts due to when he helped Yamcha rob people in the desert. [IN DRAGON BALL]

Piccolo was resting against the Tree as he let out a scoff at Yamcha and Puar, "You idiot I have been fighting with you guys for years now. Unless you want to die and walk the entirety of Snake Way again put your hands down..." he said simply before standing up again. "If you excuse me I have REAL training to do." he added before making a Multiform clone of himself and practices his Martial Skill on it.

Buu opened one eye and glared at Yamcha. "So you died to huh?" he looked up through the branches. Knowing he couldn't really get any stronger if he trained with piccolo he just sat there and thought about what he'd do now.
