@Asuma: Yup, that'd be a pic of Aine.
@Mirouni and Iu: I suggest you get a solid back story before even attempting a plot idea. Sure, come up with basic outlines, but until you have a basis of where, when, why and how for the guild as a whole, its sort of a moot point.

Honestly? Nothing.
We have a couple of captains, a few threads made, and a rule thread being worked on
that's about it.
What I am thinking, and what I am wanting for this, falls under the following pretenses.
This takes place in an alternate time-line from the time-line of the manga, that way we don't have to worry about *OH SNAP I NEED TO PUT THIS IN THE RULES* people making canon characters.
There are arrancar, bount, and quincy, but everyone is basically leaving eachother alone for the time being. That will most likely change soon.
I am thinking that we need something small, but plausible, to get things moving once people show up. Problem is, I can't think of what.

Hmm...
Well, I know how we can get things moving between shinigami and hollows. Maybe have something like this:
Two shinigami (Middle grade, most likely seated members) are sparring, one being a member of a royal family. The royal family member begins to lose, and becomes frustrated. This turns the friendly duel into a heated battle. The noble family member ends up killing the other shinigami, but isn't reprimanded for it. The head of the family is tied to the shinigami, and is able to get him just a slap on the wrist. This could easily spark up some conflicts between people who don't believe this is right, and people who wish to justify what happened. An extremist Captain decides to leave Soul Society and make Hueco Mundo his home. He gains a few Arrancar partners, and begins attempting to take control of Hueco Mundo.
Yes, this is very cliche for a Bleach storyline. This would only be a backstory to get things rolling between the two main races though. Something a lot more creative and thought-out could be put into play for Bounts and Quincy.

Kay this is just a copy paste deal from another of my guilds but I think these are good rules for either the general or each squad.
These rules are ABSOLUTE! meaning, unless I or the Captain Commander specify there will be no exceptions whatsoever. (Once a Vice is appointed he/she will have the same right to make exception to these rules)
1) Respect EVERYONE! Meaning, I dont give a damn if you are a 3rd seat speaking to a unseated member, you will not show disprespect to them without provokation. This applies to all Gotei 13 Members. If I find any examples of this disappointing behavior, well the first offence will be an unpleasant one for you, second is being stripped of all rank, third is having all skills you aquired from your previous rank sealed. A fourth offence will be expulsion from this squad, or if it is deemed banishment from the sereitei (Ban from guild). Now a little friendly trash talk is perfectly fine, however blatant and malicious insults and the like are what I cosider disrespect.
2) You will be assigned rank based upon skill, not order of joining. Meanining that even if you are the first of those who join us here in squad 1, if you are a terrible rper I will leave you unseated. I will have an entire squad of unseated members if I deem them unfit for rank.
3) If you are new to RPing, I encourage you to join, however you must be willing to learn to improve if you wish to gain any recognition.
Shikai and Shunpo Training requirements

Shikai- Unless specifically stated, application for shikai training can only be submitted if you are, Active, have been a member for at least a month or have proven yourself to be an exceptionaly talented RPer.
Vice Captain's start with shikai and Shunpo, no one else begins with those skills.
Shunpo, same rules as shikai, however only 5th seat and up can definantly apply, I will occasionally pick out people whom I believe worthy of training in this technique.

I would like to suggest a friend of mine for a Captains ranking. His name is Koma, and he is a great RPer. Not only is he an awesome RPer, but he is reliable and very easy to get a-hold of when you need him.
