hojo but he had no power so the story has to rely on sepheroth because he super strong.

For me, it's a tie between Jenova and Hojo. Ultimately, I'd go with Hojo, since he just doesn't know when to stop. Dirge of Cerberus was a good example of this.

While Jenova is definitely evil, I'd say that Hojo is the most evil person in the game. Shinra was corrupt, to be sure, but not everyone who worked there was like that. The regular troops probably had no idea what was going on. Jenova, for all her violence, isn't human. She probably saw humans as we see ants. Sephiroth was simply driven insane. Hojo, though, experimented on other members of his own species. He ruined lives and felt no remorse about it. If Hojo hadn't experimented with Jenova cells, most of the disasters would not have happened.

i'd have to say hojo. he is the one who implanted sephiroth with jenova's cells, and sephiroth turned insane because of hojo.

Hojo because what he did to Sephiroth was wrong. Why the hell would you implant your unborn baby with Jenova's cells just for the sake of experimenting?!! Some of Hojo's experiments failed anywayz. What's really f****d up is Sephiroth didn't even know who his real parents were.

Hojo. He's the one who created Sephiroth, and Sephiroth was the main villain in FF7. No, it wasn't Jenova. It was Sephiroth pulling at the strings, and Hojo's the reason why........

Hojo is definitely the puppet master behind FF7. He implanted an unborn baby with Jenova cells. First off thats just wrong. Shinra is definitely corrupt to the core but it was Hojo that committed the most diabolical acts. Sephiroth is a product of his world. He is evil, yes without a doubt, but that comes from the fact of him searching for himself and finding it only in Jenova. Yeah I'd have to say that most of the blame from the different catastophes that took place can be placed on Hojo's shoulders.

Blasphemize Cait Sith For the simple reason that he made me throw my controller at my TV screen. I despise him. Being a pain is twice as bad as killing one's true love. I was just about to type that lol. I only think it's him because someone that cute has to be diabolically evil. It can't work any other way. 3nodding

you know, that's a very good question. Although Sephiroth is the main villain I'd have to say that all of then are linked. First Jenova flies in, creating the lifestream and mako and stuff (correct me if you think I'm wrong, don't get the whole Jenova thing that much...I should look that up xp ) and then Shin-RA popped up and ruined everyones lives and also killing the planet with all of those Mako Reactors. And then because of their cloning of Sephiroth and their recklessness Sephiroth discovered he was just an expiriment (sp?).
But I have to say...I hate Shin-RA the most because THEY KILLED ZACKY-CHAN!!! crying Besides, wasn't Sephiroth a good guy in the beginning until that Nebelheim incident?
