"Blech, decaying flesh is horrible, I refuse to eat anything zombified or dead for more than a week without refrigeration." Rudolf said, visibly showing his disgust at the thought of eating his brethren. "Oh, and don't you want to find those FBI folks. It's not like you have much else to do but watch me type away for about a week."

"Yea, but I need to find a place for my and Cero to rest. I haven't slept in in a little over a week so I need to get some shut eye before I pass out." Keri slowed down as she entered a residential area. The streets were full of trash, but so far no zombies. "You know any good places to stay?"

"Only places for the dead. Most buildings are quite crowded. The Lincoln Memorials usually pretty quiet, but I am certain there are some zombies about there." Rudolf replied, typing a bit. "s**t!" he exclaimed loudly. "You have a pen and some paper. The security on this file won't let me make anymore than say, 3 or so attempts and is threatening to delete the file if I try too much stuff on it."

Keri looked over at Cero who growled and over to one of the many boxes and pulled out a smalled notebook pad. Then he threw it at Rudolf and crawled back to his spot. "Ignore all the doodles. I get bored easily."

"Thank you." Rudolf said, trailing off on his sentence as he began to write psuedocode onto the paper. He began to mumble to himself as he worked, the mumbles soon filling the truck as he got into more and more complicated coding and decyphering.

Keri didn't really mind the mumbles. At least it got rid of the unnerving silence. Keri was about to make a right turn when she caught sight of 5 zombie children running towards the truck. "Hm, should I shoot them or drive the other way," she asked herself just watching the children in amusement. They must have been zombiefied for a long while now cause their flesh was really rotted and it looked like they were going to fall to pieces any second now. Oh wait never mind, one of the children's arm fell off.

Rudolf was so engrossed in his work he barely noticed the smell of rotting flesh in the air. Not bothering to look from his paper he said, "You may want to drive away soon, theres a large number nearby."

Keri sighed and pulled out her hand gun. "I just want to see something first," she said as she pushed the button to open the window and shot on bullet right in front of the group of kids. To her surprise they all jumped and ran away like they were scared. "Hm, here too," she mumbled as she closed the window and processed to make a left turn.

Rudolf immediatly turned around at the sound of a shot. "You know that attracts them right?" He said as he went towards her. "And why would you shoot at them? And what do you mean here too?"

Keri sighed and took a quick glance at Rudolf. "I shot at them cause I was testing something and reaction was similar to some other zombies in West Virginia."

"Yea. I've been on the move for two years now. Came all the way from the other side of the country." Cero yawned and laid his head on Keri's lap, pushed Rudolf back in the process. Keri petted his head as she continued to drive through the dark streets.

"Dumb tiger..." Rudolf muttered under his breath. "I guess I'll try to work, but a moving car is not the best work environment."

Cero mouth twitched as he heard Rudolf comment and a low growl rumbled through chest. Keri sighed and parked right in front of a convenient store. "There we stopped happy," she asked sarcastically. She picked up her hand-held from the dash board and stared out the window at the convenient store.

"Yes, very happy." Rudolf said, replying in the same tone she did. He looked once more at the file, writing down some notes. "Does that tiger hate zombies or something?"
