Could you tell me what state you live in? I don't know a single Boingo fan here (except the people who run the Haunted Houses, and therefore I never see them, or do I know them).

I'm in Ohio, and I've met two Boingo fans. Which is very surprising! I wouldn't have thought there were any. Of course, both of them were my teachers... But, I'm doing my own part, spreading the Boingo love!

I'm in Texas, some itsy little town south of Dallas, in the BUCKLE of the Bible Belt (I don't like it much here). I haven't met a single Boingo fan in person, but I know someone who's sister does. I try my hardest to spread the love, but everyone I have listen to it is a little turned off from it by the inherent...weird.

Ah, that's a shame. :[
The biggest problem I have is with one of my closest friends; We pretty much constantly bicker back and forth over who's better: Boingo or Rammstein. I think we all know the answer. rolleyes

Miffles "Co-CO COLA! SOMETIMES VAAAR!" If you say so. How did we end up here, anyway?

SyrenaV Miffles "Co-CO COLA! SOMETIMES VAAAR!" If you say so. How did we end up here, anyway? I dunno, someone mentioned Rammstein and I started quoting Amerika, which is funny since this thread is "just Danny Elfman" heh. Back to Danny.

Yes, back to Danny.
Concerning him as Jack Skellington:
Have you ever listened to the soundtrack and imagined Danny singing instead of (or along with or whatever) Jack? It strikes me as pretty damn amazing that the Boingo frontman I love so much is also the Pumpkin King (at least musically).

SyrenaV ...if that makes any sense at all... It does. I feel sorry for the guy that did Jack's speaking voice. Everyone is always "OMGJACK=DANNYLOL!" but Danny prolly only did 45% of the work on Jack. Hell, I sadly can't even think of the voice actor's name off the top of my head.

THAT'S him! Couldn't remember for the LIFE of me! Thanks for that one!
But, come to think of it, I don't think my friend Bryan (who knows a good deal more about the Tim Burton and Danny Elfman universe than I do) knows Chris did the speaking voice. I'll have to tell him that. The poor guy isn't ever remembered!
